People believed in a flat earth a long time ago because half of the world hadn't been explored yet, and they had no technology to have satellite imagery and probably couldn't even get to certain parts of the world, so their ignorance is totally excusable. The ignorance shown in this thread with modern day people believing that the earth is flat despite it going against ALL common sense and mountains of proof, is just retarded. No excuses. These people are either crazy or stupid.
He's been asked that on numerous occasions. At no point has he ever answered it. And I think that's a rather important question to ask. Keeping the world convinced that the Earth is one shape when it's actually another is a huge undertaking. What makes this worth the time and effort?
