But that's not what the OP was opinionating about. It was about corporations, not classrooms.

Yes, every year, for 20 plus years. They used the blantantly obvious parts.

For instance, anti sexism referred to going up to a female collegue and discussing, quite openly, just how much you think she is so hot you want to sleep with her. This is in the office, not at a bar mind you.

For anti racism, using the N word for instance to describe a African American.

    And a few others.

Easiest hour, once a year, at the job, hands down.

Most, if not all, corporate ethics and senstitivity training are at the mega corporations and just below. Not one of them has gone broke BTW.

    Why?
We shouldn't be teaching K-3 anything about sex. Period. Let them learn the alphabet, how to count to 100, and that 2+2 = 4. My school taught spelling in 2nd and 3rd and how to tell time in 3rd. Sex -- Sheesh!!! Florida Governor DeSantis cut the legs out from under the perverts :applause:

Yes I have. And not one of those things is banned by the FL law. The items I posted are all banned as well they should be, they are unjust and rights violating.

Once again we have some folks on the Left simultaneously arguing:
    i) We do no such thing!~
ii) You can't legislate that we can't do the thing that we don't do!

Which is wholly unconvincing. Bottom line, if you aren't abusing your employees in the fashion that is being banned by law, you have no legitimate objection to the law.

Actually, the gender identification and sexual orientation is. Did you read your own OP BTW?

CRT is not used in diversity training. the STOP WOKE Act, part of HB 7, makes sure it is very problematic, to say the least, for gender identification and sexual orientation. It is part of the GOP concerted effort to remove any and all references to sexual orientation and gender identity. Violations could be used in thrid party lawsuits or lawsuits who "feel" they were violated. And that means not saying anything at all.

Your claims are wildly inaccurate. As is always the case, if someone thinks this legislation violates their rights, they are free to litigate it. The nice thing about litigation is you have to actually support your wild claims when you submit the matter to the Court for adjudication.

DeSantis is turning Florida into a role model state. A beacon in a storm of ridiculous left leaning bullshit

    Love it

Not in K-3. In grade 4 onward at age appropriate increments.

I have a feeling there may be lawsuits coming once this bill takes effect on July 1. Violations of 1st admendment rights is no small laughing matter.

Most of the bill and what you claim are what is highly inaccurante, but that's a discussion for a different matter.

Not really. Florida is becoming one of those places of "if's fun to visit, but I want be caught dead living there" sort of thing.

Same general thing. We don't need corporations teaching us BS. They need to teach us how to do the job, nothing else.

Most corporations do "teach" you their company philosophy and beliefs on what they want to accomplish, how they want to accomplish, and to what extent they want to accomplish. Part of that is the diverisity training.

If it wasn't or isn't going to be in the curriculum then why oppose a nothingburger? There would be no reason for the left to get all bent out of shape about nothing. The left are bent out of shape because they won't be able to indoctrinate small children in Florida.

as long as diversity includes all races including whites and also encourages management to hire Americans and not just outsource

it seems much of the tech diversity training is to tell employees to be nice to the people stealing their jobs overseas, to train them to replace you and stay quite

the training never addresses the way outsources treat Americans

For most of my life when I lived in FL, half the economy was illicit, be it drugs, money laundering, real estate crime, bank fraud, medical/Medicare fraud, or human trafficking...you name it, it went on or is till going on, in spite of and probably involving politicians. There's an actual reason the National Enquirer is based there.

Like I said, you have to have a boogeyman in this so called culture war. It has now morphed towards teachers, teacher unions, public schools, etc. Prior years it was the "black person" or BLM, or racism in general, or the media and how bad media is, especially the so called "liberal" media.
