DeSantis is preparing to run for President as a Trump conservative.
He has promoted anti CRT legislation when it is not taught in any school. He has promoted an anti riot law even though there hasn't been a riot in Florida in over 30 years. He has withheld state funds from counties who do not follow his policy on covid while opposing President Bidens policies in a law suit he has little chance of winning. He has proposed penalties on private corporations that require vaccine, masks or tests for virus; a rule struck down by courts. After saying that the election that made him Governor of Florida was one of the most honest in modern times he has and is promoting laws to cut down on "election fraud" in Florida. He is supporting policy giving people the right to sue schools for things they find objectionable; objectional is not clearly defined. His policies have not done well in the courts, but that is not what is importent here. He is dealing with issues that are of little need or have failed in Florida to impress those of you who do not live in Florida.
Don't be misled, DeSantis is using Florida to run for President as a Trump conservative.
