There is some distrust of Barr since he highly values the institution and think he would protect it. That said, the cat is out of the bag and enough information is available now to see that there was sedition at the highest levels of the intelligence community. Comey probably less so than Brennan. This appears to have started in the CIA.

Well looks like Roger Stone has just a little more evidence against him :)

    https://www.cnn.com/2020/04/28/politics/doj-roger-stone-warrants-lawsuit/index.html
Stone's assistant, interviewed voluntarily by former special counsel Robert Mueller's investigators, said that, as part of his work for Stone, he bought "a couple hundred fake Facebook accounts" and that bloggers working for Stone sought to build what looked like real Facebook accounts to push information about the 2016 Russian hack of the Democrats, a search warrant unsealed on Tuesday stated.

    https://www.businessinsider.com/fbi...ctly-communicating-with-julian-assange-2020-4
The records reveal the extent of communications between Stone and Assange, whose anti-secrecy website published Democratic emails hacked by Russians during the 2016 presidential election, and underscore efforts by Trump allies to gain insight about the release of information they expected would embarrass Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton.

From your lips to God's ear.

Durham moving ‘full-throttle’ on Russia probe review.

Jeff Jensen, the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri who was tapped by the Justice Department in February to review the illegal framing of former National Security Adviser "Good Guy" Michael Flynn, is continuing to help with Durham’s investigation even after the DOJ’s move last week to drop the case against Good Guy Flynn.

The "pattern of conduct" Durham is investigating includes misrepresentations made to the FISA court to illegally obtain warrants to surveil Trump campaign associate Carter Page.

"It was a very dangerous situation what they did," Trump said during an interview with “Fox & Friends” Friday. "These are dirty politicians and dirty cops and some horrible people and hopefully they're going to pay a big price in the not too distant future.”

Newly released transcripts of interviews from the House Intelligence Committee’s Russia investigation revealed that top Obama officials acknowledged at the very beginning of "The Firehose of Lies" they knew of no “empirical evidence” of a conspiracy.

Durham’s probe is expected to wrap up by the end of the summer.

You know how criminals always turn on each other, right? I wonder who is doing so in this case!?

Yeah, except that they do not. They do not resign in protest, they do not whistle blow (except for Snowden) and they even protect rapists who are preying on young women, in their own movement.

Well, Good Guy Mike Rogers is a welcome exception. He saw the Sedition taking place and properly warned the President.

This entire thing was a hoax, started as a pretext so Obama, coordinating with Crooked Hillary could spy on the Trump campaign and culminated in the failed Muller probe that was intended to drive Trump from office.

There was no factual basis to believe that the Trump campaign, or anyone associated with it, had engaged in a conspiracy with the Kremlin to interfere with the 2016 campaign by cyberespionage or any other criminal activity.

Well before the time Dirty Bob Mueller was appointed, the corrupt FBI and the corrupt Justice Department well knew that the dossier was Clinton-campaign-sponsored propaganda. FBI agents had not only failed to corroborate its triple-hearsay claims; they also knew that Steele had major credibility problems, and they had interviewed a key Steele “sub-source” who scoffed at his claims as nonsense.

Rosenstein, himself, authorized the final application for a FISA surveillance warrant against Carter Page — which relied on the Steele dossier, notwithstanding what the FBI and DOJ already knew about its deep flaws.

Page was never charged with a crime despite the FBI and DOJ’s four representations, under oath to the FISA court, that he was a clandestine agent of Russia working in a “conspiracy of cooperation” between the Trump campaign and Putin’s regime. Yet the now-unredacted portions of the scope memo show that Rosenstein authorized Mueller to investigate Page for “colluding” with Russia. Naturally, the memo does not elaborate on the “basis” for this allegation. Like the “basis” for the FISA warrants, it relied heavily on the Steele dossier.

oh but they do. criminals always turn on each other once they see that they are going down and they see a chance to send someone else to prison in their place.

Remember, these trial will be before DC juries and DC is NOT representative of the US.

District of Columbia Presidential Race Results: Hillary Clinton Wins

    NEW YORK TIMES:

    CANDIDATE PARTY VOTES PCT. E.V.

    Hillary Clinton Democrat 282,830 90.9% 3

    Donald J. Trump Republican 12,723 4.1

    Others Independent 6,551 2.1

    Gary Johnson Libertarian 4,906 1.6

    Jill Stein D.C. Statehood Green 4,258 1.4

Gary Johnson/Jill Stein/Others beat Trump by 25% in the DC district. Not only are the Juries massively biased against us, so are the judges. Roger Stone was convicted by a Jury that was headed by a Head Juror who gleefully live tweeted her overwhelming joy at the Military Style Raid that was conducted by Dirty Bob Mueller's Flying Monkeys to arrest Roger Stone, and even though this was uncovered and brought before the judge, she refused to declare a mistrial!

She got on the Jury because the judge refused to strike her from the Jury Pool. Then she ended up head Juror!

Barr has repeatedly warned that he will not engage in show indictments. If he doesn't think he can get a conviction in the venue, he will report the truth, but he isn't going to engage in meaningless circus acts. This could prove very disappointing for us.

Rosenstein's recently unredacted scope memo reveals poor George Papadopoulos as a Mueller prosecution target, over the unsupported allegation that he may have committed the nonexistent crime of “colluding with Russian government officials.” Dirty Bob Mueller was authorized to pursue this claim even though we now know the FBI and DOJ knew it was untrue. Even though the FBI had used confidential informants to attempt to entrap Papadopoulos into admitting that he and Trump’s campaign were in cahoots with the Kremlin, investigators knew he had instead vigorously denied it. They also knew that their main tip on Papadopoulos (Alexander Downer, an Australian diplomat with longstanding ties to the Clintons) had not actually even claimed that Papadopoulos said the campaign was conspiring with the Russians. In fact, Papadopoulos had not even mentioned DNC emails, the publication of which had “suggested” to the diplomat that there might kinda, sorta be some Trump-campaign wrongdoing involved.

And then there is General Flynn. Regarding the Trump–Russia probe, the scope memo shows Rosenstein directed Mueller to investigate whether Flynn committed a crime “by engaging in conversations with Russian government officials during the period of the Trump transition.” Of course, the Justice Department and the FBI already knew there were no such crimes because they had recordings of these communications, between Flynn and Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

Flynn had not made any commitments to Russia about lifting sanctions, and even if he had done so, it would not have been a crime. The only theory on which these communications were conceivably criminal would have called for application of the Logan Act. This late 1700's provision, which purports to criminalize freelance diplomacy by unauthorized officials, is unconstitutional. That is why the Justice Department has not even tried to invoke it since 1852, and why, in the Logan Act’s 221 years on the books, no one has ever been convicted of violating it.

Mueller was also authorized to probe whether Flynn had made false statements to FBI agents who questioned him about his Kislyak conversations. By the time of the scope memo, the FBI and DOJ knew that

    (a) the questioning of Flynn had not been based on any properly predicated investigation;
    (b) the FBI had willfully violated protocols to conduct an ambush interview, which they would not have been permitted to do had they sought permission from the Justice Department and the White House;
    (c) the agents who interviewed Flynn did not believe he had lied; and
    (d) the bureau improperly edited the report of Flynn’s interview.

Dirty Bob's Flying Monkey's nevertheless eventually succeeded in pressuring Flynn to plead guilty to a false-statements charge. It has since been reported, however, that

    (a) they pressured him to plead by threatening to prosecute his son,
    (b) Mueller’s commitment not to prosecute Flynn’s son was withheld from the court, in violation of federal law, and
    (c) prosecutors concealed from Flynn’s defense significant exculpatory evidence while misrepresenting how the interview report was generated.

What a thicket of thieves, and Mike Rogers stands out for his integrity. I hope what you say is true and the guilty will be held to account via criminal conviction, but, I'm not holding my breath. We need to get the Federal Government OUT of the Beltway, with the vast swamp spread into little manageable puddles, all over this great nation, one of many reasons is so that corrupt officials are tried by juries more reflective of the Nation than the Clinton at 95% of the vote, DC.

Right. And that's why Mueller listed no crimes in his final report, but did prosecute minor process crimes such as tax evasions of people who knew Trump.

And that's why the trial after the Christmas impeachment did not convict on any crimes -- because no crimes were listed in the articles of impeachment.

    Wow...:roflol:

    The Copypasta has been unleashed...:bored:

Anyway, I stand by my earlier statement:

I would welcome ANY "evidence" that can PROVE (beyond a reasonable doubt) that a "crime" occurred.

Anybody (RW, LW, or Ind.) who committed a statutory crime should (obviously) be brought to justice.

(With all of this rampant criminality, maybe Trump will have to divert "Wall Funds" to build a new wing at Supermax?)

Hopefully all interested parties will keep me informed of the Upcoming Arrests, Trials, Convictions, and Long Federal Prison Terms.

Thanks (to all) in advance. :salute:
