It's a safe bet John Kasich is quoting the old Saturday Night Live routine right about now. The one where Dukakis is debating Bush I, and he says:

Sounds like butthurt on the part of Fox. Trump pulled out of the debate and Kasich did too. I guess old Teddy just couldn't pull the ratings by himself. Hahahaha!

 

Fox lost all credibility when they vetted the first questions skanky Megyn asked at the first debate. Skanky Megyn never had any to begin with.

Trump chickened-out. Why? Because he wouldn't be in control and Kelly is an intellectual giant in comparison. He knew he would emerge from the interview looking completely inept. Just like Palin did.
