France discovers what the world already knows....that Assad & Putin murdered with chemical weapons. They must be held accountable!

 

"France is expected to join the United States and Britain in carrying out air strikes or some other form of attack in response to the use of the weapons but it remains unclear when that might happen or even if it definitely will.

"We have proof that last week, now 10 days ago, that chemical weapons were used, at least with chlorine, and that they were used by the regime of (President) Bashar al-Assad," Macron said, without giving details on the evidence or how it was acquired.

The attack on the town of Douma on April 7 killed dozens of people, including children...."

Why is Assad breaking his word about using CWs? Why isn't his guarantor, Russia, ensuring he doesn't use them?

Setting aside the morality and legality surrounding the use of these weapons, you do recall why Assad & Putin made their little agreement with Obama & Co. and what the consequences of breaking it might be?

 

It has to do with the 'fear factor'.....it's a weapon not only designed to kill but to create immense fear in the survivors!

And one difference is that a conventional bomb flattens an area destroying all buildings whereas a chemical bomb does not flatten an area and the buildings are habitable within a few minutes after the attack
