Friday Civil Prayer joined by thousands

    Thousands joined the Friday Civil Prayer in many cities. This week the sermons condemned the government ban on Newroz, police brutality and the police attack against Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-Chair and Mardin MP Ahmet Türk.

    Friday Civil Prayers were held in Batman, Siirt, Cizre (Şırnak), Silopi (Şırnak), Diyarbakır, Bismil (Diyarbakır), Silvan (Diyarbakır), Nusaybin (Mardin), Van, Malazgirt (Muş), Hakkari and Turgutlu (Manisa).

    The sermons also underlined that people’s rights should be recognized and that oppression needs to be resisted against.

    by the way these are all kurdish cities and they will form the future kurdish autonomy/state.
