Here in the US we have a system in place to allow for a peaceful transition of power from one party to another. We have a system put in place to allow free elections to determine who our next leaders will be. We have a system in place that prevents the current leaders from refusing to yield their power when they lose re-election.

We also have a process in place to examine and investigate our elections' outcomes. We have state investigators, and federal investigators. We have ballot canvassing, ballot audits, and hand recounts. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, we have courts at the state and federal level to rule on any challenges put forward in relation to our elections. It is their jobs, and not the job of the losing party to formally determine when there is election fraud. When the losing party takes on this role, it sets a precedence that puts our entire system of being a Democratic Republic into jeopardy. It allows for a party to refuse to yield their power for the remainder of our nation's existence

I would like to remind everyone of the Soviet Union election of 1917, when it was agreed that a free election would be held to determine the nation's next leaders. The leading party before the election was held were the Bolsheviks headed by Vladimir Lenin. Well, as it turned out, Vladimir Lenin and his part would loose this election. So what happened next? Vladimir Lenin and his Bolshevik party simply declared that the election was invalid, and they refused to yield their power. After that, the Soviet Union wouldn't have another free election for their entire existence in history

Not only does the losing party think they can determine if they election is invalid. They believe they should determine who won. Which just happens to be.... surprise surprise... the losing party.
