To find out who he was. Did you notice the video of all the Karen's harassing people fishing? Do you only think it's racist with the fisherman is a non-white person?

Does everything for you change based on skin color?

Isn't painting an entire group with a broad stroke based on the action of a few the same thing racists do?

Bullshit. The neighborhood pond is only for residents of the neighborhood. This asshat would not identify himself as a member of the neighborhood and refused to provide any evidence that he had a legal right to be there. If he had been a white man, he would have simply said he lived there and provided his address. It is unbelievable that she lost her job over this. She is the victim in the encounter and this man is a thug. Needless over the top belligerence and race baiting in response to legitimate questions about your presence..... not good. Filming the encounter in order to post it on social media and destroy the woman's life.... pure effin evil.

I would bet the ranch that the man moved in from a Northern state. Despicable piece of human filth in my book. The neighborhood is headed toward utter destruction.... guaranteed. If I was lived there, my home would already be on the market. If you have members of the community that refuse to play by the rules of the community, openly subvert the community and attempt to destroy the lives of community members..... your community ends rather quickly.

Story proved it. There is no sane reason as to why the woman who was annoying, deserved to lose her job, but for the fact that she dared to ask the coddled black people.

    :)

It's ok, you can sleep easy tonight...we got her!

That's not systemic. It is personal.

Institutional racism, also known as systemic racism, is defined as policies and practices that exist throughout a whole society or organization and that result in and support a continued unfair advantage to some people and unfair or harmful treatment of others based on race. It manifests as discrimination in areas such as criminal justice, employment, housing, health care, education and political representation.[1]

Was the racism in the above example was part of an institution?. Was it nopt expressed or manifested by an individual and not as part of any institutional cultural value she was asked to implement?

I ask that because I do not myself believe her beliefs were "systemic". That word has to be probably the most overused, overquoted and incorrectly applied term of the last 20 years and it actually when used incorrectly I would argue undermines the very racism you are challenging and I challenge.

The word was appropriated by social science academics. Its actual definition:

    sys·tem·ic
    adjective
    1. 1.
relating to a system, especially as opposed to a particular part.
"the disease is localized rather than systemic"

    2. 2.
      PHYSIOLOGY
denoting the part of the circulatory system concerned with the transportation of oxygen to and carbon dioxide from the body in general, especially as distinct from the pulmonary part concerned with the transportation of oxygen from and carbon dioxide to the lungs.
(above is found in many dictionaries and medical ones)

The definition was appropriated to describe systemic or institutional structural racism as forms of racism that are pervasively and deeply embedded in systems, laws, written or unwritten policies, and entrenched practices and beliefs that produce, condone, and perpetuate widespread unfair treatment and oppression of people of colour (coded term for non white).

However a dim-wit who has individual preconceived negative stereotypes of another based on a skin colour and expresses it is not can not automatically be presumed to be predisposed to that stereotype because of some structural organization that taught it to her or him. He/she may have learned it from hos/her parents or individual experiences.

I would argue if we are to believe all people are racist (against non whites) because of institutions that made them think like that, then that necessarily means all humans do not form free will and everyone must be a racist and not just against non whites.

However many academics limit its use to describe institutional values that discriminate against blacks or other visible minorities because of their own predisposed politically negative stereotypes of all whites or political views other than their own.

I myself find the word systemic used to describe racism simplistic, and over-stated and illogical. Why? I would argue its an illogical because the very same people in systemically racist institutions come out of them either accepting those discriminatory values OR in fact challenging and denying the very values of that system for the same reason others in that system accepted it-free will.

I argue our very cognitive processing stereotypes info to make it easier to organize and not overwhelm us. We can categorize and compartmentalize the blast of non stop info coming our way into categories otherwise we'd be like schizophrenics unable to decipher what sounds like many stimuli coming at the same time causing a noise.

Institutions mirror the people in them. People categorize and label every damn thing including fellow humans. It is when people categorize and label things in a negative, misleading or inaccurate manner it then causes problems.

The fact is politics, philosophy, religion, personal biases, all inter-mix with cultural values to create a constant mutating set of values with some very unfair.

The woman of the story is easy to label as a racist but is she different than anyone else? Who is truly free and above biases let alone negative ones?

Its easy to call this behaviour systemic but the fact is that is a buzz word and it distracts from understanding discriminatory thinking which comes from selective thinking which is a basic human trait of cognitive processing.

It appears systemic because its inherent in all homo sapiens who preceded institutions with those biases and brought them to the institutions.

Institutions merely mirror the homo sapiens and their power cliques within the institutions.

To understand these selective processes we have to go back to primal homo sapiens behaviour to understand its origins and then rather than pretend its only caused by institutions, understand its not caused by institutions, merely amplified by institutions. It pre-exists and is in every homo sapiens.

It pre-exists because we are all pack animals (apes) who define our identity by packs (collectives).

Our selectivity is based on the pack we chose to live within.

Go back to pack animal behaviour in homo sapiens to understand the origins of racist behaviour and all selective behaviour. It was and remains about packs fighting over water, food, resources, mates seeing them all as limited and being competed for. Packs were created to compete with other packs.

As homo sapiens who chose to be pack animals to protect ourselves from our fellow homo sapiens.

We wouldn't be in packs if we did not have a propensity to try rape, kill, eat each other, traits that we have not evolved from at this time.

That is my opinion. I do not mean to be rude to you. I just hate the word systemic. I myself believe we homo sapiens must take personal responsibility for our behaviour and not keep distancing from it by calling it systemic. An institution is just a fancy word for a pack of homo sapiens complete with its alpha male (CEO).

Most people should, for sure. However that doesn’t refute the reality the left hates free speech.

It isn’t. It shouldn’t be an issue regardless. The racism behind firing her is astounding it’s supported by the left.

“Don’t start no ****, won’t be no ****” is very appropriate there.

Yep, in a world of such anti white racism asking questions is too much apparently. Unjustly get your job taken for it if you are white.
