This makes no sense. Statistically, female children are more likely to be abused by a male. Lesbian survivors of sexual abuse may question the reason why they are lesbian is because they fear men as a result of their abuse.

On the other hand, male children are also statistically more likely to be abused by a male. Some people claim that a man becomes gay because he has been abused by a man and therefore identifies sex with men.

So basically, a female becomes a lesbian because she is frightened of men and because she relates all men to her male abuser. But, a male actually becomes gay, and therefore seeks out relationships with men, because he had a male abuser???

How much sense does that make? Absolutely zero and there isn't a lot of support out there for the belief that abuse turns people into homosexuals.

As for you silly belief that homosexuality is some kind of chemical imbalance. There is no evidence for that. Just what chemicals would be involved? Homosexuality exists in a lot of species. Do they all have this 'chemical imbalance' or is it just a natural part of life?

It seems to me that homosexuality is just a normal part of nature. If God, if you believe in such things, created animals (including humans) then he must have created them to be heterosexual and homosexual and any other type of 'sexual'.

Last things why is it a problem for gays to have a gay-pride parade? Look at all the different types of parades there are in the world -- Santa Claus parades, parades after sports wins especially football/soccer, Circus parades, Easter parades, Homecoming parades, etc. Do you have an equal amount of intolerance for these kinds of celebratory parades, of just the ones that involve gays?
