    Such are the "sanctions." (laughs)
Moscow. June 27. INTERFAX.RU - "Gazprom" appealed to the German E.ON, as one of its largest importers, with the requirement to increase the prices in the contract due to changes in market conditions, told the deputy chairman of the Russian gas monopoly, Alexander Medvedev.
He said that the claim was filed recently. "Gazprom" wants to raise the price from the date of such request.
(link does not give, because the moderators prohibit link in Russian.)
All in strict accordance with the contract.
Now is the time for Europeans to move to new energy sources, for example manure.

The nice thing in all of this is that Herr Gerard, former German chancellor, is working of a society controlled by Russian Gazprom ...

Frau Angela should have some connections with the Russian partners.

It's evident that German establishment made some wrong calculations about their new "friends" in the East.

Mr. Schroeder smart man. Probably a little chatting on the phone. And the U.S. NSA left out in the cold. Frau Merkel probably not been modest. U.S. NSA satisfied. Merkel probably forgot that a woman adorns modesty. Now she's a toy in the black hands of Obama. But Europeans will pay.
Fans of EU sanctions probably forgot that free gas is only in the gas chamber.

About Western "friendship" are well aware Gaddafi and Hussein.

They will probably use more sun and wind energy, because of that and, possibly, revise their loyalty to USA. We have troops stationed in Germany. Hard to tell why do Germans and we need it. Old times indoctrination is still in place.

Sun and wind it's PR. In an industrial scale is insignificant addition. In addition, gas is also the chemical industry. Ask BASF.
The only thing that can save the Western consumer - is manure. In Western politicians so much manure that they can create a real competitor to Gazprom.

Well, of course! Occupation troops occupy for ..... for example, not to return the gold reserve.

I'm very sorry there is not a Berlusconi. He could try to explain Merkel's political situation. But the Italians had a baiting him. For what a man love a woman. Perhaps Signor Berlusconi wants to live in Russia? Russian people - welcoming people. Welcome to Russia Signor.

There are contracts, and according to the contract with Germany Russia can raise it's price. Let's see Merkel get out of this one. From what I gathered, Putin is really mad, and a mad Putin is not a pleasant thing. Last time it happened Crimea went poof. :floating:

There is no link on this so probably not true although one of dugin/Russia's strategys for getting it's own way is bullying over gas. On the other hand there is information of Russia searching for new gas customers which may suggest her fear over losing Europe.

    Missile offense, you mean.

Especially considering your reason for it here.

    Taxcutter says:
Actually Poland needs a lot of infantry and anti-tank missiles and maybe some aircraft.

Same can be said of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Moldava, and Finland.

Moderator removed my answer. I probably inadvertently not written in English. Again.
In brief: modern Europe - is an old woman who a long time ago was young and had many admirers. But now she an old woman, has become scary and grumpy. Fans are all gone. But the old woman continues to flirt and capricious. This causes derision and pity. Russia needs young energetic emerging economies. Europe in the past. 20 century. Russia looks to the future. This directs its energy flows to the east. Europe can only be capricious, that would raise their status. At least to their populations.
