Well I see this as a good thing. And anyone who throws punches over a bill obviously holds the weaker argument. I believe a countries citizens should know where there influencers and politicians pockets are being filled from. That said I understand the concern from the United States, and the EU over this bill because it will expose their reach. I think foreign relations are good but not through money. They should be built upon principles.
