Wait!? So Trump is not a Putin Puppet?

Germany is pure idiocy when it comes to energy. They abandoned the #1 Carbon Free Energy Source they had to make a Fossil deal with Russia who can now shut off their energy.

    Merkel is the Putin Puppet.

Exactly. Thats why you want sell to Germany. Its the biggest energy market in Europe and USA pretty much is out of the game.

Trump wants Germany to buy american LNG. Since we dont buy it, he now tries to use force. Which wont work. Nobody with self respect would buckle to such threats.

I agree on your last sentence. Germany will support your withdrawl with all needed effort.

I hope you dont show any bitter reactions when nobody sheds a tear.

Trump is a putin puppet. Its Putins main goal to get an alliance with Germany. Trump cant stop NS II but he can damage the German american relations enough to get Putin what he wants.

Beside that Putin cannot shut down German energy. We can buy evrywhere.

Not on the pipeline of which they own 50% of all share off.
If they decide to shut the tap off, not a drop will flow.

How quickly, just admit it, Germany is about to become one of Putin's energy slaves...

I have driven a BMW and Mercedes, as well as a Lexus and Infinity. The Lexus and Infinity make the BMW and Mercedes look like a Peugeot 403 in ride and drive.

Are you kidding me? You do realize we have LNG terminals and other pipelines?

If they close the tap, we buy from Iran and ship via Hamburg. While Putins pensioners starve because he lacks the income to pay them.

Dude i guess when your fav. Supermarket closes you starve because yoh cant go to another one.

How good are relations when one side wants to blackmail the other to buy something from them?

Is there anything left to break at this point?

They need not ever buying from the pipeline off lest the have to learn to say "do svidaniya" as part of their new Russian Language.

I would rather be "Putins energy slaves" than an american vasall. At least Putin is cheaper.

Thing is, you still don't have any control on the gas producers. In fact Germany has no control at all. You may want to buy from elsewhere but I can garantee that if Russia says no, Iran will also say no as Iran is pretty much dependant on Russia for it's defense against her enemies. If it wasn't for russia I ran would be a parking lot for US tanks presently.

Would you say paying more then our fair share to NATO to protect your ass from Russia supposedly would be" mingle into its internal affairs"

Can you explain why you need military aid to protect yourself from a country you get more and more energy from?

    That depends.

Are you paying for the defense of my country?

    I'm not anti-German. I'm anti-anti-American.

Would you say that we telling you you can drop your defense spending on our level and that evrything you spend more is your own decission, is mingle into your internal affairs?

We dont need military aid. We also dont see Russia as threat. Thats your paranoia, not ours.

The EU is dictated by Germany.

Again, the US have no say in german energy projects.

If there was not an agreement at 2% of GDP you would have a point..

If Russia is not a threat why be part of NATO? You are free to leave.

I don't think anyone is forcing Germany to buy from America.. I think we are just advising it's not a good idea to bend over for the Russian..

Have fun Germany and welcome to the Putin family :) ¯\_(º¸º)_/¯

Yes, we do pay. We are currently in Afghanistan because your country asked us to stand by your side. We lost soldiers there, so far USA was only NATO country yet to ask for help. We followed our promise. I doubt USA would do same for us. But that aside you sure agree that no sovereign nation would allow USA to dictate energy politics.

You are free to offer your LNG on our market. If you have a reasonable pricr you can out compete the russians.
