COVID-19 RNA Based Vaccines and the Risk of Prion Disease

Abstract
Development of new vaccine technology has been plagued with problems in the past. The current RNA based SARSCoV-2 vaccines were approved in the US using an emergency order without extensive long term safety testing. In this paper the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine was evaluated for the potential to induce prion-based disease in vaccine recipients. The RNA sequence of the vaccine as well as the spike protein target interaction were analyzed for the potential to convert intracellular RNA binding proteins TAR DNA binding protein (TDP-43) and Fused in Sarcoma (FUS) into their pathologic prion conformations. The results indicate that the vaccine RNA has specific sequences that may induce TDP-43 and FUS to fold into their pathologic prion confirmations. In the current analysis a total of sixteen UG tandem repeats (ΨGΨG) were identified and additional UG (ΨG) rich sequences were identified. Two GGΨA sequences were found. Potential G Quadruplex sequences are possibly present but a more sophisticated computer program is needed to verify these. Furthermore, the spike protein, created by the translation of the vaccine RNA, binds angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2), a zinc containing enzyme. This interaction has the potential to increase intracellular zinc. Zinc ions have been shown to cause the transformation of TDP-43 to its pathologic prion configuration. The folding of TDP-43 and FUS into their pathologic prion confirmations is known to cause ALS, front temporal lobar degeneration, Alzheimer’s disease and other neurological degenerative diseases. The enclosed finding as well as additional potential risks leads the author to believe that regulatory approval of the RNA based vaccines for SARS-CoV-2 was premature and that the vaccine may cause much more harm than benefit.

Links to articles that state reports to the VAERS database prove that the covid vaccines cause cancer or anything else should immediately be disregarded. The people who write such articles either have no understanding how VAERS works or they are willfully promoting lies and misinformation.

VAERS does not collect data systematically nor is any of the data meant to suggest causation. The database accepts any and anecdotal reports from patients, doctors or anyone who thinks an adverse event has happened after a vaccination. I could report that I got in a car accident because I lost concentration while driving after having a covid jab one week earlier and this would be added as an adverse event. They do not, generally, investigate or verify the reports unless they are really unusual. Anybody can lie and put in a false report.

The database does not exist for crappy antivax websites to make-up causation. The database is looking for correlations that need to be investigated, it doesn’t consider causation. What the database is supposed to be looking for if suspected adverse events are happening more often in vaccine participants than in the general population. In this day and age, it has been reported that 1 out of 2 people will develop cancer in their lifetime. So DUH, it’s not surprising that there will be people getting the vaccine and then getting diagnosed with Cancer but of course these mental midgets can’t fathom the obvious.

vaers has been descent at predicting "Severe Adverse Reactions" - corrolated well with other more scientific data collection and studies - myocharditis being an example of one Vax effect. The Risk of harm from the vax - for healthy people - is greater than the risk of harm from Covid. Immune compromized benefit from the vax .. the Risk of harm less from the vax than from Covid.

Researcher Craig Paardekooper (Kingston University, London) claims US Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) data show vaccine batches are sequentially marked by varying toxicity.

VAERS stores data from whoever provides it. Anyone doing research can then correlate that data to other studies done and formulate a conclusion. It isn't too difficult, that's why many do what they do.
