Gillard's buddies (the bankers) are now coming out and saying that if the carbon tax goes under Abbott it will place extra strain on the budget.

Funny how this maggot is a one of the big receivers of the governments innovation investment plan.

No wonder this PM has bankrupt the country.

All Abbott has to do about our CO2 emissions is plant more trees fullstop.

    Australia is bankrupt?

Funny, last time I checked Australia's GDP was $1.5 trillion/yr and Australia has over $6 trillion in assets. I'd love to be that bankrupt.

To get the point I would have to remove half my brain and take a (*)(*)(*)(*) in other half so I'll take that as a compliment.

A transplant with a goat as doner would help. The sheep one hasn`t worked for you.

Omitting Australian National icons like the “Opera House” and such. Could you possibly name 5 Australian owned assets that go towards contributing to this $6 Trillion worth of Australian owned assets?

    Just naming 5 will do!!

Whatever happened to just a plain proportional tax on CO2 emissions?

Like 1 dollar for every 1 ton of CO2 emitted?

The whole carbon credit trading scheme was cronyism and political corruption at its worst. Seems recently big businesses have been taking advantage of naive progressive politicians, disguising their special interest corruption as environmental policies. Half the time it is business interests actually drafting the law in the first place. The progressive politicians just give it their stamp of approval.
