He still faces trial for his acts with Trump in Fulton County. Giuliani's also being sued by his former lawyers, who allege he owes them about $1.4 million in unpaid legal fees. So, now he needs more lawyers - a tough sell, I suspect. He also owes the IRS almost $550,000 in unpaid federal taxes.
