You can read the google store TOS.

 

They didn't ban parler, they just took it out of the play store. You can still go to parler on their website. You can probably still donwload the parler apk and sideload it. Big deal....

 

They don't need anything. Private company makes decision not to be involved in something they don't like ... that's real news breaking.
