I posted long, long ago about paulobots suing to have delegates "unbound" for the convention. paulobots and the lawyers stupidly are making claims based on RNC rule # 38 which has NOTHING to do with the RNC binding delegates.. Rule # 14 clearly states that delegates ARE bound ACCORDING to the rules of their individual states. NOT BOUND BY THE REPUBLICAN CONVENTION RULES..

# 38 upon which paulobots stupidly hang their hats says that a majority of delegates from a state cannot force the remainder of delegates from that state to vote as a "unit." That is why it is called "The unit rule." However if the STATE election rule is a winner take all rule, then ALL the delegates of that state ARE bound to vote for the winner of the popular vote. That has no bearing on the unit rule #38.
If a state has a proportional primary and one candidate has won 15 of 20 delegates, then both Rule #14 and rule # 38 apply. The 15 must vote for the proportionate winner and the remainder must vote for their proportionate winner, be it the remaining 5 or 4-1 or 3-1-1. Rule #38 applies in that the 15 cannot force any of the 5 to vote with the 15 because their STATE rule says they cannot. Rule #14 applies because that is the STATE Rule.

So paulobots have no case and the suit is another exercise in the stupidity and futility of naive paulobots. And just as Paul has accomplished zip in a lifetime., the suits by paulobots will accomplish,,,,,,,LESS!

A search of my posts would show you I have so stated this long ago. A convenience of memory is not an effective tool for immature paulobots.

Luckily there are very, very few idiots that want Paul in ANY office. But I agree that only a complete idiot would want obama in office after watching him fail and lie for 4 years. Romney, when the lies are exposed as lies, as each is exposed, Romney seems a much better choice than b.o.. So far, each negative that is claimed about Romney, turns out to be a lie.
