    Legally, for now, I agree with that... but are you SURE we cannot arrange for an executioner, just this once??

    It would draw big ratings, which is all he really wanted anyway...

    They can bring the charges the prosecution cannot begin until he leaves office but a moot point as no crimes were alleged.

    The pro-Trump wing are making assertions they cannot prove.

    The OOJ allegations remain on the table for the next administration.

    The 'investigate the investigators' probe is dead in the water, and Barr has been told he will be investigated by the next admin.

    Sure... I've never indicated otherwise... I'd just prefer it not be a random act of violence. Natural causes is still the odds-on favorite, with having him melt via water poured on him a close second....

    Uh, who said anything about punishment? He hasn't been found guilty, so how and why would he be punished in a legal sense?

    I've already said, a couple of times now, that I don't see anything more happening on a legal level until after he leaves office.

    Yeah, that's extreme AF. I don't want him dead. I just want him defeated in the next election. Extremism from any angle is a terrible way to view things.

    It's not on any table, the DOJ has said no obstruction found, no charges, that is back by the OLC. The investigation into the investigation is going forward full speed.

    Evidence doesn't produce a crime.... evidence defines a crime and the crime here is OOJ... evidence can also document completely un-American behavior, and look, it did!

    Barr clears up what Mueller is trying to pull as well.

    Mueller Told Us He Was NOT Saying That Trump Would Be Charged If He Was Not President
    "Special counsel Mueller stated three times to us in that meeting in response to our questioning that he emphatically was not saying that but for the OLC [Office of Legal Counsel] opinion, he would have found obstruction," Barr told the Senate Judiciary Committee. "He said that in the future, the facts of the case against a president might be such that a special counsel would recommend abandoning the OLC opinion, but this is not such a case."

    Mueller of course legally can find that Trump is not exonerated of OOJ:

    tough.

    It’s on the table for the next administration, and not a word by Trump or his followers change that in the slightest.

    Barr now himself is watching behind for the investigators who are investigating the Barr investigations and Barr.

    A prosecutor doesn't convict either., that's the job of a judge and or jury. go figger.

    And guess what, Meuller didn't exonerate, so what's the problem with all these people whining about how a prosecutor can't exonerate anyone?

    Trumpian logic is intermittent at best.

    I am enjoying the right wing here running around in circles because Trump is not exonerated because Mueller supposedly can't exonerate Trump, yet they think Trump is exonerated of collusion by Mueller.
