Name one thing I got wrong. Be specific. And please stop disrespecting the millions of victims of the Nazis for a cheap, inaccurate shot. These victims include my grandfather. If you can't treat the Nazi horrors with solemnity, then none of your "arguments" can be treated seriously.

Nothing in your post reflects my post. You may have confused me with another poster.
You're on a rant. Collect your senses and get back to me when you have regained them.

RP politicians can only whine about DOJ/FBI lawlessness, and so demonstrate just how powerless they really are.
IMO, Garland is likely to remain in charge of the DOJ until he gets bored or wants to make more money somewhere else.

Too bad to check (by DoJ): Guess who paid for Hunter's hookers?

'We know from Hunter Biden’s laptop that he burned through a lot of money on hookers and drugs, but you’ll never guessed who paid for the former.'

'Hunter Biden illegally deducted tens of thousands of dollars in payments made to a prostitute and a sex club from his taxes, according to bombshell IRS whistleblower testimony to Congress released on Thursday.'

Let the US Taxpayer pay for them!

'In a June 1 interview with the House Ways and Means Committee, one whistleblower, an unnamed IRS criminal investigator, detailed how Hunter went to great lengths to underreport his income and avoid paying $106,000 in taxes – including by writing off his sex escapades as business expenses.'

'“So some of the items that he deducted were personal no-show employees. He deducted payments that were made to who he called his West Coast assistant, but she was essentially a prostitute,” the whistleblower, who worked on the agency’s investigation into alleged tax fraud perpetrated by President Biden’s son on his 2018 return, alleged in his testimony.'

'Another whistleblower, IRS supervisory agent Gary Shapley, told the committee on May 26 that he found several instances of Hunter improperly expensing flights for prostitutes.'

'sex club membership, the orgies, and the jet-setting hookers, with taxpayer funding.'

'The IRS subpoenaed Damon Lawner, the owner of the SNCTM Sex Club in Los Angeles, to find out why Hunter listed his membership there as a “golf club” for business purposes.'

'The IRS and some at the FBI wanted to pursue all these as potential felony tax charges. They got overruled and eventually shut down by DoJ leadership. Even then, as John noted last night from IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley’s testimony to Congress, the man publicly in charge apparently wasn’t actually calling the shots:'

DIRTBAG MERRICK GARLAND IS A LIAR

'United States Attorney Weiss was present for the meeting. He surprised us by telling us on the charges, “I’m not the deciding official on whether charges are filed,”'

'Hunter’s dad spent the first two years of his presidency demanding a massive amount of expansion at the IRS'

BRIBED JOE: 'Let’s finish the job and close the loopholes that allow the very wealthy to avoid paying their taxes. Instead of cutting the number of audits for wealthy taxpayers, I just signed a law to reduce the deficit by $114 billion by cracking down on wealthy tax cheats. (Applause.) That’s being fiscally responsible.'

'Joe Biden wants to sic IRS audits on Americans to plug holes in his pathologically unbalanced spending plans, but wants to let taxpayers fund Hunter’s sex parties and hookers.'

'who else gets a free pass from tax-law enforcement? Biden’s brothers? Do the Bidens have a ‘Friends of the Family Plan’ at the DoJ? How about paid fronts for their LLC money-laundering? Who else won’t Biden’s US Attorney charge in his district? Perhaps large-scale donors to Biden’s election campaigns and the Democrat Party?'

'There was a time when we could rely on the rule of law, and on institutions to resist when high-ranking pols attempted to corrupt it and the institutions as well. Now we live in times where so much has been corrupted that it’s almost impossible to see where the rot ends, or if it even does at all. The whores outnumber the virtuous in the institutions these days, perhaps even in overwhelming numbers.'

The precise opposite of your premise is true.

    First, your premise is false.

Trump is not being charged because he is Biden's opponent, given that the investigation began long before Trump declared his candidacy.

Note that Trump announced his candidacy long before it is normal to do so, ostensibly for the sole purpose so that he can claim the investigation is political.

Trump is not interested in become president to do good for America, or making America great, Trump is running for president to get his base to attack Garland to put pressure on Garland, to intimidate Garland, to impugn Garland's integrity, as you are doing. YOu are literally fulfilling Trump's purpose. Trump is especially interested in running for president as a shield against his legal troubles, and that is the main reason. Trump does not care about you or me, he only cares about Donald Trump. How many folks, typical at Trump rallies, do you see invited ot Mar-A-Lago or Trump Towers?

But none of these things will stop Garland.

No man is above the law, including Donald Trump.

Either you believe in that, or you don't.

If you don't, then you believe in tyranny.

    There is no compromise.

Donald Trump is being indicted because he has committed crimes, openly, and in the public sphere, and no doubt he does this because he believes he is above the law.

Well, the law will have a say about that, and soon.

Merrick Garland is a man who does not compromise when it comes to the law. He is a man of the highest degree of integrity.

Notice that Garland does not complain about the fact that Trump is going around defaming Garland, promoting others in his camp to do so, as well, on Fox, and elsewhere.

Notice that he doesn't get into petty squabbles.

    Notice that he doesn't brag.

    Notice that he doesn't lie.

Garland doesn't care if you are a democrat or a republican.

Garland's DOJ defended Trump twice, in court, to the criticism of many democrats. He was asked about it. His answer? "Because it was the right thing to do".

Garland did not fire, as is customary when a new president takes office, US Attorney Delaware David Weiss, who was appointed by Trump's DOJ (Bill Barr, at Trump's request) who was assigned as Special Counsel to investigated Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden. Note that he was left in place to finish the investigation with the consent of Hunter's Father, Joe Biden. That investigation lasted 5 years and has resulted in 2 misdemeanor charges. Note that private citizens rarely are assigned Special Counsels to investigate them for 5 years. Private citizens are rarely charged with filing late on taxes and paying them late.

No, I'm afraid that all you are doing is propagating the Trump agenda. It has nothing to do with the truth

And the Truth is that Garland is a man who deserves our highest degree of admiration.

Fake news. My premise is true. Dirtbag Merrick isn't fit to clean dog **** off my driveway. He's a crook, a liar and a fixer, a disgrace to the nation. Hopefully he will be the second Attorney General to be sentenced to prison time.

Garland doesn't make the charging decisions in a special counsel case. For that matter neither does Jack Smith. Those charges came from a grand jury of tRump's peers who were shown evidence and asked to decide if charges were appropriate.

Your entire thread premise is ridiculous.

That's what Lying Dirtbag Merrick claims, but, IRS the whistleblower naming names to smack down Dirtbag Merrick Garland's lies

On Friday, Lying Dirtbag 'Merrick Garland and Deputy AG Lisa Monaco denied any involvement interfering with the decisions made by USAO David Weiss regarding the investigation of the Hunter and ¹Joe Biden bribery and tax fraud scheme. However, in response, the IRS whistleblower is now naming additional witnesses to Weiss’s statements.'

    WHISTLEBLOWER NAMING NAMES

'“In an October 7, 2022, meeting at the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office, U.S. Attorney David Weiss told six witnesses he did not have authority to charge in other districts and had thus requested special counsel status. Those six witnesses include Baltimore FBI Special Agent in Charge Tom Sobocinski and Assistant Special Agent in Charge Ryeshia Holley, IRS Assistant Special Agent in Charge Gary Shapley and Special Agent in Charge Darrell Waldon, who also independently and contemporaneously corroborated Mr. Shapley’s account in an email, now public as Exhibit 10, following p. 148 of his testimony transcript.'

CONGRESS NEEDS TO TAKE THESE WITNESSES TESTIMONY IN ORDER TO DETERMINE IF DIRTBAG MERRICK LIED TO CONGRESS.

Lying To Congress Can Result In A Five Year Prison Term

'Mr. Shapley would have no insight into why Mr. Weiss’s would make these statements at the October 7, 2022 meeting if they were false. That Mr. Weiss made these statements is easily corroborated, and it is up to him and the Justice Department to reconcile the evidence of his October 7, 2022 statements with contrary statements by Mr. Weiss and the Attorney General to Congress.”'

'Someone is lying, and the whistleblower appears to have all his information well documented and cited. Mr. Weiss, Mr. Garland and Mrs. Monaco have some explaining to do.'

'If Hunter Biden was caught not putting the foreign payments on his U.S. tax returns as income, and we know Joe Biden received the same payments, did Joe Biden list his portion on his income tax returns?'

Dirtbag Merrick is a corrupt lying crook and a fixer of felonies for the favored. He is a vile stain on American Jurisprudence and if justice is served, he will be the second AG to serve time.

    COVERUPS ARE CRIMINAL ACTS

The Hunter Biden Investigation Was the Coverup

'Hunter Biden threw his dad’s name around in a July 2017 WhatsApp message to Chinese businessman Henry Zhao, according to an IRS whistleblower.'

'“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” the message began, warning that it must be resolved “now,” and threatening, “I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”'

'The Department of Justice would not allow IRS investigators to look further into that message.' A request for a cell phone location search to determine if Joe Biden was in fact sitting there at the time, was refused. A warrant to search the location of the phone call was refused.

'That’s the testimony of IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, a supervisory special agent with the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation division. Along with a special agent, also with IRS-CI, identified only as “Mr. X,” Shapley recently came forward to speak to the House Ways and Means Committee.'

'Hunter Biden’s long-running tax and gun scandals went under the rug this week with a sweeping announcement by his lawyers that he will plead guilty to two misdemeanors to dispose of the tax crimes and complete a diversion program to make the gun felony disappear. The plea agreement must be approved by a federal judge, and you won’t make any money betting that it won’t be. But on Thursday, the House Ways and Means Committee released the transcripts of the whistleblower interviews, in which they describe the outrageous special treatment they witnessed in the Department of Justice’s handling of the case, after which they suffered retaliation that is probably illegal.'

'Shapley testified that the IRS was conducting an investigation into a “foreign-based amateur online pornography platform” when “Mr. X” developed an investigative lead that resulted in the IRS opening an investigation into Hunter Biden, “code name Sportsman.” That was November 2018.'

'In October 2019, the FBI “became aware that a repair shop had a laptop allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden and that the laptop might contain evidence of a crime.” In November 2019, the FBI “verified its authenticity” by “matching the device number against Hunter Biden’s Apple iCloud ID.” The following month, the FBI took possession of the laptop and notified the IRS that it “likely contained evidence of tax crimes.”;'

THEY RIGGED THE ELECTION BY BURYING THE LAPTOP

'This was was nearly a year before the New York Post reported on the emails that were found on the laptop showing apparent evidence of Biden family influence peddling. While former U.S. intelligence officials falsely suggested the laptop was “Russian disinformation,” the FBI knew it was all real, yet failed to mention that fact at its regular meetings with social media companies and news organizations.'

'Shapley’s team of experienced IRS investigators met biweekly with the FBI, the Delaware U.S Attorney’s Office and the Department of Justice Tax Division. “It soon became clear to me this case was being handled differently than any I’d seen before,” Shapley testified.'

THE DELAWARE US ATTORNEY CONCEALED THE $5 MILLION IN BRIBES PAID TO HUNTER AND THE $5M IN BRIBES PAID TO JOE, FROM THESE INVESTIGATORS.

'By March 2020, the IRS was ready to seek search warrants in California, Arkansas, New York and Washington, D.C., and planned to conduct 15 contemporaneous interviews. On April 1, Special Agent “Mr. X” drafted an affidavit describing probable cause for the searches. But in early April, “former Vice President Joseph Biden became the presumptive Democratic nominee for president,” and then “career DOJ officials dragged their feet on the IRS taking these investigative steps.”'

THEY EVEN TIPPED OFF HUNTER ON THE PLANNED ACTIVITIES OF THE INVESTIGATORS

'Month after month, year after year, career employees of the Department of Justice denied investigative steps, rejected enforcement operations, and even tipped off Hunter Biden’s attorneys about developments. Shapley told the House Ways and Means Committee that in September 2020, Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf acknowledged that there was probable cause for a physical search of the Bidens’ Delaware residence, where Hunter had stayed for a time, “but said there is no way we will get that approved.” He said Wolf stopped investigators from questioning Hunter Biden’s associate, Rob Walker, about the email that said, “Ten held by H for the big guy,” and wouldn’t allow investigators to ask about references to “dad.”'

FBI AND DOJ ACTIVELY OBSTRUCTED, WITHHELD EVIDENCE AND TRIED TO ILLEGITIMATELY CONTROL THE IRS INVESTIGATION

'Shapley said the FBI tried to “dictate” to the IRS investigators who should be interviewed and would not give the IRS team direct access to the laptop. Later, the IRS would obtain records from an iCloud search that included relevant text messages the FBI had not produced. Further inquiry into them was blocked by the DOJ.'

THE US ATTORNEY HELPED BIDEN RUN OUT THE CLOCK ON FAILING TO REPORT, AND PAY TAXES ON THE BURISMA BRIBES

'Early in 2022, Assistant U.S. Attorney Wolf “supported charging Hunter Biden for tax evasion and false return in 2014, 2018 and 2019, and for failure to file or pay for 2015, 2016 and 2017.” Then a new game began. “The proper venue for a tax case is where the subject resides or where the return is prepared or filed,” Shapley testified. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia had “venue” over the 2014 and 2015 tax years, but the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Matthew Graves, a Biden appointee, “personally reviewed the report and did not support it.” That meant “there was no ability to charge there.” The statute of limitations was allowed to expire.'

The dead whistleblower, the missing whistleblower, the paid whistleblower or disgruntled former clerk whistleblower?

I get them all mixed up.

The whistleblowers that 'allege that the Justice Department consistently cut them off in seeking searches or answers related to President Biden. However, the line that stood out the most was this: “U.S. Attorney Weiss stated that he subsequently asked for special counsel authority from Main DOJ at that time and was denied that authority.”'

'If true, that means that Garland was not just hearing from experts and members of Congress calling for an appointment, but that Weiss himself also saw the need for such an appointment. Moreover, the report indicates that others in the investigation believed that there was a need to create such separation from the Justice Department in light of what they viewed as the special treatment given the president’s son.'

'These accounts would explain why there is no evidence of serious investigation into the influence peddling or a charge under FARA.'

'It would explain why' Hunter’s lawyer cannot recall ever being asked about the laptop.

The source is Jon Turley. I know that cults isolate their believers by requiring them to only listen to sources that they have approved of. If that's your mindset, and he's not on your approved list, what are you doing here?

Yea... the $10 million just showed up in the "big guy's" 2017 tax return s corp section somehow... Reckon the "IRS Mandatory Presidential Audit Policy" looked into this? the most they made was $400K before.
    Let Denish speak for himself
A look at Biden’s tax returns possibly reveals the location of the $10 million bribe
