Governor Greg Abbott signs, seals and HAND-DELIVERS letter to Biden today while at the border

I hold nothing but extreme respect for Governor Abbott who tells it like it is! “Your visit …is $20 billion too little and two years too late.” Biden is a constitutional ****-up. His job is to protect this country from all foreign invaders, wishing to harm us. He cares more about appeasing the drug cartels and is complicit in their operation, 24-7. The entire problem at our southern borders was created by his administration, who turned a purposeful blind eye to the border crisis. He cannot blame anyone but the man in the mirror.

 

I bet he won't even read the letter. Someone pulling his strings will and his Press secretary will fubble her way through addressing any questions raised about it.

 

Biden and his handlers purposely ignore it by pretending it's not happening. Greg Abbott is well aware of the games they play. Biden will even ignore members of his own party, Texas democrats, who want him to do his damn job.

 

Everything Biden knows about reading friendly messages from your opposition he learned from Nancy Pelosi.

 

I think his visit is just the result of more democrats telling him he has to do something. With them holding out their hands for federal aid because they are overwhelmed they can't keep saying there's no problem.

 

Keep busing illegals to Martha's Vineyard and other posh North Eastern venues. I mean 100% of those who cross get free bus tickets to Boston or Philadelphia. See how soon the border situation gets resolved then.

I hear El Paso went through a quick clean up/sanitization before Biden got there; illegals moved out of sight, trash cleaned up, streets and sidewalks swept and BP agents ordered not to make negative or disparaging comments if addressed.

Its the difference between handing that letter to Biden in private through a third party for a private communication on the issue, and announcing it with cameras nearby to memorialize it.

 

It's so much more personal when one's words are hand-delivered to the intended recipient. Plus, let's not kid ourselves. Abbott spoke for a lot of Americans! So why not, go public with it? We all know why Biden finally went to the border. He's running for reelection and seeks to befuddle, and whitewash what's happening at our southern borders. He wants prospective voters to think he's doing something instead of reading prepared words like the puppet usually does.

 

If Biden does nothing else for his remaining two years he needs to at least get the border under control.

 

Biden is less likely to be moved by a stunt for the cameras.
This is pretty much what Nancy Pelosi when she ripped up Trump's SOTU address. Performative politics is not designed to promote a dialogue or solve a political problem, but to send a political signal about something for craven political purpose.

 

Well, obviously, Abbott's intentions have been well received. Only a fool would believe Pelosi had good intentions when acting like a divisive, partisan fool during Trump's SOUA.

 

By you and people of a similar disposition they were well received. Biden is not in that camp. I can garrantee you I thoroughly enjoyed what Pelosi did. She only ripped up pages that had lies in them. But the gesture was not designed to do anything but be 'well received' by people who already wanted Trump insulted. And this letter was not designed to convince Biden of anything.
