The World from Berlin: Greek Exit From Euro Zone Just a 'Matter of Time'

I mostly agree with the Süddeutsche Zeitung.

Just like it. :) Would be a nice betrayal, if this referendum succeeds. Pretty logical for them, from the other side.

    Could you please explain?

    Many thanks.

Well, if I understand situation correct, if this referendum succeeds, they will just go bankrupt, and, of course, banks, which provided credits, will be pretty much owned. They (Greece) might face stagnation, but it will make them free from a lot of debts. And it would be like - sucking you funds for a couple of years, and after that just saying, that you can (*)(*)(*)(*) off. Plus that will hit euro dramatically.

Urghhhh...never mind. My economics knowledge is pretty silly.

Greece will go bankrupt in a year or so. Inside or outside the Euro. The referendum gives the Greek people a chance at choosing for themselves where to do it. They are hedged n on all sides, politically and financially, but this way they decide how it ends.
