    Calls to impeach Biden growing

Constitutionally the House while operating in impeachment role is the most powerful investigative agency in the United States. The Corrupt FBI wants to play hide and control the evidence as they attempt to conceal Biden's crimes in order to rig yet another presidential election.

The FBI has information that Bribed Joe and 'Hunter Biden were part of a bribery scheme back in 2015 and 2016.'

The FBI finally allowed the 'House Oversight Committee to view a transcribed interview — an FD 10-23 — with a “highly credible” informant who alleged that both Joe and Hunter Biden were paid $5 million each to help a Ukrainian natural gas company executive kill a corruption investigation into him.'

'Just hours later, the Justice Department charged Trump for the possession of allegedly classified documents using the Espionage Act, which has never been used against a president.'

'Biden had classified documents sitting in boxes in his garage. Stop talking tough on Twitter and impeach Joe Biden.'

The classified docs that Biden has from his Senate days, he stole from a skiff. Did he sell them? What were the documents? We don't know because the corrupt DOJ is concealing everything.

With an Impeachment vote, the Court will order full and complete compliance by the DOJ and FBI with evidence production demands from the House. The FBI/DOJ and the corrupt Merrick Garland, have made it very clear that they are intent on obstructing justice.

For example: 'Secret Service Refuses To Hand Over Emails Naming Biden’s Delaware Visitors'. This is one of several places where Biden illegally retained classified documents.

“Republicans in Congress need to get off Twitter with their tough talk and impeach Joe Biden for his treasonous 5 million dollar bribe.”

If the corrupt DOJ can put Biden's opponent on trial during the election, the House can put the President on trial for bribery, during the election season.

    Please discuss.

In borrowing the spirit of high-minded eloquence from our friends on the other side of the aisle, I but have to say, "Impeach the ****er."

It would never make it to the Senate.

Go ahead. It would be funny to see MTG, Jordan, Gaetz, and Boebert to lead the charge. BTW: What happened to the laser focus of the House GOP on inflation?

Sure it would. But, we'll come back to that. The purpose of and Impeachment Investigation is to gather evidence. If, after an investigation, there is sufficient evidence to impeach, then once the articles of impeachment are sent to the Senate, the Senate must take them up, they have no choice in the matter.

The purpose of the impeachment investigation is force the Obstructive Administration to produce the evidence that the House demands.

Time for House To Open Biden Impeachment Investigation

House Should Open Impeachment Investigation into Biden for Bribery.

'The U.S. House of Representatives should immediately vote to approve an impeachment investigation into President Joe Biden on suspicion of bribery in the wake of new evidence emerging from the FBI’s 1023 form.'

    THE UKRAINE BRIBE:
'That document, handed over to Congress only after the House Oversight Committee threatened to charge FBI Director Christopher Wray with contempt, describes a $5 million foreign scheme to bribe Biden.'

Bribery is one of only two crimes specified for impeachment and removal from office.

    THE CHINA BRIBE:
'The House Oversight Committee previously revealed that the Biden family received $3 million from a company controlled by the Chinese Communist Party. There was no clear business purpose, nor goods traded.'

'The Department of Justice had slow-walked allegations against Biden and his family; Attorney General Merrick Garland refused to appoint a special counsel; and the mainstream media showed little interest in the facts.'

'This is about the plain language of the Constitution. Joe Biden received foreign money, through shell corporations and family members, to influence his policies. Now is the time. Have the vote.'

Rule of thumb, never try to impeach the president before an election year. It never works.

That being said, impeaching Biden is futile. Yes, the House may impeach him, but given the fracturing of the GOP in the House, the Freedom Caucus will pretty much, right now, deny any win to McCarthy for this year. And with a slim majority in the House, that will doom any impeachment articles the House has under MTG and a couple of others. Even if it goes through the House, the Senate, requiring 60 votes to remove Biden from office will not happen, just like with Clinton's impeachment trial in the Senate, as well as the two impeachment trials in the Senate for Trump.

Why are you so opposed to holding Biden to the same standards that team Democrat wants to subject Trump to?

It's not really about Justice after all... Is it?

Well that was before Biden arrested his opponent, that is leading Biden in the polls, in order to deflect attention from the FBI's evidence of Biden's $5 million dollar bribe from Ukraine. And Dems impeached Trump during an election year.

Further, the point of an impeachment investigation is to determine if the strength of the evidence, in this case, that Biden is guilty of multiple counts of international bribery. Bribery, if you'll remember, is one of the two specific crimes for which impeachment is warranted.
    67 votes.

But, you're way ahead of yourself.
    • First the House needs to agree to launch an impeachment inquiry,
    • If so, then the FBI/DOJ will be compelled to produce the evidence that they have been very reluctant to part with.
    • The evidence will need to be evaluated by the House, and of course, due process accorded to Joe the Bribed, he has an inherent right to challenge the evidence against him, to cross examine witnesses, and to call witnesses in his own defense, you know, all the things Dems denied Trump.
    • After that the House will need to deliberate, and vote on whether the evidence that Joe Biden engaged in bribery is sufficient to support charges to be transmitted to the Senate.
If we can have an election season trial for Trump, certainly we can also have an election season trial for Joe Biden.

Rove: Biden, Trump Could Both Lose

'By 65% to 32%, registered voters think Mr. Biden is “too old to effectively serve another 4-year term.” This includes
    • 69% of independents,
    • 73% of whites with no college degree,
    • 72% of men,
    • 66% of voters 35 to 49 and
    • 65% of those 50 to 64. Even
    • 41% of Democrats agree, as do
    • 47% of blacks,
    • 75% of Hispanics, and
    • 75% of voters under 35.'
That's a resounding consensus. And that's not going to improve between now and the election

'64% said Mr. Biden wasn’t “a strong leader.” That stance is supported by
    • 69% of whites,
    • 65% of voters under 35,
    • 75% of independents,
    • 59% of Hispanics and
    • 46% of blacks. Only
    • 64% of Democrats believe their party’s nominee is a strong leader.'
That's not going to improve, either.

Given that Biden is such a weak candidate, 'it will be essential for Team Biden to irradiate his GOP opponent to eke out a victory.'

But, folks know that Biden is old and frail, add corrupt and bribed, and he's very unlikely to win the election.

67 votes needed in the Senate

It isn't about ousting him - it is the same court of public opinion that the dems try to win -both sides will continue to escalate

The court of public opinion really did not sway any voters one way or the other in both Trump's impeachments. Nor will it sway the voters if it is Biden's impeachment. This might work 30 years ago, but not today given our divisive political environment.

I agree - but my only hope is that it pushes more people to realize that both sides are crap and we need to figure out 3rd options

None of this is going to change those numbers one way or the other and those numbers are not going to be the deciding factor for any US Senator. Meanwhile, those numbers are based on the reflection of how Biden has participated in the political process.

But when it comes to the November elections, personal character is not going to be on the top 5 list. Table issues such as inflation, jobs, unemployment or employment opportunities, immigration in general, and trade/travel will be the top 5.

If that happens, then we might get better candidates. But right now, both sides are going for that shiny object in the cookie jar approach.

Where did I say I was opposed? I said: Go ahead, impeach him. I'd definitely enjoy the ensuing circus in the House. Unlike the MAGAs with Trump, I am not emotionally attached to Biden.

I think there should be bipartisan agreement on not only impeachment but conviction. Biden has been running for the presidency for the last 30 years. Time and again, the voters told him no. But he kept running, notwithstanding. This indicates that his run for the presidency is nothing short of his hunger for power and prominence--in other words, pure selfishness. It would be a nice, moral ending for both parties to come to an agreement to show the present and future generations that the point of the presidency is to serve the people, not serve yourself, and the consequence of such selfishness is political ostracism.

Exactly! An impeachment attempt of President Biden won’t make it out of the house. Didn’t read beyond that.
