    sure, killers are all expert riflemen, free to just walk around with sniper rifles. what a joke, man. Most murders are at ball bat distances. Cause most murders are committed by morons. Why risk a death sentence when you can get the punk 10 years in prison just by leaving a silenced .22 pistol and an oz of meth in his car, while at almost no risk to yourself at all?
