Guns - why isn't suicide prevention pushed?

    6 out of every 10 gun deaths are suicides, a statistic the left continues to push to include with gun death rates. Why are they not pushing to do something about it? If you want to save lives when it comes to guns why not go after the meat of the issue instead of concentrating on the under 1% of gun deaths caused by mentally ill people who snap? Guess it would make it harder to ban guns, starting with "assault rifles" of course, which again, lowest of the barrel but easier to scream about.

    And there were no suicides before the invention of firearms, right? :roll:

    Of course not. How else could someone kill themselves? Sharp objects, drops, cars, water, pills?

    So really it comes down to taking from a political opponent and has nothing to do with saving lives. Got it.
