I'm just asking . I haven't seen anything suggesting they have. We all know it isn't Republicans out there destroying things, setting fires. Those so called protesters are their supporters and a few thugs looking for a profit the easy way. And, they should tell them to cool it .Sad.

I kinda viewed both Clinton's and Obama's remarks earlier today as gracious and meant to calm their base. Obviously it didn't work, but ill give them a little credit in trying.

Have to agree. I thought Trump's speech was surprisingly excellent last night, followed by both Clinton and Obama giving excellent speeches today. It seemed to me that all three truly were putting their best foot forward and leading from their positions as best they could.

Truism. However, what I am seeing right now is the same reaction from the democrats they have been accusing the republican base of doing when Obama won. Both parties are equal piles of steaming crap.

Hey, if anyone wants my Trump yard signs they can cut them up , or set them on fie or something to get their aggression out. Maybe save some public property from being vandalized. And I can get some more in 4 more years. Don't say I'm not reaching out with an olive branch.

Time to bring back the tear gas and billy clubs. Im sick of lefties blocking streets and preventing ambulances from getting though. We need to start beating them and prosecuting them when they get violent

We need to start getting violent with them - it's the only way to bring anarchists to heel. With freedoms come social responsibilities.

Well they're on the run now - we have a new kind of politics. Serves them right for being complacent for so many decades.

Exactly, we need to teach them the difference between protesting peacefully and violent protesting. They just showed a leftist pig there saying people need to die.
Ok...her first. Beat her with the billy club until she learns not to block the road and people from getting to the hospital.

Very true! Democrats are suffering from the illusion that they were the majority. Their reaction is consistent with an entitled spoiled brat. Secretly I hoped Trump won even though I don't vote. His message did resonate with me. At least on the corrupt government message. I doubt anything will change but I will give him the benefit of the doubt until he proves otherwise. If and when he fails to deliver. I hope people wake up and realize voting is no way to change policy in America. It's like the Milwaukee sheriff said pitch forks and torches time. That is how we change policy in America.

People are starting to believe they can do all kinds of bad stuff if they do it in large enough numbers. Like those "flash mobs" that stream into Apple stores and steal $10k worth of stuff in like 90 seconds. Nobody ever gets prosecuted.

Edit: Can you imagine if Hillary had won and Trump supporters were in the streets tearing (*)(*)(*)(*) up? OMG they'd be asking Obama to declare martial law!

So where are you,r links proving that fires are raging and "things" were destroyed. I am not a supporter of these demonstrators but if they are peaceful then they are celebrating their rights under the constitution.

If there is or was violence by these anti-Trump demonstrators then the leaders must ask for calm. Where is your proof of violence?

Try watching a little TV news. Real news that is, like on Fox News. The so called MSM news as usual censers things that show how criminal Hillary supporter really are.

Both parties suffer from having a segment of extreme personalities, but I don't remember Republicans taking to the streets in 2008 and 2012 in the way these folks have done the day after the election. So maybe the steaming crap is a little deeper here?

I agree. If the mom of one of these protesters needs an ambulance who can't get through because the streets are blocked, how long would we have to wait before seeing a suit filed against the city? Perhaps by a very person who's blocking the street? Think, people.

That's downright generous of you. Me, I'm more apt to go with AlphaOmega's suggestion, thinking that olive branches should be reserved for rational people.

When was the last time we saw a bunch of Republicans joining arms out in the streets, shouting obscenities? They don't do that; they get quietly stomped on until they get fed up, then they show up at the ballot box and vote for change. See the difference?
