I guess it would depend on the details. If every single member of that ethnic minority presented a true and present danger to society and there was no way to stop the danger without killing them all then kill them all. You guys have to give all the details if you want an accurate answer

The Nazis made all sorts of claims about how the Jews were a threat to public safety. It was how Nazi "society" defined it at the time.
