An article in Scientific American touches on the factors that may account for the high death rate in Italy including the demographics of an older population, while the spread of the infection may be attributed to bad luck in experiencing the infection early before there was a high degree of awareness of the virus. But another critical piece of the puzzle of why Italy is particularly hard hit which isn’t discussed by the mainstream media is offered up by David Vance at AltNewsMedia: "Many Italians in Northern Italy have sold their leather goods and textiles companies to China. Italy then allowed 100,000 Chinese workers from Wuhan and Wenzhou to move to Italy to work in these factories, with direct flights between Wuhan and Northern Italy. This continued post outbreak, so is it mere coincidence that Northern Italy is now Europe’s hotspot for Corona Virus?" https://rairfoundation.com/exposed-...-socialist-healthcare-open-bordersmust-watch/ The mainstream media hasn't touched on this.
Because mainstream media liberal elites know to ask questions like, why Italy and not some other country. If this was just because of factories, what about Korea and Japan? What about Iran and the US? You can’t just simply slap down some random reason and be like “boom! confirmation bias!” In the real world. Well you can but that’s an elite problem that needs to be worked on and is being worked on.
