Hi, from the Black Hills

Anybody else from around the Black Hills in here.?
I spend a lot of time in Wyoming, Colorado, and Montana too.
Used to shoe horses, but not so much lately.
Spend a lot of time exploring old mining towns with my metal detector.

But I might end up out there eventually. How are the land prices out that way?

 

land and houses are reasonable to cheap. Lots of work and opportunity. Low crime rate, mostly just drunk indians.

 

Yeah, that drunk Indians bit doesn't surprise me. Where there's a res, there are bound to be drunk Indians, and I know they have land to call their own out there.

But yeah, I'm thinking that one fine day I might want to buy a hilly plot and build an earth home on (in) it.
