Carly Fiorina, the former Hewlett-Packard CEO who is flirting with a Republican presidential bid in 2016, took some tough shots Tuesday at the likely Democratic front-runner effectively accusing Hillary Clinton of running for office on a record of air travel. "Like Hillary Clinton, I too have traveled hundreds of thousands of miles around the globe, Fiorina said. But unlike Hillary Clinton, I know that flying is an activity, not an accomplishment. http://townhall.com/tipsheet/katiepavlich/2015/02/03/carly-fiorina-n1952085 If Hilary runs, Republicans will probably make the mistake of picking a token woman as a VP candidate. Whoever gets the nomination needs to win on issues, since they don't seem to have someone with any real charisma.
The GOP doesn't seem to have anyone who is a real, charismatic leader. You can say what you like about his policies and politics, but Reagan had bucketloads of charisma, and he really got the base going. Like Reagan, a GOP nominee doesn't need to have any substantive fiscal conservative policy - he just needs to talk the talk.

Neither side really has that this time round. Maybe Liz Warren for the progressive base.
