He arrived in Benghazi on Sept 10.. was there to kick off a joint venture between MASS General Hospital and Benghazi hospital to develop emergency services.. That dedication was supposed to take place the morning of the 12th.

 

Of course they did.....400 US surface-to-air missiles were 'STOLEN' from Libya during the Benghazi attack and are 'now in the hands of Al Qaeda'. As well as ISIS too.
