    Should they Have been allowed to do this? I think they'll probably get to stay. Will this encourage people elsewhere:

    It's LA, California where they **** on the streets wherever the cramp strikes them. I think it will cause other homeless people to gravitate to LA. They can have them. I would personally donate money for bus tickets if there was an agency that moved homeless people to LA. It's a literal **** hole.
