So, now we have a conclusion that Flynn violated the law from both Chaffetz and Cummings. You should pay attention because that is a) named source, b) source from both sides of the aisle, and c) conclusions that Flynn did something wrong beyond merely "lying to the Vice President." We also have a very good idea as to why the President's Chief National Security Adviser requested amnesty before testifying. As Flynn said, "Only criminals will seek amnesty."

And then we have this little gem:

I'm sure it's just a crazy coincidence that he lied about getting paid by the same country who tried to meddle in our election.

I'm not buying the part about lying to the VP. He likely lied, but Pence knew what the deal was.

And you have to wonder since he is a criminal in the eye of Chaffetz, if the Trump supporter are ferally chanting "lock him up".

He's no longer part of the Trump administration so throw all the mud you want at him. No longer matters.

It does when the White House is blocking the investigation.

Just following the precedent set forth.

Remember the last time an administration wrapped an investigation in red tape?

You should, it was happening during this past election.

Reagan did the same with the Iran contra scandal. They refused to release the note, even after a federal judge ordered them released.

This time it's criminal, Flynn will be charged. He is Trump's patsy right now.

What if Gen. Flynn were have been paid by the BBC instead of the RT ?

Both are funded by their federal governments.

Should Flynn be charged, it will be with offenses related to his lobbying, and non disclosure. Trump is in no way involved in Flynns lobbying. Allegations of collusion are conspicuously absent the committees review. Chaffetz seemed to feel Flynn may be subject to some form of monetary forfeiture, but no indication thus far that Flynn will be criminally charged.

I live in business unfriendly Mexifornia and I incorporated one of my businesses in the state of Connecticut for obvious reasons.

I had to register as a "foreign agent" with the California's Secretary of State.

But with private citizen Gen. Flynn we are dealing with the FARA.

Sorry for using an unreliable source.

Now the phrase "foreign agent" may sound like actually being a foreign agent but...

Isn't Barack Obama a foreign agent for the Muslim Brotherhood ?

And he didn't mention it? And if the British hacked our election? And if trump denied his people had British contacts? And if trump was under investigation for collusion with Britain?

Flynn was very active with the Trump campaign (while he was lobbying for Turkey, btw) and they do not have a file on the guy that was their National Security Advisor? Really? Where was the EXTREME VETTING on this guy before he was given clearance. And the right whines about an email server...lol

He might have gotten a pass then but since Russia was instrumental in helping Trump across the finish line, well then it might actually be relevant!

He may need it. Looks really to be a matter of what he'll be charged with, than if he'll be charged. Flynn though has no one else to implicate. He did what he did on his own. Think this will resemble the Patraeus disposition.

Until Congress completes it's witch hunt we still have no evidence that the Russian government tried to influence the outcome of the 2016 elections.

So far we only have a private company "Crowdstrike" who has a credibility problem who said that it was the Russians who hacked the DNC. For some really strange reason the DNC refused the FBI access to their servers and still do today. The RNC had no problem at all allowing the FBI access to their servers, probably because the RNC isn't a corrupt banana republic political organization.

Well we have every single intel agency confirming it, but if you wanna pretend it didn't happen then I can't help you.
