Pro-Houthi Yemeni officials handed the files to Iranian military advisers supporting the rebels, LA Times reported Wednesday. The data, according to the newspaper, contains plans for further strikes and locations of US agents possessing information on the al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula group.
e Shiite Houthi rebels in Yemen with support from Iran have acquired classified intelligence documents on US counter-terrorism operations in the country, the Los Angeles Times reported, citing unnamed US intelligence officials.
The Houthis have captured large parts of Yemen and forced US-backed President Abdu Rabu Mansour Hadi to step down. After later escaping house arrest, he disavowed his resignation.

Interesting perspective. The CNN article, "Why is Saudi Arabia bombing Yemen?" mentions nothing about that, which is no surprise as they are part of the corporate controlled media. As an aside, this is one of the reasons I get all my news online.

Personally I thought that the U.S. government couldn't possibly screw-up in the world worse than it already had after the G.W. Bush administration whimpered to a close. But then our irresponsible Left collectively decided to put an utterly amateur hour president into the Oval Office as a replacement and ever since then things have gotten much worse because he in turn surrounded himself with a host of incompetents and nation-hating radicals and outright idiots and has allowed them to interfere with the operations and procedures of various vital military and intelligence organizations.

Granted this intelligence screw-up could be the result of Yemeni government personnel going rogue or otherwise screwing up but it's also just as likely that it's due to one of Obama political appointees or operatives being a total idiot or rank incompetent or just a non-thinking ideologue.

So if the latter then the world has one year and ten months before Obama can be replaced with (we can only hope) a competent president and at least another year after that before the CIA and military intelligence can be made to get their professional act together again. Meanwhile expect the equivalent of such things to continue happening.
