Firearms: When Democrats fail to even field a presidential candidate who will declare on the record that they fully support the second amendment to the united states constitution and refuse to engage in confiscation of private property merely because the property happens to be a firearm, they hurt themselves with fully independent voters such as myself. Free Markets: When Democrats fail to field a presidential candidate who will go on the record for being 100% in support of free markets that are fairly and wisely regulated to protect the people from injury, then they hurt themselves with fully independent voters like me. True Independence: I'm fully independent McPherson strut suspension kind of voter (completely free from political party brainwashing). You can have my vote. My vote is available. But, you can't ever be taken seriously as a candidate for office when you subvert the united states constitution and support the killing of unborn Life. -------------- So, Democrats. Where's the Man or Woman in your party willing to earn my vote. I'm like Michael Jordan, in the voting both. I can go left. I can go right. I can go straight down the middle and vote on anybody in my sights. But, that vote will need to be earned in 2020. Do Democrats fully understand how badly they are hurting themselves by becoming more ultra liberal over time? The vast majority of my Independent friends support the Second Amendment. A good number of them support the Life of the unborn and the vast majority of them are pro-free market with sensible regulatory controls that protect the consumer.
No, I don't think the Democrat leadership does understand it. They are confined in their cushy bubble fully confident they are the smartest politicians ever and looking out for the people. I think they will lose many Democrat voters, too.
