How did I miss this??

    This year, the Republican Party isn't doing winner-takes-all for the Primary voting, but will instead apportion the electoral votes by percentage for all the States through March.
    I'm usually on top of this stuff, and I had no idea it was going down this way.
    Do you realize what this means? It means that the standard wisdom that has existed for my entire life has just been thrown out of the race. The Republican candidate will no longer be decided by Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina.
    Literally *any* candidate could end up winning this thing, even if they don't win any States at all.
