The United States is closing its borders to terrorists, to prevent them from entering. Now we are building fences and gates that cut across towns even at the US-Canada border, through town parks and people's back yards. Few Americans travel, even fewer in the past, but we all know about such walls, most notably the wall across Berlin. Now that we have reconstructed the Wall of Berlin around our own country, when will the US government turn the wall inside out and prevent people from leaving the United States, like the Soviet Union prevented its citizens from leaving?
