How electable is Rand Paul?

    1. Is an idiot that no reasonable person pays any attention to. The rest of the quote is just empty partisan platitudes.
    2. Being against abortion and SSM are not mutually exclusive with libertarianism, no matter how much socialist Bernie or garbage source politcususa try to babble otherwise.

    To the topic, anyone is electable at this point. Reagan, Carter, Clinton and Obama were thought "unelectable" at this point in applicable campaigns.

    I would be OK with Rand, but I'm not sure I would take the time to vote if he were the nominee. 50/50. I prefer someone stronger in demeanor. Not nasty like Christy, although he would certainly be fun. Someone polished but very strong and unbending. Rand just doesn't seem all that authorative (yet).

    LOL, the GOP establishment will not allow Paul to be the nominee.

    Scott Walker or Jeb Bush will be the nominee. Paul has no shot like Cruz.
