Although I am confident that Mr. President Donald J. Trump might have had contacts with the Russians and at least indirect connections with FSB (current name for the Soviet KGB) and apparently has contacts with them now I am more wondering whether the CIA and MI6 were really not aware of that and had not been involved into this «Russian connection» before. How many US soldiers and civilians are expected to die as well as Russian people according to a potential estimate calculated by experts from the CIA ?

As I have mentioned earlier in my numerous posts, I am a former investment banker and a former witness in a litigation in the USA in favour of petitioners (a group of US citizens, minority shareholders of Russian oil company YUKOS). That petition was submitted in Washington, D.C. on 25th October, 2005 against the Russian Federation, Russian state-controlled energy monopolies Gazprom and Rosneft, and two former top-level government officials Mr. Sechin and Mr. Kudrin (Allen, et al. v. Russian Federation, et al., Civil No. 05-2077, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, action for expropriation of YUKOS Oil Company). The amended petition that included my allegations and my name (based on my witness statement submitted earlier in London, UK where I resided then) was submitted in Washington, D.C. on 13th July, 2006.

The petitioners, the group of US investors were represented by a legal firm Covington & Burling, LLP that has headquarters in Wasington, D.C. and a number of other offices in the USA and abroad. I met and communicated mostly with Mr. O. Thomas Johnson, Jr. (former senior counsel) and Mrs. Marney Cheek (a partner) who represented clients. Although direct clients in the case were US citizens, all relevant legal fees were paid by GML, Gibraltar (Group Menatep Limited, connected with former main shareholders and top managers of the Russian oil giant YUKOS that was illegally expropriated by the Russian state headed by Putin and his cronies). Mr. Tim Osborne, a top manager of GML, Limited and a member of the Board of directors of Group Menatep Limited had been questioned by the US Senate Foreign relations Committee on February 17th, 2005 (“Democracy on the retreat in Russia”).

As I have mentioned before my claim for asylum was denied by the Home Office (the UK) in 2007 irrespective of my status of the witness in a litigation agaist the Russian Federation. The official excuse was that the Home Office had doubts in my credibility since I requested asylum in the UK not immediately upon my arrival in London on 28th of August, 2005 but only on 25th of October, 2005 (almost two months later) !

But even more surprising was the fact that the petition against the Russian Federation was denied EXACTLY on the very day (26th of November, 2007) of my return to Moscow, Russia (Memorandum Opinion of the

UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT for THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, RICHARD ALLEN, et al., Plaintiffs, v. RUSSIAN FEDERATION, et al., Defendants, Case 1:05-cv-02077-CKK, Document 74, Filed 11/26/2007) !!!

Thus, I was not really surprised that the above-mentioned seasoned lawyer from C & B, LLP was appointed as a judge of Iran-US Claims Tribunal in Hague (with the effective day of April the 1st, 2012) when the FSB (and apparently both CIA and MI6) realized I was looking for a legal representation in my potential suit against Covington & Burling LLP with potential charges for a willful negligence.

It is ludicrous to expect any action either from the Russian Parliament or the Russian mass media. They do not care about their nation. Besides, I have tried to address them before and to no avail. Does the same indifference apply to the US Congress and mass media of the U.S.A. ?

Again, how many US citizens (both soldiers and civilians) should perish before the US Congress would choose to consider an action to start a relevant inquiry ?
