How Not to have Conflict Resolution? Have a bumbling idiot of a President that has to read off of que cards just to speak. Have a sitting President, that can't handle taking questions from most of the Press, and if he does, he has a que card for only the people that will ask him grade school type questions. Defund the military. Make the Military look gutless by putting in Trans people at the top. Make a really bad deal to get an American back, whilst giving away an international Terrorist, with the nickname "the merchant of death", whom loves to kill your own citizens. Sell out secrets, and information, your economy, trade, farm land, food, energy, all to China, and call it the Green New Deal. Basically, just look and be a really weak party and President. Or just be Joe Biden, and the Democrat Politicians.
Biden is doing all the things needed to destroy America. It is possible the majority of the party that got him in, agrees that is the right thing to do. Take one possible trains of thought: the US has emitted in it's existence more greenhouse gasses than any other country. Maybe the Climate Change brigade back the democrats. Maybe they want to severely damage America, or worse.
Really? And how is that? The military budget has not significantly changed in over 15 years. It has gone up with inflation, but otherwise is largely unchanged since President Obama was in charge. The only thing I am seeing here is ignorant and uninformed blowhards bleating about political coprolite with nothing other than propaganda to back them up.
