214. Madrid bombing (3/19/04)

From another angle to see the terror attack - Madrid bombing.

Have you ever considered US or Israel intelligence might be behind it? I allege so based on following reason.

1. The known attack from Al Quada all directed against US. The bombing US embassy in Afirica; the bombing of US Cole; 911 attack aimed at US government, military and Jewish financial interest.(WTC is viewed as a financial center where there was a lot of Jewish financial institution). But at this time it is totally aimed at a foreign country and its civilians.

2. Al Quada is said heavily hit by Bush's anti-terror war. Bin Laden is said to be in trap of US military. How can it activate such a big attack?

3. The time is sensible. It took place just days before the Spainish election. Who thinks highly of election? Not the Islamic extremist who have little democratic opinion and not familiar with election. But the inside group of US know the importance of election. They know election is the only way in democratic system to get the power. And they are professional to manipulate an election. Such like this election year, they let out the information that Bin Laden will be arrested. To support Bush and his war policy, to maintain an international ally is important for him.

In US, such an terror attack would generally boost the public's enthusiasm to support the government. It's no surprise if they use it in Spain. Only this time it doesn't work. Because Iraq war is real unpopular.

4. Even Al Quada really care Iraq and Saddam that much, (the fact is Saddam and Bin Laden had different opinion and there is no evidence they had cooperated in terror attack.) the revenge target should be Great Britain which practically joined war, or Poland which actively joined occupation. A bombing in Spain is nothing else but to influence the election.

5. US government has a history to plan to attack its own people to provoke a war. The plan of Northwoods is evidence. And there was anthrax attack and DC sniper shooting which I also viewed as attack from inside group to push for war.

It doesn't make sense for Al Quada to seek the hostility against them from people in Europe at this time. If they can do it now, why not do it at the time when US invaded Afghan and Iraq? Even people of Spain didn't suspect Al Quada at first but the Basque group of their own country.

Though authority quickly said they found clues and Morocan suspects linked to Al Quada, it could be a manipulated case. In events of Islamic rebellion in Philippines and Monbasa terror attack, the hand behind terrorist were intelligence of US and Israel. (see #193 - 196, 199, 204) You know how easy it is to frame a terror attack if you know the story of smuggle of shoulder-fired missile. (# 205)

People are always the loser of a war in which they lose their lives and treasure. Only a little group of celebrities benefit from it. Either for more police power or business interest. That's why people all over the world are anti-war, include US'. The event in Spain proves that democracy system in Spain still works. It's a sorrow that US is becoming a covert totalitarian country. Where intelligence control media and election, manipulate sentiment of public. They create incidents to justify a war.

Madrid bombing is more like a tactic to help the election of Bush's ally Aznar in Spain to strenthen Bush's war policy in an election year.

I would say it's Bush's war policy fails in Spain.

215. Attempt to frame a negligent case (3/24)

When my father in law came back home from hospital last December, he weighted only 90 pounds. There is a food tube in his stomach which needs to be cleaning and changing sponge. I did the most care work such like serving meal and helpiing bath. He is much better recently. He gains about 20 pounds in weight and is able to take a short walk to the park.

In 3/15, a social worker visted us. My father in law is a sicked Senior and deserves in-home supportive service. In another word, I could be paid for what I did to him. She came to estimate the time needed for service. She told us we could be benefit for that service until June when Governor Schwarzenneger will cut the budget. She hinted me to put all the payment under my name when I told her my wife also did some work. She said it would be convenient for her to calculate the time, and it was kind of extra work to write another check just amounted several dollars to my wife. But at last I found it wouldn't work because for the time to drive my father in law to hospital, it has to be under my wife's. I have no drive license. She reluctantly agree to put that under my wife's name.

To take care of elder is a duty in Chinese tradition. I'd do it even there is no pay. I've never applied for that payment. It must be done by my wife. How did she know there is such kind of benefit? I alleged it was guided by someone.

My father in law complained the social worker came too late, it was three months when he was home. But I think in another way. She came in time schedule of Feds. I have told of heated persecution. The trap came one after another. This could be a latest one. I alleged so for the event develops later.

After the social worker's visit and I signed the document she requested which meant I took the responsibility of caring, my father in law started getting sick again. He coughed so heavy that he couldn't go to sleep at night. Later he lost appetite to eat. My wife drove him to the hospital for an emergence on Sunday morning(3/21). He was there until now. My wife said he is much better after giving oxygen. His appetite revovers too.

It coincides with another case. On 3/19 and 3/20, local Chinese TV and newspaper reported a news. A Chinese ethnic couple were charged as criminal on 3/19 in Bay Area for negligence caused death. The couple called 911 that their 82 years old mother lost consciousness this January. The elder was sent to hospital. She was dead there on 2/17. It said police believed the elder hadn't received sufficient care. That she hadn't had enough water and food. But the old lady was in hospital for at least more than 18 days. The reason is hard to believe. The couple were in prison because they can't afford to pay the bail of 250,000.

My father in law couldn't eat for about two days due to the severe cough. If he died, could authority charge us as similar case? Once it gets clear, I would have been died
in prison already. The above negligent case is more like a case picked up by Feds to justify the coming frame case. If you still remember the Stanford "random racial shooting" death. (see "63. A well planed frame case")

I alleged so for another reason. Feds has high tech. weapon of EM wave which can control people's natural reflection. I've talked about EM sleep wave. I know they also have an EM wave which can cause the victim nausea, vomit. It was no strange if they can irritate a cough by EM wave. I say so because when my father in law coughed heavily last week, I also had a little cough. I once thought probably we both caught a flu. On 3/19, I had suggested my father in law to visit a doctor. Then his cough suddenly stopped. His appitite recovered. That night, my wife told me happily that her father
finished a bowl of noodle and wanted more. Only next day he got sick again.

I now quite believe it was not a flu but an EM wave shooting. It explains why he coughed so severe at night becaus at that time, he was a fixed target at bed and no other body is moving. During day time when they used the EM wave, because the movement, I was more or less affected and had a little cough. After I suggested hospital, they stopped for a while because he was not weak enough for Feds to fix a charge at me. At that short while, my father in law miraculosly stopped cough and recovered appetite. They revived the shooting next day because they are in a hurry which was so strong that we had to send father to the hospital.

Follow up to #215 (3/29)

I'm sorry that my father in law passed away on 3/24, less than ten hours after I wrote the above message. I think he is a victim of the recent aggressive persecution from Feds.

His condition suddenly worsened later that day. His respiration exhausted within six hours. He passed away at 11 p.m. 3/24. His name is ZiFeng Yao.

216. Poison tap water (3/29/04)

When the food was poisoned and symptoms were observed, I always changed the food to identify which one was poisoned. Then threw the poisoned food away.

In later Feb. and early March, for more than a week, I found the colour of my urine kept being in red. I couldn't identify the source however I changed the food. At last, I concluded it must be something very basic I had to have everyday - water. I went to super market, bought a bottle of water. It worked. The urine colour turned into plain yellow from red.

After I found the water bought from water store was poisoned which caused bone-ache, I abandoned it and turned into tap water. (see "187. Drinking water ") Now they even poisoned the running water. How do they confine the poisoned water to my residence, I don't know. But certainly it's great advantage for them to do so when most, if not all, the houses in communty are all their property.

What water the rest of my families drink? I noticed they stopped to buy bottle water and turn back to the water which is bought from water store. I don't touch it because I don't want Feds switch back to poison that water again.

 

Bull....if the feds wanted you dead,you'd BE dead.....all this is just an exercise in paranoia,with no basis in reality..

 

217. Create a heat climate

While I was testing if it was water being poisoned, start from 3/7, bay area was attacked by an unusual heat wave. In consecutive 11 days, almost everyday the temperature broke the history record. The titles always being "Bay area records broken"

3/8.(S.J.M.N.) "Record warmth blankets region",
3/9. "San Francisco made it to 82 degrees - blistering a 112-year record high of 78 set in 1892.
3/11 "82 degrees, in Moffett Field, San Jose, old record 76 in 1946"
3/15 "10 records broken and 3 tied", "Oakland downtown, 81 degrees, old record 75 set in 1972."
3/19 "Among the records broken Thursday: King city 92, (old: 87, 1960)"

And you can see that when they broke the record, it was not a degree or two, its a big leap 5 or 6 degrees higher than the historical record.

I think it was a tactic to push people drink more water. For me, which meant Feds wish me to drink more poisoned water.

The economic and political situation doesn't allow the interest rate to stay low for such a long time. To finish my case to release their real estates property, Feds even poison the tap water and created a heat wave which never had happened in history that newspaper said the spring is coming a month early.


218. Chemtrail and covert climate war (4/4/04)

In many web sites, there is a common topic: "chemtrail". People puzzled what is it for. They worried the chemistry will hurt human's health and pollute the nature.

With my experience, (see "210. Create rain day"; "211. Create windy day (3/4)"; "217. Create a heat climate") I say it is the experiment to control climate. Pentagon use climate change as a weapon. It has been used in pratical life already.

I allege:

1. The hurricane which took place last summer in mid US which caused more than a dozen loss of lives was an experiment of how to create a devastating wind. And the cold weather in North-east early this year was one, too. Because they were historical extreme. Like what I've talked in last message about heat. For consecutive days, the heat record were broken, not only one degree or two, but 4 to 6 degrees. It's unusual.

2. The climate war has been in practice already. North Korean is a victim. North Korean suffered histrical drought for years then followed by flooding. The famine caused millions of deaths. The purpose is to weak the ruling government. Just like the sanction applied on Iraq. But the victims are always the civilians.

3. The historical flood in German last summer, it happened soon after Iraq war. German and France are the two main countries against Bush's invasion of Iraq. The revenge was swift, though in a covert way.

4. The historical heat wave attacked France last summer. The heat wave lasted for weeks. The news reported unusual deaths caused by heat were more then ten thousands. French is the strongest opposer to Bush's Iraq war, it suffered a strong revenge from US inside group.

219. Free ticket and funeral urn (4/9)

The funeral service of my father in law was on 3/28. One day after the service, my wife told me she would take her father's ashes to homeland in Fujiang in later April.

One year ago, my wife planned to go Fujiang with her father and daughter on 4/18/03. They cancelled the trip at last moment because worrying about SARS. What I know is Feds prepared a big drug case there which broke out in May.

The air line company said the tickets couldn't be returned, so my wife had to change the flight date to December. That plan failed too because my father in law was found caught cancer. At that month, Feds plotted a big case. see "191. Framing a case in December (12/26)".

Since Feds always arranged drug case to connect a trip, I tried to persuade my wife to abandon such an idea. I suggested her to bury father's ashes in local grave yard. She refused. She said the free air ticket she got 3 weeks ago seems a God's will for this trip. (But I believe this is the will from evil Feds.)

My wife is the only driver in my family. My daughter's commute to school depends on her. She can arrange the trip in summer vacation so my daughter won't be affected. To bring a funeral urn to homeland is something any time can do, why in such a hurry? As I said before, it's Feds in a hurry. The economic and political situation doesn't allow interest stay so low, they are forced to finish my case as quick as possible because they invested so much in real estates linked to the case.

Then why they hadn't push my wife's trip earlier? They need time to arrange another big drug case. My father in law passed away on 3/24, (officially it was 3/25, the time doctor came to announce the death was early 3/25). They arrange my wife's trip in late April. Which means it takes 25 days or so to prepare a big drug case.(let local drug gang made an order and the time to transfer needs that much time, I think.)

My wife got a free air ticket on 3/10. On 3/15, after the visit of a social worker, my father in law got sick. On 3/24, He passed away suddenly after I posted a message alleged a framed case of negligence. Then my wife planned a trip in later April. All these I think is one of series traps Feds plotted to finish my case. I think Feds is framing a drug case at that time or later.

 

220. Things sensitive

1. In Chinese tradition, guests going to marriage or funeral used to give a package of gift money. Relatives and friends attended the funeral service of my father in law did same thing too, in a generous way. I think they knew our economical situation and try to help. Since the gift money mostly were cash, I wrote it here in case Feds reporting them as illegal money. I had experience how they tried to turn legal money into illegal. see "111. How they plant."

2. In recent days, at least three times, there were customers came to my house to pick up their air tickets. The unusual thing was they all came around 10pm or even later. I think it was arranged by Feds for the coming framing drug case. They could report it as suspicious contact at night. I had experience. They preferred to arrange such meeting in mid-night. see "49. Frame attempt" and "54. Trap".

221. Things sensitive, follow up (4/14)

"To pick up flight tickets at my house" happened after the death of my father in law. It reached to peak on day before yesterday (4/12) when two of such case occurred. After giving ticket to a customer, my wife left home with my daughter, said she forgot a customer's passport in the office. (But why bring my daughter with her, at night? )

When I was home alone watching TV, there was a knock at the door. Another customer was coming to pick up her ticket. I looked at the table. There was an air ticket there. Obviously prepared for me for a convenient delivery. But it was also very clear that it's a trap to establish a link. So I just turned the woman away. I told her this was a private house. She should pick up ticket in company where she bought it. I banged the door behind her with indignation. To frame a case, Feds acted in such a straight rogue's way.

3. I noticed starting from 4/14, it was five rain cloud logo in five days' weather forecast in newspaper. Though I didn't keep records of weather forecast, the column of "San Jose precipitation" of "month to date" is: 0.00". Which means there is little rain in past month. The coming rain days will increase the demand of umbrella. Though it can be a coincidence, I think in different way. Because it coincides with the planned April trip of my wife. They are hurriedly to frame another drug case. see " 210. Create rain day".

4. Hurry to sell real estate property

Feds are hurry up to finish my case in a rogues way. Because they have to open the employment gate for Bush's election within months. Which will cause the rising of interest rate and the break up of housing bubble. They are pushing to sell their houses invested in my case. They might have sold already most of houses they had in other areas. But they still hold a lot around my area because my case isn't finished. How can they sell so many houses quickly in a short period? Only six months left for president election.

After the article "Housing: Bay area bidding war returns"(3/4, S.J.M.N.), "Homes, realty sales surge 30%"(3/19, S.J.M.N), there was an article aimed at a quick sale on 4/11: "The symptoms of home fever. "

It said, "As offers pour in, cutthroat market a boon for sellers". It gave "Advice for home buyers" that " ** Get pre-approved - not just pre- qualified for a mortgage before you want to make an offer on a home. ** Work with a real estate agent who has successfully guided many clients through multiple-offer situations. ** Request that your agent present your offer in person to the seller and his agent. ** Include an "earnest money" deposit of at least 3 percent of the purchase price when you present your offer. ** If a seller makes a counteroffer on price or terms, be prepared to respond quickly......."

That's how Feds to manipulate a house market. They flame buyers by media, by "competitor buyers", by "real estate agents". This time it's urgent, so they push for a quick sale before interest rate rising. They advice you get everything ready, so when a deal is offered, little time to take a sensible consideration, no chance of regret, because you put the "earnest money" on it already, or even make decision for you because you've authorized the real estate agent represent for you in person already.

Why I say push "by real estate agent"? I think many real estate agents work for Feds. Because housing is a very important way for Feds to loot money. They develope it to their main business. The profit is huge.

The man who lives in B house is a real estate agent, I think. Only in my block, he has at least two properties. Once I saw he had two real estate shelf boards in his backyard, (the shelf used to hang "house for sale"). That "for sale" board later appeared in next lane, before the house of alleged "Feds head-quarter" I talked about in "133. Strong reaction ". It was a cover up sale after I revealed that house was a head office of Feds. And if that house belongs to the owner of B house, then he has at least 3 properties in my block. If people had that man as their real estate agent, he works for whose interest? Customer's or Feds'?

222. Perform a secret deal (4/19/04)

I've talked about there was another secret deal reached by Feds and Chinese secret police in December, 2003. ( see messages #191. and #206.) The framed case in December seemed have been soured after I revealed it. No news about the performance of that deal was heard then.

But the persecution was intensified. Feds tried to solve it by gang violence and other frame case.

Two weeks ago my wife's announcement to bring her father's urn back to Fujiang showed that the tactic Feds used was back to the old way. That is to frame a drug case with the help of Chinese secret police.

Vice president Cheney suddenly had a trip to Japan, S.Korea and China. He visited China between 4/13 and 4/15. When the media reported Cheney's trip plan, I thought it could be a secret mission to arrange the frame case for Feds. Japan, S. Korea were only a cover up. Because the news of vice President's China trip was just days after my wife's decision of Fujiang trip. And Feds like to activate their high ranking assets to work for them in big plot. Such like they activated Ashcroft and Bush in "dirty bomb" case. (Padilla case) In December's frame case, Bush was actively do something to favour China. He at first rebuked Independent tendency of Taiwan, then gave the order to forbid corruptive foreign officials to enter US.

Several days later, a news strenthened my doubt. On 4/13, media reported President Bush used a rare prime-time television news conference that night to acknowledge about recent occurence in Iraq. I noticed the first sentence quoted by newspaper was: "America's word, once given, can be relied upon....." Though the speech was about Iraq, that word was obviously for China. 4/13 was also the day Cheney arrived in China. It was to ensure China that US would carry out the secret deal. What happened in Fallujah was an embarrassment for Bush, it did not worth for him to had an unusual news conference to talk about it. It was only used to cover up an assurance of secret deal.

People may say I was over sensitive. But the following development proved my judgement.

On 4/16 and 4/17, Chinese TV and newspaper reported a top news: "Pioneering work between China and America, escaped corruptive official deported to Beijing" (by Cao Jiang, New York) It said, "Yu ZhenTong, who allegedly misappropriated 485 million dollars in China and then escaped to US, was escorted by American law enforcement officials to Beijing for Chinese police on 4/16. ". "Yu Zhentong escaped to US in October 2001. He was arrested in December 2002 in Las Vegas."

You can see how tightly and efficiently those events connected together. Feds arranged my wife's trip after the death of my father in law. They immediately arranged Cheney's visit to China to assure a frame case. On 4/13, the day Cheney arrived in China, Bush confirmed the secret deal that "America's word, once given, can be relied on....". Cheney must have got a satisfactory reply from China. The day after he left China, on 4/16, an escaped corruptive official whom China longed for, was deported to Beijing. So next step is in China's turn to fulfil their role in secret deal. That is to frame a drug case.

America is a covert totalitarian country. Inside group control it through media and intelligence. You can see how President, vice president, Attorney General work for the interest of Feds. On the other hand, you can realize how eager Feds want to eliminate me. Because what I revealed in this article are all true, they are afraid of it.

223. FBI director said HongKong will be attacked (4/24/04)

I alleged Feds plotted a framed drug case in later April when my wife will take a trip to her homeland. Maybe due to my continual revelation, they suddenly changed their plan.

At about 7 p.m 4/21, my wife came home from office. She told me her uncle in HongKong got a stroke and was in hospital. Three hours later, she left for airport for a flight to HongKong. Her uncle is also her adopted father. They have a close relationship.

Chinese TV on 4/22 reported FBI director Mueller announced HongKong would be a target of terrorist attack of Al Queda because it was a financial center. He gave this speech in HongKong on his way back to US after he finished a trip to Beijing China.

At same day(4/22), the Chinese government announced a nurse in Beijing was hospitalized with suspected case of SARS. The next day news confirmed it was SARS. There were 5 similar cases. One of them died.

In less than a month, two close relatives of my wife were attacked. One is her native father, one is her adopted father. One was dead and the other one is in a serious condition. All aimed for a trip of her to establish a link to a framed drug case.

SARS, as I've talked before, is a bio-weapon. Feds use it for covert murder. The first epidemic of SARS was during March to May, 2003. The most seriously hit area were China, HongKong and Canada where relatives of mine and my wife lived. This time, again, they activate SARS.

The announcement of SARS by Chinese government is not a coincidence. It was immediately after FBI director Mueller's visit. I think a new plot is planned. Probably they use a new route to transfer drugs via HongKong? But whatever they used, Fujiang or HongKong, as transfer port, some thing are almost the fixed formula.
1. A drug case framed by the cooperation of a foreign country. The role in this case is Chinese secret police.
2. Establish a link by arrange a trip. To do this they even killed my father in law and seriously hurt my wife's adopted father.
3. Use natural disease as mass murder weapon to eliminate relatives and friends who knew the truth. Mad cow, meningitis, West Niles, SARS.....
4. A big event to divert public's attention if the framed case broke out. Such like: The sentence of Michael Jackson, Lacy Peterson's case, or even bigger: a big earthquake, a meteorite hit the earth, a big terrorist attack.....

And I worry there can be an attack to HongKong, organized by Feds in the name of Islamic terrorist. There is no motive for Al Queda to attack HongKong. The idea is just as absurd as they say Al Queda attacked civilians in Madrid bombing. Label everything to "terrorist" or "Al Queda" is now becoming a convenient way for Bush's administration, or US intelligence which is the real hand behind "terror attack":.

An attack to HongKong will be a news big enough to divert public's attention. But I have other reason to worry. My wife's adopted father is a celebrity in Hongkong. He has a securities company. Feds can guide people they want to eliminate to the financial building which is going to be bombed. It is just as easy as they could save the lives when WTC was attacked.

On 9/11 morning, Warren Buffet hosted a charity benefit inside the high security Offut military base. unusual for the time (morning) and location. Attending were several executives from the World Trade Center. They were saved from bombing.

I didn't see any report about the former acting police chief Tom Weatley who had been sicked. He must have retired because I saw a news about the new police chief selected. The new chief was a former district chief of San Jose police force.

The suspended chief medical examiner Schmunk stepped down on 11/7/2003. He resigned from his post of coroner.

Judge Danser's "ticket fixing" case is in processing. A news today(4/29) said, "A jury could get Danser's case as early as today. Danser could face up to three years in prison if convicted of felony conspiracy to obstruct justice."

Danser's trial dates coincides with my wife's planned trip time. (later April) It's similar to the case when they set up the trial date of high ranking San Francisco Police officials to the same day of my wife's planned trip date: 4/18/2003. The purpose of extortion is obvious. If the plot is carried out, murder will happen. And they get their own police and coroner to cover up the murder case.

225. Stroke

My wife has come back from HongKong. Her adopted father now is in state of vegetable.

Feds used to murder by EM wave weapon(electrical magnetic wave) which create a "brain death". That's why I am very sensitive on "stroke", "meningitis".... I had experience. See "13. Microwave ray shooting and EM sleep wave(2)", "81. "Mysterious blow"".

So when media reported Ron Gonzales, Mayor of San Jose, got a minor stroke, I had a feeling it might be another step of regime change.

Gonzales suffered a hemorrhagic stroke while delivering the State of the City address on Jan. 28, 2004. Feeling dizzy and nauseated, the 52 year old mayor was able to leave the stage on his own and was sent to hospital. He stayed there for nearly a week and recovered. He took a full time work in March.

On 3/21, in an article "Mayor's blurry rules on cash", S.J.M.N. reported the political fund of Gonzales was exceeding city cap. But in a news on 4/7, Gonzales said the fund meets state and local law and the framework was approved by the city attorney in advance. So the DA won't investigate that case.

The trouble was following one by another. On 4/4, S.J.M.N. reported, "Recall rumors swirling" It said religious Conservatives try to take out Gonzales whom recognize same-sex marriages. On 4/11, it said in an article, "Recall effort grows some wings". And that complaint on Gonzales' fundraising is going on.

The hand behind series of troubles for Gonzales is Feds. Because no other party was able to create a "stroke". For two days after Gonzales got "stroke", S.J.M.N. published pictures of brain with articles to explain "what is stroke". A typical tactic to attribute it to natural cause. It's similar to the tactic they used in a rigged election. They always publish a poll to justify the result of the manipulated vote. The media is a tool to fool people.

I have encountered many such murder attempts. When I was familiar with it, I keep the record. To convince people, the article used to come with picture. To justify a "stroke" caused by "solar storm", they publish a picture of "solar flare" to earth. To justify "meningitis" death, they publish a human's head with brain. "Meningitis" is the most frequent death cause they used, the same picture of the head repeatedly appeared in my record. They cover up their crime in a scientific way.


226. Fake e-mail (5/4)

My wife's adopted father passed away on 4/30. Feds killed two of her closest relatives in 35 days, all aimed to arrange a trip to connect her to a framed case. The later April frame case seemed soured again but not finished. They may have another one followed in later May or early June. SARS is activated, low interest rate waiting to be lifted up, houses held by Feds must be sold off before then. It's a hurry.

Of course, each time there was a framed case, it always came with internet problem. In later April I was blocked to many web sites for several days. I was blocked to access about 4 sites which belong to about.com, more sites which belong to Delphy group. Include one which I used to post my new message at first. Many other sites were blocked to access by "Web Site Not Responding ", "Error: page not found".

My computer was under Feds control. Any access to internet must be filtered by their server. Each time I started up, there is always a waiting period which I think was the time for the agents to be in their surveillance postion. Each time I went to a new URL which was not in "my favorite" list, there would be a delay too. At that time, there used to be a frozen page to enforce me to re-enter the internet that would take some time. Which I think was the time they used to check that new web site to see if I was allowed to enter. Many times I posted the message and made sure to see my thread was lifted to the top of list, then found the new message disappeared if I came back a few minutes later. Which I believe they had another server to fed me an incomplete information. I have experience that a web site I regularly to post had been suddenly "dead". What I saw was there was no more activity in that forum. But a year or so later, when I saw a reference link and clicked on it, I was led to that forum and found it was never "dead". I can only conclude the URL in "my favorite list" was put by a special link which led me to a "dead page" they prepared for me.

I also was bothered by constant pop-up of the page to suggest me to download "debug program" or "firewall" to prevent virus. I think it was from Feds. If I download these "program", I may download some "criminal record" they want to plant or even an evil program which would sending spamming e-mail from my internet address.

On 4/29, there was such an e-mail for me:

I asked AOL service. They said it was not from them. It was a forgery. So you can expect update will have an evil result.

I announce here once again that I don't do any business in internet. I will never send any e-mail for commercial purpose. I don't communicate with private e-mail unless for some problem enquiry to web site host. I will never threaten other people.

 

227. A violent way? (5/9)

On 5/5, newspaper reported gas price was near record high. "12 cents overnight spike in bay area angers many, and could jump 7 to 10 cents today." It was $2.21 per gallon on 5/7. I view this round of gas price hike as an effort of Feds to push for the sale of house. After nearly three years of low interest rate, the potential capable house buyers had their houses already. So Feds hope the commuters who live in nearby area to go back to San Jose house market. When the gas price had a sudden jump, I thought Feds was irritated by pressure of rising interest rate. (Of course, they always have some other excuse to cover up the real purpose of rising gas price.)

Really, on 5/8, media reported April was the second strong month for job growth. " US banks are reporting stronger demand for business loans.". "Interest-rate fears send Dow, Nasdaq tumbling.". The "economic recovery" designed for Bush's second term can't wait any longer. So Feds must act before the interest rate rises in this summer.

This reflects the intensified persecution. Killing to arrange trips, visiting at night to pick up tickets, mission at the door which haven't seen for year. I worry there will be a violence planned on me.

On Feb. 23, 2004, there was a string of shootings in highway 580 in East bay area. No one was seriously hurt. I noticed it because media talked a lot about it. Sniper killing is a tactic Feds used to use.

On 3/11, in a well-orchestrated news conference in which police declared Chris Gafford was arrested as the highway sniper.

There was a dramatic turn around next day(3/12). District attorney refused to prosecute Gafford, said there wasn't enough evidence even though authorities from the CHP, the BATF, the Sheriff's Office and local police all said the evidence was strong.

I think Feds plotted a case between 3/1 to 3/12 to frame me in drug case. The tool they used was a car. (see "212. Link to car (3/9)") To guide me into the "car would cause problem", they made my wife send our car to repair. A trap with a borrowing car was too evident so I went to shopping by bike on 3/6. On 3/12 my wife got back our repaired car. Which meant the "car trap" plan was over. The news of D.A.'s refusal to prosecute highway sniper was on same day. I think it is another plan to continue the persecution. This time, they tried a sniper killing. If that happens, they would attribute it to "highway sniper". That's why D.A. refuse to prosecute Gafford. They have another "candidate".

From then on, my wife was reluctant to drive me to shopping. Several times, she refused straightly and said, "go by bike". I had to ask help from my brother.

On 4/24, while my wife was in Hongkong and I couldn't touch my brother, I went for a short time shopping by bike. It was the only bike ride I took since 3/6. The newspaper next day immediately posted an article, "I-580 sniper suspect's case remains in legal limbo". My sudden bike ride was out of Feds' expectation. To have a frame case, it needs resource. Support groups, witness..... They used to arrange everything then guide victim by a bait. That day, Feds might still concentrated in frame case in HongKong. Anyway, they revived it next day. They used to have a relevant news let out before the incident they intend to create. Which will make a frame case more reasonable.

228. The scandal of D.O.D. and the crime of D.O.J. (5/14)

On 5/6, my wife asked me to check why the alarm light of "service engine" was always on in the car. The car had just been sent for repair for a week in March. I viewed it as a signal that Feds played trick on car again.

On 5/7 evening, my wife called my relative discussing plan to go to San Francisco on week-ends to visit my parents. She spoke loudly so I could hear everything she talked. Which meant my parents wouldn't come for an appointment on 5/8. Originally, my parents had planned to pick me up for a dinner outside that day, and of course, to give me a ride for a food shopping.

The two events hinted me that there was danger to ride on my wife's car. And the help from my relatives wouldn't come. I used to shopping food once a week. I depended on the appointment of 5/8 because this time I hadn't do any shopping for two weeks. If there was no help I would have to go by bike. What would be there waiting for me? Gang violence? Police violence? So I didn't go out but wrote the message "227. A violent way".

The case of US abusing Iraqi prisoners was first appeared in media last week. It reached to peak on Friday and Saturday. On 5/7(Friday), five pictures of abuse case occupied the first page of Mercury News. On 5/8, four pages filled with articles of this issue with titles of "Far worth to come", "Rumsfeld warns more images of abuse will appear". I was shocked. Not for the news of abuse: I knew this government is hypocrite, full of plots, cheating, abuse, crimes. But for the result of news. It will hurt Bush administration and its war policy. That's against the will of inside group. Media is thier tool. How could it do such a movement against its master? I puzzled.

The scandal cool off in following days. A "beheading" case was thrown out to offset the negative result of abusing prisoners. The "far worse photo" won't appear for some reasons. One excuse was for the "privacy" of prisoners. (a most shameless and hypocrite justification) While I was arranging newspaper record, I found this peak time. I suddenly bewared of this was a case set up for diversion. The peak time coincided with possible day I would bike out for food. I had warned Feds use "terrorist attack" to divert. (In December attempt, they raised alarm code to orange, in April case they talked of "Al Qaida attack to HongKong") I didn't expect they manipulate it in this way.

If I was eliminated on 5/8, I think a series of cases would have happened to other people who knew this case. And the scandal would be prolonged by more "far worse photo" and "struggle to pull down Rumsfeld" to diverge public's attention from a framed case. Because a scandal of "D.O.D." is far less important than to cover up the crime of D.O.J..

Bush said what happened in Abu Ghurayb prison was done only by a few people and high ranking military officials denied they knew anything about it. It was a lie. They knew it clearly there were vast abuse in the jail.

News reported Saddam's sons Uday and Qusay, along with other two people, were all died in a six hours' long battle against 200 US soldiers. But forensic analysis revealed that Uday and Qusay were tortured before their death. There is an article with pictures and details on it.

229. Unreasonable search and arrest (5/19)

In recent messages I revealed how Feds activated their high ranking resources to work in the frame case. How Bush, Cheney, Mueller took part in secret deal with China. The latest message of 5/14 talked about how they planned to use Iraqi prisoners abusing case as a diversion. Then there is a dramatic turn around.

On 5/15, Mercury News reported, "Ashcroft unveils big effort to share anti-terror data.". "The Justice Department will lead a national effort to coordinate intelligence information among all law enforcement agencies, A. G. John Ashcroft announced Friday, in an effort to knock down a "wall" between agencies that many top officials have said hindered the efforts to stop terrorist attacks in this country.

"Government erected a wall that segregated criminal investigators from intelligence agents, government buttressed that wall, and before Sept. 11, 2001, government was blinded by that wall." (by Maria Newman. New York Times)

The so said "wall" Ashcroft referred is a law which forbid to use foreign intelligence information in local criminal investigation. The search warrant for a foreign spy or terrorist is issued by FISA court. (Foreign Intelligence Spy Act) Which is in a low standard, agent can get it only on suspicion. While for a criminal investigation, the search warrant must base on evidence. Because US citizens are protected by 4th Amendment from unreasonable search and arrest. The point of "sharing intelligence information in criminal investigation" is to low the standard of criminal investigation . Citizens can be thus searched and arrested depend on suspicion of agents not evidence. If Ashcroft's propose goes through, 4th amendment then means nothing. FBI is historically notorious for its abusing power.

The wall doesn't hurt any effort to stop terrorist. Feds can apply anytime with FISA court. The real goal Ashcroft wants is to expand police power, to keep American people under his surveillance at his will.

The article also revealed the Feds now is turning onto the help of local police. Which accords with their attempt to force me out by bike. I have alleged I feared a police violence if I biked out.

The news paper next day proves my doubt. There were two articles about police in "World Journal" of 5/16.

One is the story of a food delivery man. He was friendly with police but was sent to court once he broke a rule. His conclusion at last was: Obey policemen, follow law.

Another one is "The experience of a juror". Which talked about the whole procedure of being a juror and a case in court. A man was searched by police officers when he walked on road. They found the defendant had less than a gram of heroin in his pocket. The man was charged two accounts: Holding drug and assault police man. The charge of holding drug dropped in plea bargain. The defendant admitted resist arrest.

What I noticed is the lawyer argued the defendant was searched illegally. He walked on the road, that was true. But there was no side walk for passengers there, so in the law, he didn't break any rule. As policemen, they should know it. It's obvious that police officers arrest the defendant on suspicion not evidence. Breaking the rule of walking on road was only an excuse. It was an unreasonable search and arrest. This shows how 4th amendment is important for the civil right of people. The defendant had been in jail for more than a year already before judge gave the sentence.

My immediate thought was that it proved my allegation they would use local policeman for a violent murder or arrest. When they failed to force me go out by bike alone, they probably would use old tactic, a "juror summon" to force me out. (see "69. Juror summon ")

Not a coincidence, next day on 5/17, a "juror" summon was in my post box. It was for my wife. I think it was a psychological preparation for me to believe all is naturally happened. I expect soon there will be a "juror summon" for me. A procedure prepared for a police search and arrest. When I picked up the summon letter, my feeling was that I almost could predict what they would do in advance. What surprised me was they did it so tightly. They are really in a hurry.

230. Unreasonable search and arrest (2) (5/24)

Several times I found the rice stored at home was poisoned, I concluded at last that it was done when I was out to shopping food when there was no people at home. (That is another advantage to empty the community that there will be no witness if Feds intrudes the house.) That's why I have to shopping at week-ends while my wife could give me a drive and my daughter was at home. My relatives all knew I shopping in this way.

Feds knew this too. So they arranged a trap on Saturday 5/8.(see "228. The scandal of D.O.D. and the crime of D.O.J.") I felt this and on 5/9 posted "227. A violent way?". In which I alleged Feds would use police violence when I biked out. Next day on 5/10, my wife told me the alarm light of "service engine" was off. Later that week, she drove me for a food shopping. It was three weeks I stayed at home without going out. Followed with was "summon" trap as I told in last massage. Then:

On Saturday, 5/22, Mercury News published new photos which said was obtained by Washington Post a day ago. Media is a tool of inside group. Many event was started by newspaper leaking on purpose. Such like Water Gate scandal. When they revived the prisoners' abusing scandal by new photo which has been silenced for some time, I thought Feds was continuing the same tactic they used two weeks ago. You can expect that my wife refused to drive me for food that day.

At noon, I saw a stranger's car coming to park at my garage door. The passengers were my parents, the driver was a friend of my sister. They came from San Francisco. The reason they came here was the car failed in smog check. The mechanic thought it was caused by dirty gas tank so he told the owner to burn out all gas. It needed three hours' drive. So he offered a free drive for my parents to San Jose. And of course, he would drive me for a food shopping when my parents were stay at home. I refused. I straightly told them I worried Feds might have planted something in the car. It would be all their words if they said police found I was doing drug deal in a stranger's car. Same tactic they used two months ago. (see "212. Link to car")

The trap is coming one after another. Obviously the action team is under big pressure from high ranking. Election day is coming. Employment must increase. The interest is hard to stay at recent low level. Real estates must be sold. So they must finish my case.
When the team tried everything, they picked up old tactic they used two years ago. Forcing me out alone, or in a stranger's car, to encounter a police search, then a police violence or arrest. If the arrest happens, force you plea guilty. They don't care how long the sentence will be. Because once you were in jail, there are various way to kill. To persuade you to admit guilty, they do every psychology work on you. One thing is by newspaper. So one day before Saturday, on 5/21, an article posted in Mercury News. Which is similar to one which took place two years ago. (see "66. Turn innocent into criminal (5/20/2002)").

"Shanahan, backed up by friends, police reports and photographs of her own blackened eyes, testified that her husband beat her repeatedly for years." She killed her husband when he threatened to kill her. "The prosecutors offered a plea bargain that would have freed her in as little as four years. Shanahan turned it down, gambling that she could avoid a conviction. She could not. She was sentenced to 50 years in prison.". "It's a mandatory law sentencing. Many observers are horrified."
"Consider the Connecticut college student who was peripherally involved in her boy-friend's drug ring - never sold drugs, never used them, had never been in trouble before.
Twenty-five years."

If Feds planned to arrest you in a road search, and fed you such an article to read one day before that plan. What is their purpose? Read message 66 again.

 

231. Lone wolf (5/29)

On 5/22, Mercury News had such an article, "More anti-terror powers sought". "The Justice Department is seeking to expand its anti-terrorism powers again, adding among other things an FBI subpoena power so secret that even a lawsuit challenging it had to be kept under wraps." It's about Secret surveillance. Which "allow the government to conduct secret surveillance of potential terrorists or spies without proving that they have any affiliation with a foreign government or terrorist organization." "The Senate already has approved legislation making it easier for FBI agents to go after so-called lone-wolf terrorists not affiliated with any known organization or foreign government.".

When Bush created "enemy combatant" to exclude US citizens from their legal right, he at least had some evidence that the "enemy combatant" was either arrested in battle field or connected to a terrorist group. Now D.O.J. created "lone wolf" which covers everyone in US. Almost everybody fits for that definition. Seldom a person has any affiliation with a foreign government or terrorist organization. Yet they can be under surveillance without any evidence only if D.O.J. think he is a potential one.

In May, 2002, I found an attempt frame case applied on me and my relatives by Feds. (see 65. Birthday Party on May 3 (5/10)). After my revelation, within 3 weeks, T(tenant) and B house owner moved out. In August 2002, there was an article in Mercury News, " The court was so concerned by A.G. Ashcroft's behind-the-scenes efforts to broaden the FBI's spying abilities that the court in May secretly ordered Ashcroft to scale back the regulations."

I thus found I was under the surveillance of FISA rule. After the judge found they were cheated by Ashcroft, they rebuked him and ordered him to scale back the regulation in May. The two undercovers, T and B house owner, apparently were Chinese secret police, losing legal base to monitor, had to leave immediately. Ashcroft then in July proposed another plan -TIPS which planned to recruit one million informants, to directly send spies to everyone's house. The plan was opposed by public and failed. see: "85. Anyhow, I am the witness of their crime, Feds would try their best to eliminate. Inside group arranged an appeal court which in Nov. 2002 ruled D.O.J. had such surveillance power because the Patriot Act gave them so. Once again, I was legally under surveillance. see "100. Power to spy on citizens expanded (11/24)".

Feds framed another drug case in later April, 2003. I analyzed the case and pointed out Feds and Chinese secret police had cultivated that drug gang to frame case on me right from the beginning. I think the internal investigation caused the resignation of DEA director and high ranking official of D.O.J. and F.B.I. in August, 2003. (see "142. Drug case in Fujian", "143. My case continues for more then 10 years in which Feds invested a lot in real estates. As interest can't stay so low anymore, they are in a hurry to finish it. There were another two big attempts to frame a case on me in Dec. 2003 and Apr. 2004., as well as other continuing small plots of elimination. I think my revelation of secret deal between high ranking officials (Bush, Cheney, Mueller) and Chinese government once again caused the loss of legal base of surveillance power of D.O.J. That's why they start another effort to expand their police power by a larger bill dubbed the "The Anti-Terrorism Intelligence Tools Improvement Act of 2003."

The Act is so absurd that every citizen could have been under surveillance by D.O.J. only if Feds think necessary. The whole situation looks like when Ashcroft was rebuked by the judges of FISA court in May 2002. The only difference is he at that time seeking a plan of TIPS, but this time an Act in the name of anti-terrorism which is much bigger.

232. Terror attack and distraction (6/4/04)

On May 26, A.G. Ashcroft and FBI director Mueller warned public that based on credible source Al Qaida would attack US this summer. FBI also issued 7 pictures of most wanted terrorist suspects.

But in next few days the "credible source" was revealed as high suspect. Some of the "most wanted" were said arrested already.

Under the Homeland Security Act of 2002, only the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) can publicly issue such threat warnings. What made D.O.J. neglect DHS? Is FBI really so incompetent to reward suspects whom are in jail already?

The fact that D.O.J. didn't inform Homeland Security Dept. proved that there is no threat from Al Qaida. Feds didn't have any material evidence to send to DHS. They just picked up randomly some information from their old data file to create an "Al Qaida attack".

Then why Ashcroft and Mueller gave such a warning? It's a psychological pre-propaganda for a possible real attack - an attack done by Feds in the name of terrorist in order to distract. Such like McVeigh's excution to divert attention on a framed drug case (soured) in 2001; Michael Jackson's case to divert public's attention on Bush's inglorious London visit; Nick Berg's beheading to divert criticism on abusing prisoners' case.

Recently, D.O.J. had twice plotted frame case on me with terror attack as distracting tactic. (One in Dec.2003 and one in April. 2004) In May, in two attempts of violent elimination, Feds also used the releasing of Abu Ghurayb abusing photos as distracting tactic.(on 5/8 and 5/22)
After the failure of these attempts, on 5/26, they revived old tactic- a terror attack.

Three days after Ashcroft announced terror attack warning, on 5/29, my wife said she would bring her father's ash urn back to Fujian in June. Next day, my sister came to say she would have a party on 6/19. It was 5/3/2002 she had a party last time. Which came with an attempt frame case. (see "65. Birthday Party on May 3") I think a new frame case is planned. If it succeeds, a terror attack will follow to distract. And the time will be around 6/19.

233. CIA chief resigns (6/9)

CIA chief Tenet resigned abruptly on 6/3. He cited personnal reasons for resignation. That's an excuse.

Media said he resigns because of failure in intelligence assessment on 9/11 attack and WMD of Iraq. That he may have been hastened by a critical report from Senate intelligence committee which will single out the errors of the agency. That is not a true reason either, I think.

Failure to warn 911 attack was a very serious fault. As director of CIA, he should have resigned right away after the WTC collapsed. He hadn't. Because 911 attack was allowed to happen. Inside group needed it to activate war in Mid-East. So nobody took the responsibility. Now it's almost three years passed. Is it a late wake up?

Paul O'neill, Richard A. Clarke, all revealed Bush determined to go to war in Iraq even before 9/11. WMD was only an excuse Bush used to start the war. CIA, was forced to squeeze the information to favour the demand of Bush cabinet. CIA, had sent Joseph Wilson to Niger to investigate if Saddam intended to buy nuclear material there. He found no evidence could prove this allegation. Government knew this. But Bush still used it as evidence in his State of Union. When Wilson revealed that Bush lied, he was punished. His wife's ID as being a CIA covert agent was leaked by White House.
In whole event, Bush is the main suspect and offender. How could Tenet take over the responsibility?

Then why Tenet resigned? View from this angle. On 5/26, Ashcroft and Meuller announced Al Qaida would attack in this summer. Tom Ridge of DHS didn't know this in advance. Tenet of CIA hasn't mention it too. The information was unique from D.O.J.. But is it the main responsibility for CIA to deal with Al Qaida abroad? How could they let something like 911 take place again in US? That's the real reason of Tenet's resignation. He knew there will be a big attack in coming months. He is not able to stop it. Because again it is from "friendly fire". To avoid to take the responsibility of a big failure, or in another word, to avoid a duty. He resigned in advance to avoid humiliation. (Or another possibility is he was saved from humiliation by inside group, they arranged his resignation to protect him?) The seat of CIA director will leave vacant until November election. Because the attack(s) will take place during that period. So nobody will take the blame of failure again in terrorist attack intelligence.

On the other hand, is it absurd to leave such an important position remained in vacancy when the country is in terror emergency?(as D.O.J. says) Can you immagine a captain of a battleship permitted the leave of the sonar operater while there is an alert of submarine attack? It only proves a designated attack will happen. Samething like "Operation Northwoods".

The terror attack is designed to benefit the interest of inside group. Such like Bali bombing to arouse indignation of the people against Islamic extremist to support Iraq war. Or Madrid bombing to help Aznar's election in Spain. Is it a little bit early to carry out the plan at this time for Bush's re-election?

I've said the attack will take place around 6/19. Feds arranged my wife's trip and a party at that time to fix a frame case. Because they are in a hurry. If you have noticed that most financial experts pridicted that on 6/30, Federal reserve will boost the interest rates. A step they should have done earlier but had postponed by Feds (D.O.J.) for nearly a year. Because they hold a large amount of real estates invested in my case. Feds is in a hurry to finish my case to release their estates. From this event, we can see the interest of D.O.J. is more important than Bush's interest. Other department, DHS and CIA, must give way to it.

234. Multi-nations plot? (6/14)

My wife went to China on 6/13. Where she will meet her brother from Philippines. They will bury thier father's urn. I view it as another effort of Feds to frame a drug case on my relatives and me which is the continuation of the plot of April. (see "222. Perform a secret deal (4/19)")

This time they arranged the meeting of my wife's brother from Philippines. I fear they will create the frame case to "terrorist" in addition to "drugs". I've talked about the "Philippine FBI" is controlled by US FBI. They also manipulate Islamic terrorists to reach their own goal. (see messages 193,194,195,196, 199) In recent newspaper, I read such a news said that Philippines Islamic rebel recruit money by drug smuggling. (World Journal) It's easy to frame a case like that: Ordering some merchandise, planting drugs in the shipment, then the Bureau of Investigation found the receiver is terrorist. My wife's brother is a businessman.It will be easy for him to fall in a trap like that. Feds, of course, will blow the trumpets for a big victory on a case of "terrorist involving drug case".

From my experience, "War on drugs" is a legal title used by Feds to loot money. Their tactic is to cultivate drug gangs, when it grew bigger and fatter, Feds harvest. That's why they created a strict law, to net as many people as possible. More people offended the law, more money Feds could make. That's why "war on drug" can't stop drug but make it bigger, because Feds feed on it.

That's not enough. So when their puppet, G. Bush becomes president, they develop it into "War on terrorism". In the name of "national security", "patriot", they loot more money and power which they can't get in peace time.

My wife originally planned to leave for China on 6/8. I posted on 6/4 a message "232. Terror attack and distraction", alleged Feds planned a plot around 6/19. On 6/7, my wife suddenly cancelled the trip, said she probably would change it to 6/17 or October. The reason she used was lack of flight seat. But lack of seat vacancy didn't have to delay the flight three months later. October? that will perfectly match the president election time. A terror attack then will have the result of one stone to hit two birds: help Bush's re-election and distract on a framed case. I then on 6/9 wrote message 233, linked the resignation of Tenet on coming terror attack, pointed out the relationship of attack and election. I learned on 6/12 that my wife would leave next day. All her decisions were made in one day.

Will Feds plan a "terrorist drug case" in coming week with the cooperation of multi-nations secret police? Will there be terror attack follows? I hope my revelation enable people realize how Feds manipulate drug gangs and terrorist group to meet Feds' own goal. Secret police is the real terrorist in the world.

235. Manipulation and sacrifice (6/19)

I talked about how Feds planted evidence by guiding my wife to buy a lot of vinegar(a material also can be used to produce drugs) then created situation to push us consuming the vinegar as much as possible. (see "112. How they plant (2)") Since I seldom use that kind of vinegar in cooking,(it's more like acid than cooking vinegar with scent) those bottles were kept in bottom cabinet.

About a month ago, my wife asked me, "where are the vinegar I bought?". I looked at cabinet, the bottles were gone. Then my wife said she had cleaned the container of water boiler with those vinegar. She didn't explain how could a small container need so much vinegar to wash. She didn't explain why she asked me whereabout was the vinegar while she knew she had used it up. I late found her purpose was to remind me the vinegar was used up to justify to buy more.

When I complained she bought so much of vinegar which we seldom used, she emptied a bottle to make several cups of source and salted some vegetables. Only nobody has ever touched them.

Two years ago, my wife was guided to buy a lot of such kind of vinegar without awarness it was a plant. When I told her the vinegar was also a material which could produce drug, she should have known the evil purpose of Feds. What made her suddenly used all the old stock up and bought more? She knew we don't touch the food made with that vinegar. I can only conclude Feds need a pile of empty vinegar bottles to show prosecutors as evidence of suspicion of producing drugs. They are in a hurry so they just gave direct order to my wife. So she had such an unusual action.

Samething abnormal is her refusal to drive me to shopping food. It caused inconvenience for herself and our daughter too, because I cook not only for myself but also for the family. Besides, it is against Chinese tradition. Morally, family member should help each other. I could feel she was forced to do so. I have to ask help from my other relatives.

At first, my wife refused to drive me out with various reason. Then, she just say, "Go by bike". It's not her character. I viewed it not her will but the Feds'. Combined with other clues, I realize that after trying every covert method, they'll use a more direct one by forcing me out alone, to eliminate by police violence(or arrest) or gang violence.

My wife originally planned to bring her father's urn back to China in later April. I posted "222. Perform a secret deal (4/19)" alleged Feds again plotted framed case with Chinese secret police. Two days later, my wife had a sudden trip to HongKong visiting her dying uncle. I had suggested her to take the chance to bring the urn back to China. HongKong is not far away from Fujiang. She could save an extra trip. She refused without any reason. I think she couldn't go without Feds' order. The flip-flop of flight date in this month, (see last message) also revealed she had to follow the Feds's instruction. From her behavior, I saw the shadow of Muhanmmad and Malvo,( the two convicts of DC sniper shooting case) They thought they worked for the Feds so they were safe. They didn't know anytime they could be sacrifice. Feds don't care.

236. Help puppet Bush (6/24)

There are two events in June which I think were arranged deliberately at this time.
One is the Michael Moore's "9/11 Fahrenheit" will open to public on 6/25. Which will give a negative image for Bush. If there is a big bombing taking place on 6/19 or a little later, then the film will be neglected by public.

Another event was the report issued by 911 investigation commision which said there is no credible evidence that Saddam and Al-Qaida had cooperated to attack US. The panel disputes Bush's reasons to invade Iraq. It was reported by media on 6/17. This, too, could be neglected if there was a big attack taking place on 6/19.

If there was really an attack happened, Inside Group needed not to worry about these negative event. Bush would once again become a "hero in terror war". And other information 911 panel released would help to inflame panic and indignation against Islamic people. When media repeatedly to broadcast the picture of the collapse of WTC and the voice of pilots of hijacked plane. The effect is same like they broadcast the film of beheading case. US government is very active to start a psychological war to its citizens. To prepare for more war in Mid-East.

But the planned attack didn't take place. I think it's because my analysis in message 232, 233 revealed their plot.

When the planned bombing didn't come to offset the negative influence of 911 panel's finding and Michael Moore's film "Fahrenheit 9/11", inside group came to help Bush.

1. Give out a poll to boost Bush. It's the old tactic. Poll is a tool Inside Group used to manipulte the mind of people.

The surface of Clinton proves when it touches the interest of inside group, there is no partism. All politicians serve for their master: inside group. What surprised me is they even push out Putin to protect Bush. How eager they tried to save their puppet when their designated plan failed to carry out.

One thing interesting if you have noticed the date that media reported the defense from these big shots. Which may prove my prediction of 6/19 is correct. When I read these news, I knew the "terror attack on 6/19" was cancelled or postponed or delayed. Otherwise inside group didn't need these defense. In their plan, an "terror attack" would boost Bush's fame, and of course, distract the attention to a framed case.

 

237. The June plot (6/29)

Though the "6/19 terror attack" failed to be carried out, other events show how Feds prepared to frame a case in June.

On 6/17, S.J.M.N. reported, "Board OKs merging sheriff, coroner offices. In a move aimed at saving money, Santa Clara County leaders on Wednesday approved a controversial plan to allow the sheriff's department to manage the coroner's office. But the merger worries opponents who believe it could create an extra layer of public mistrust toward law enforcement."

In message "170. Suspends Coroner (10/11)" I talked about how Feds plotted to oust the chief medical examiner Schmunk. Finally Feds got coroner's office under their control. It will help them to cover up the murder committed in the coming framed case.

On same day 6/17, local Chinese TV reported a Chinese dissenter, Peng Min, was arrested in Burma and was handed over to Chinese government. Peng Min favours to overturn Chinese government by violence. About a year ago(?), he appeared in a talk show of that TV station. In interview he called for people to join his orgnization. He said that he needed qualified personnel to fill the post of Defense Minister and etc. He offered three to four thousands dollars of monthly salary for these posts. The host of talk show asked him where did he got that much money. Of course, Peng Min would not reveal his financial source. By common sense, it was from intelligence.

Peng Min was arrested a short time before 6/17. He was charged of holding a large amount of forgery Chinese currency by Burmese police. He was delivered to Chinese government quickly. I think he was arranged there by intelligence. Peng Min might have thought he was working to overturn current Chinese government. He could never dream of that he became a chip in a secret deal and was sold by his host. He became a payment to Chinese secret police to exchange for a framed drug case D.O.J. wants.

It was similar to the framed case in April when my wife went to HongKong visiting her dying adopted father. For that case, US had deported one of China most wanted escaped corruptive official to China. FBI director Mueller also announced HongKong would be attacked by Al Qaida terrorists then. Now, Ashcroft and Mueller announced the coming summer attack by Al Qaida. And, too, they gave Chinese government one of their most wanted as interest exchange - a political dissenter.

Because US still holds a title of democracy which Bush used to "liberate" Iraq, Feds couldn't deport a political dissenter to China. So the secret deal was fulfilled by the third country-Burma. (see "222. Perform a secret deal (4/19), 223. FBI director said HongKong will be attacked (4/24)")

Former P.M. of Spain, Aznar was an ally of Bush. I alleged Madrid bombing was done to help his election. So, he should be familiar with these "terror attacks".

238. Manipulate Supreme Court (7/4)

Several times I talked about my allegations that Feds tried to force me out alone. On the purpose to eliminate me by unreasonable police search, arrest or police violence.

Two days later, on 6/21, by a vote of 5-4, the Supreme Court ruled that "Larry Dudley Hiibel's constitutional rithts to be free of unreasonable arrest and to remain silent were not violated when Deputy Lee Dove arrested him for refusing to give his name after Dove stopped Hiibel and questioned him near Winnemucca, Nev., on May 21, 20000. This is not the first time I have such experience. Two years ago, Feds had used the same tactic. They tried to force me out by a Juror Somon. Then on 6/17/2002, the day I should have reported to court, media reported that Supreme Court ruled police can subtly pressure passengers to be searched in public transit systems.

I posted in late June 2002: "At night, I heard a news report from KTSF26 Chinese station that Supreme court ruled police can subtly pressure passengers on buses, trains and other public transit systems to agree to be searched, saying officers need not tell the riders they have a right to refuse." It was sensitive because I had to take public transit systems since I have no valid drive license.(see "71. Police violence")

I won't comment if it erodes civil liberty from "not tell the riders they have a right to refuse" to "Police can require name". It's a controversial one even in Supreme Court. (Vote 5 - 4) What I worried is D.O.J. can manipulate Supreme Court to rule on a case to justify a police search and arrest. What is the meaning for check and balance of three independent powers?

My wife came back from China on 6/26. A relative drove her home from air-port. He is the one who used to drive me for shopping when my wife refused to do so. When I read the news of Supreme Court rule, I immediately realized it's a tactic played by Feds. To do it, they must also stop others to help me. So they would intimidate this relative? I asked him for a shopping ride. Really he was very nervous to say he couldn't with a very reluctant reason. That he must go home to cook for his son. (His son is a doctor, the time is 2:30 pm, not the meal time.). This was the first time he refused me. I knew why. What pleased me a bit was that I could predict Feds' act.


239. Free factory (7/9)

To frame a case, Feds used to arrange a trip for the target to establish a regional link. I think they killed my father in law in March and gave my wife a free flight ticket so she could go to China in April. After I revealed it at "219. Free ticket and funeral urn (4/9)", they changed it into HongKong. (see 222, 223, 224, 225) I think there was a big drug deal happened at that time.

Then it was the plot of 6/19. (see 232, 233, 234) Because W.B.(my wife's brother) went to Fujiang for the burial too, I thought Feds framed a big case of multi-nations. How did they frame a drug case on him?

On 6/26, my wife came back from China and told me such a story. W.B. had a fortune that he got a factory for free. W.B. lives in Manila, Philippines. He has a machanic shop there. He is a skilled worker to produce mould. One of his customers suddenly abandoned his business, gave whole of his factory, and business relationship (business order) to W.B.. It is free. The factory produces plastic soles of shoe.

I don't believe there is free lunch. Especially it is an unusual big fortune. The free flight ticket my wife got and free factory her brother got seemed all related to make the framed drug case. The sole of shoe reminded me of the shoe bomber case two years ago. In which Feds said suspect Reid put explosive in his heel of shoe. I had alleged it's a framed case. The heel bomb is more like a 007 trick. Intelligence is interested in such trick. If they plant drug in the heel and frame a case, they can make a sensation. What they need to do now is only place an order to W.B.'s factory from China, and plant drugs in heel shipment. Then there will be a drug case.

Next day on 6/27, "World Journal" reported: "Chinese police and the DEA of Philippines coordinated to break up a big drug smuggling case. The member of drug gang were active in Fujian, China; Manila Philippines.....", another article talked about "Drugs came from southwest rigion which neighbor to Golden Triangle, the drugs to Fujiang is from South-East Asio." They placed Fujiang and Philippines in the center of drug trafficking. It was a psychological pre-propaganda, a tactic Feds always uses.

On 7/8, National security adviser Condoleezza Rice visited China and met top Chinese leaders. Same day, DHS chief Tom Ridge said in a news conference that according to "credible source", a large scale Al Qaida terrorist attack would take place aim to influence the president election. The whole thing resembles the April plot. Secret deal confirmed by high ranking officials. Then an attack was warned which in practice is used to distract the public attention on a framed case.

After the miscarriage of 6/19 plot, a new frame case is set up. In addition to China, they now bribed another nation - Philippines to join the framed case. To make it more deceivable.

240. Cover up (7/14)

In my thread, many times I talked about Feds response swiftly to cover up the flaw I revealed. They did same cover up work after I talked about the June plot.

1. In "237. The June plot (6/29)" I said "Former P.M. of Spain, Aznar was an ally of Bush. I alleged Madrid bombing was done to help his election."

On 7/12, newspaper reported:

In the taped conversations, Ahmed calls himself "the thread behind the Madrid plot". .... It's this and other conversations led to his arrest. "

After Madrid bombing, Spanish police arrested 11 suspects. On 4/4, news reported "Train bomb suspects died in suicide blast.", "The core members of the group have been detained or died in collective suicide" include ringleader Fakhet. The case should be finished. How could be there another mastermind coming out in Italy?

Ahmed was arrested on 6/7, Mercury News reported it on 7/12. So it's a story released on purpose. I think it is used to remind people that Madrid bombing is done by Al Qaida to discredit my allegation "it was done to help Aznar's election." It's amazing Feds could continually push out mastermind one after another for their own purpose.

2. Tenet resigned on 6/3. Mercury News reported, "Bush is unlikely to nominate a permanent successor before the November election, Republicans said, because a confirmation battle this summer would attract more attention to the agency's assessments of Saddam Hussein's weapons." High ranking took no care to the dangerous situation that Ashcroft and Mueller warned. So I realized there would be no real terrorist attack but an attack from their own. I wrote message "233. CIA chief resigns (6/9)". In it I doubted how could a captain of a battleship let sonar operater leave when there is an alarm of submarine attack.

I think the following news is a cover up to that obvious flaw.

"Senators urge swift naming of new CIA chief.
...... that "during such a dangerous period for the US" it would be "unacceptable" to leave the job vacant until after the election." (S.J.M.N. Brief news 7/12/04)

3. In message '232. Terror attack and distraction (6/4)" I talked about the Homeland Security Dept. whose previledge of terror warning was neglected. I thought D.O.J. was the mastermind of terror attack which was planned to distract the attention of a framed drug case. The following news can be viewed as a repair to that flaw.

On 7/8, Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge said in a news conference that there is credible information there will be large scale Al Qaida terrorist attacks before November election.

This is a continuation of 5/26 terrorist attack warning of D.O.J.. Though they missed the plan of 6/19, they planned another one in near future.

241. Another plot in July (7/19)

Philippines government on 7/14 announced it would withdraw its troops from Iraq a month early in order to save the life of a hostage whom was kidnapped Several days ago. Washington opposed the action. On Tuesday(7/13), White House press secretary S. McClellan said, "A decision by the Philippine government to withdraw their 51 troops ahead of schedule would send the wrong signal to terrorists.".

I always think intelligence manipulate terrorist activities to provoke the war, to rig the election and to justify the occupation in Mid-east. I view the Philippine hostage event as another effort created to cover up the framed drug case. To make the framed drug case more deceivable, they used to make the countries which involved in plot a hostile one or in dispute. People would think, the countries were in diplomatic or military dispute, so it was impossible that their police force would coordinate to frame a case.

But secret police always take this psychological advantage to make case. I've talked about it in "193. Bombing Chinese Embassy in Yugoslavia". The most evident one was the plot of drug case in June, 2001. When F.B.I. and D.E.A. had a secret deal with Chinese secret police to frame a drug case, they created the incident of air collision of spy plane in Hai Nang Island, China in April, 2001. Produced a military dispute.

South Korea, Japan all had the hostage beheading problem. These coutries are stronger than Philippine, yet they all obeyed to US and refused to withdraw their troops. Why Philippine behaved differently? I think because the framed drug case (see "239. Free factory") needs a "political dispute" as a cover up.

On same day, 7/13, Chinese TV reported that China strongly condemned Singapore Vice Premier Lee Xianlong's private visitation to Taiwan. China said it did not need an intermediator for its relationship to Taiwan. As a warning, the president of Chinese central bank cancelled his official visitation to Singapore. It's unusual. Lee Xianlong's father, former Singapore premier Lee Guangyao had visited Taiwan in same way before. China never said a word at it. Why this time it had a so aggressive response? Since it occurred at same time of Philippine troop withdrawal, I think it was a show. I had a feeling it might be part of that framing case. Newspaper propaganda the drug trafficking between Philippine, South east Asia and China. Add a Singapore will make the framed drug story more believable. But how did Feds link Singapore to me and my family? I went to bed with that puzzle.

Next day I got the answer. Dr. Wang, a cousin of my wife, also the son of my wife's adopt father whom passed away this April, (see "223. FBI director said HongKong will be attacked (4/24)") called my wife on 7/14 asked about flight tickets to Singapore. My wife arranged him two tickets on the coming weekend (7/16?). My wife told me Dr. Huang's wife has family members living in Singapore.

Dr. Wang's call proved my worry is not over sensitive. Feds did plan a multi-nations framed case. It would be a heavy weight case if they claimed it was broken up by the coordination of the law force of Philippine, Singapore, China and US. Though D.O.J. failed the plot of 6/19, they planned another one quickly designated to the week-end of 7/16.

242. Dr. Wang is a target (7/24)

Dr. Wang is a successful medical doctor. He lives in Hillsbrew, where the most residents are rich people. The security should be good in this area. But on 6/19, a house was intruded. One of the residends was killed and another one was seriously wounded. The TV repeatedly broadcast a heart shape necklace, emphasized it was a jewelry lost in that case. They successfully made it a burglar case.

On 7/14, when Dr. Wang called my wife for flight tickets to Singapore, I realized Feds would frame Dr. Wang in case too. I suddenly recalled the Hillsbrew killing case. It took place on 6/19. It resembles the first attempt frame case in 2001.

My young sister and brother in law was one of the main targets. So was their son, a student of Stanford University. In 2001 framed case, Feds might plan a shooting death for him. To make it look like a racial random shooting killing, they shot an Asia girl to death on 6/10/01, a day ahead of designated case date as a cover up. (See "63. A well planed frame case ".)

If the 6/19 plot was carried out, I think Dr. Wang's house would have been intruded too and he would have been killed as a victim in "a series burglar and killing cases".

Anyhow, 6/19 plan failed. And in message "239. Free factory (7/9)" I revealed that Feds made it a drug case of multi-nations in which Philippine was involved. They swiftly planned another one in which Singapore was the center of the case.

 

243. The late birthday party (7/24)

My daughter's birthday is in early June. Her summer vacation started on 6/1. Though she had plenty time to have a party on her birthday. She didn't.

It was about on 7/13, I learned that my wife would prepare a birthday party on 7/16 for our daughter. What made her so eager to have a late party 40 days after our daughter's birthday? When next day she arranged a flight (leaving on 7/16?) for her cousin, Dr. Huang, I knew Feds had a new plot on that week end.

Feds used to arrange a trip or party in their plot. A party will net as many people as they want, as far as I know. But what did they want in my daughter's birthday party? To net her classmates? I was puzzeled.

On 7/16, my daughter's classmates came in about 11 a.m.. They left at about 10 p.m. I locked myself in bedroom all the time. In noon, my computer was blocked to operate by virus. I was familiar with this tactic. I suddenly awared of that the real purpose of birthday party was to force me out alone. Usual I would have done so to let kids have a happy time without a feeling of being restricted. But now it was a different situation. Supreme Court passed rule to allow police to "ask name" and other "subtle tactics to press" on people. Though it seems a minor rule, the result could be a tragedy. There could be a shooting death. Police could be justify by "reasonable ask name" but the victim was un-cooperate and so on. It would be all their words because a dead couldn't speak up.

I stayed at room. Computer recovered for some time but in late afternoon was completely inoperative. I had to re-install the original software to clean the virus.

I believe if I had left home on that day, I would have been eliminated by a police search. Then there would be a multi-nations drug case out break. And with great possibility, followed by a big "terrorist attack" which announced on 7/8 by Tom Ridge of H.S.D..

244. Push for an aggressive case (7/29/04)

On 7/24, there was a first page article in Mercury News. Topic "Criticism mounting for federal prosecutor - Morale questions as caseload drops, By Howard Mintz"

It says that U.S. Attorney Kevin Ryan, the point man for the Bush administration's Justice Department in Northern California, "heads into his third year as the Bay Area's most powerful law enforcement official, the accolades have been eclipsed by serious questions about how aggressively he's filing new cases".

That "Mercury News review of Justice Department data shows that overall productivity is lackluster, especially when compared with other important U.S. attorney offices."

That "overall prosecutions in the Bay Area federal courts are well below Mueller's main years as U.S. attorney and in 2003 were near their lowest level since 1998, when the office hit rock bottom and then-U.S. Attorney Michael Yamaguchi was forced to resign."

The article came with charts of six years data of "cases prosecuted", "Defendants charged", " Felony cases filed" let out by D.O.J. to prove Ryan had a bad 2003 record. It is obviously an push to urge Atterney Ryan to file new big case aggressively. It is also an intimidation which hinted "forced to resign" if he failed to do so. Consider the situation I am in, I think it is direct on me. As a matter of fact, Ryan has done so already. The article says, "Ryan has beefed up the San Jose branch to 20 lawyers from the usual dozen or so, an unprecedented level."

How aggressive is it? Free flight ticket, free factory, Supreme Court ruling, killing in burglar case, Philippine hostage case, Singapore diplomat dispute with China, planned terror attack.....Feds activated their high ranking resources to frame big drug cases continually these days. When they failed to carry out these plots, they push U.S. Attorney who directly in charge of my case. I am familiar with this kind of push. See a similar one at: "67. There is only three months left for election day. Inside group must do something to support Bush's campaign, or create some justification for a rigged election. If Feds can't start a "big terror attack", they at least must give Bush a prosperous economy which will cause a tight money market and rising financial interest.That will cause the break up of housing bubble. Which will hurt interest of Feds because they invested large in housing market in my case. This is why they are so anxious to plot to finish my case.

245. Framed case and "terror attack" (8/4)

The plot to frame a case is becoming frequently these days. It always planned with a terror attack as a distraction. I allege D.O.J. bribed China to frame a drug case. And I allege Feds murdered my father in law and my wife's adopted father in March and April to arrange trips for my wife to China and Hongkong in April and June. They used to arrange trips to establish a regional link in framed case.

1. On 12/20/2003, B's family (my brother in law) was arranged a trip to China. At same time, Homeland Security Dept. raised the terror alarm to orange code. Around that time, Bush rebuked Taiwan government and announced an order to ban the entry of corruptive officials which benefit China largely. I allege it was a secret deal between China and US.

2. On 4/21/2004, my wife took an emergent trip to visit her adopted father whom got a stroke in HongKong and died later. At same time, in his trip from China, FBI director R. Mueller said Al Qaida would attack financial building of Hongkong.
On 4/13, Vice President Cheney visited China, President Bush echoed same day in a rare news conference that, ""America's word, once given, can be relied upon....." On 4/16, a Chinese most wanted corruptive official was deported to China by US agent. It was a confirmation and performance of the secret deal.

3. On 6/19, B had a big party. At same time, my wife was in a trip in China to bury her father's urn. I allege a multi-nations drug case was framed then.(Philippines, China and US) For which, Ashcroft and Mueller announced terror attack in "coming summer" on 5/26.
On 6/17, TV reported that a China most wanted political dissenter was arrested in Burma and had been delivered to China.

4. Another multi-nations drug case was framed on 7/16. (Singapore, China and US) This time Feds arranged a trip for Dr. Huang to Singapore, also arranged a birthday party for my daughter. For this case, Tom Ridge on 7/8 once again warned a "terror attack" in news conference.

5. On 7/30, White House speaker told media that from Air Force No.1, President Bush actively called President of China, Hu Jingtao. Bush repeated "one China" policy in the call. The speaker said it was a follow up activity after Condoleezza Rice's visitation to China. High ranking meetings used to come with secret deal, was there some new plot?

One day later on 8/1, Tom Ridge again alert the "terror attack" and raised the alarm code to orange color on specific financial area.

It is not a coincidence. After the intimidation on 7/24 in Mercury News, US Attorney Ryan must have worked aggressively to frame a case. Bush's call might be a signal to China to start the new case. We have seen such style before. And Taiwan's interest may be an exchange in this deal. (done by Condoleezze Rice)

Of course, a "terror attack" is always planned as a distraction for the framed case. The only difference is this time D.O.J. targets at financial group. It was probably an intimidation: "Don't raise interest rate too quick.We have big interest in housing market."

Interest rate, housing market, employment rate, President election, terrorist attack, a framed drug case, secret deal between China and US, there is a relationship between them. That's why as November coming, there is a so intense warning of "terror attack". It's not only an intimidation as someone thinks. It will be a real one if D.O.J. fulfills their frame case successful.

2. Car link

On 8/7, a family drove their car to my house. They were customers who bought a 7 days trip. My wife drove them to the spot where travel bus would pick them up. Their car will park at my house until they finish the trip. Twice Feds has used the same tactic to establish a link by car in framed case. To plant drug is as easy as to plant porn pictures by assuming victim's name. When Feds are pushed by high ranking officials and exhausted their tricks, they have to repeat the old tactic. Each time they arranged the car being parked at my house it always took a week. Is that the time needed for framing a drug case, applying for a warranty to search and arrest from a judge?

247. Russia and terror attack (8/14)

On 5/26/04, Ashcroft and Mueller announced "terror attack in coming summer". On 6/4, in message 232, I alleged D.O.J. was the hand behind the coming attack to distract a framed drug case. I also predicted "And the time will be around 6/19."

On 6/19, Washington Post reported Russian leader Putin said his intelligence in 2002 had warned US that Iraq government planned to attack US. This news, combined with others, were used to fix the gap of soured "6/19 terror attack", enabled me realizing the attack was postponed. It also proved my allegation of secret deal between US and Russia.

On 6/10/2002, Ashcroft announced Padilla's arrest in Moscow. What made US Attorney General to give out such a news in a foreign capital? Five days later, on 6/15, in message "68, Re 7. Padilla and OKC bombing (6/15)", "Re. 9. Ashcroft in Moscow" I alleged a "terror attack" would be done to US. I wrote,"Or probably there will be a big terror attack which government had said,"Bombing is inevitable.".

One month later in message"77. The payment of deal(July/02)" I wrote, "It must be benefit to FBI because Ashcroft was involved.", "If so, US people still will suffer another attack-a dirty bomb attack. When they want to demand more from people. Either for election, or for the support of war on Iraq, or against criticism of failure intelligence.....it's their choice."

What the role Russian would have played was a witness if the attack had happened. If Russian said they knew Saddam had planned such an attack, and had informed US in advance. People of the world would believe it. Because at that time, Russia seemed to be more friendly with Iraq than US. Russia opposed US war policy in UN convention.

Putin's defense in 6/19/2004 for Bush was only a performance of that secret deal of June/2002. That's why I was surprised when I heard it.

As I said, the secret deal was done in early June, 2002. The bribe of the secret deal was paid to Russia in later June. Then we could see today that "the information from Russia in oral and written form passed to US in the fall of 2002." They could cheat people anything. But the action could only be carried out after the deal.

What was the fall of 2002? In October that year, a sniper shooting spree pushed law makers passed the Bill to authorize the use of armed force against Iraq. Bush got the war power; About same time, a French oil tanker was bombed; There was also a Bali bombing which killed nearly 200 people, most of them Australians. A push for the two countries to support for the war against Iraq. What Bush needed was an "Iraq terror attack" to justify the invasion. A Russia oral and written form of information would make the case credible.

For some reason, the plot to plant a terror attack on Iraq was soured. I think my revelation in advance played a role on it.


248. Secret deal and payment (8/19)

1. In April 2001, an US spy plane EP-3 collided with a Chinese fighter above the South sea of China. An article said a secret deal was reached for releasing the spy plane and its crew.
It said in secret deal, officials of FBI and DEA were the signatories and guarantors. Why FBI and DEA involved in a diplomatic and military event? I then concluded it's a secret deal between Feds and Chinese secret police in the name of settlement of EP-3 plane. The real deal was to frame a drug case to demolish a witness of the crime of D.O.J. committed.

I was puzzled quite a while at the amount of payment for that deal. The article said it was 40 billion dollars. That was a big amount. How could Feds have that much money? I had the answer a few months later. It was an economic benefit equivalence. Later that year, China was granted to host Olympic 2008 and was approved to be a member of WTO. Media said it would benefit China billions of dollars worth. Now we could see the result. The economy of China had a big leap forward since then. China now is the sixth big economy power in the world. The worth of payment exceeds far from 40 billion dollars.

2. On 6/10/2002, Ashcroft announced the arrest of Padilla in Moscow. In a message on 6/15 I alleged there was a secret deal between D.o.J
. and Russia that there would be a "terror bombing" to US. As usual, there always was a payment for the secret deal.

The bribe paid quickly this time. Because the demand of Iraq war was urgent. Same month on 6/27 in the meeting of G-8 in Canada, Russia was granted 20 billions of dollars within 10 years in the name of demolishing its WMD. Russia was also granted to host G-8 in 2006 which meant it was approved to be a partner of G-7.

What Russia was requested to do was to pass information to US intelligence in oral and written form that Iraq planned to attack US in the fall of 2002.(That's what we outsiders are able to know so far due to the 6/19/04 news release. Russia might have done more to plant.) The purpose was to frame Iraq as mastermind in a "terror attack" to US.

The planned "terror attack" soured for some reason. US bought the ticket but didn't go to the theater. So when it wanted to see the film again, it had to buy another ticket. So secret deal repeated.

3. Since my continual revelation of secret deal, now they put relevant figures and news in inconspicuous place.

To save Bush's fame and also to prepare for the next plot in July.

249. Secret deal and July plot (8/24)

The partners of the secret deal were Russia and China. Russia would prove Iraq had planned to attack US. China would frame a drug case for D.O.J.. These two countries were chosen because they had been hostile to US in cold war so the framed case would be believable if proved by them.

The hand behind US is D.O.J.. Attorney General Ashcroft, chiefs of FBI, DEA were involved. Other high ranking officials, like President Bush, V.P. Cheney, National Security Adviser Rice are only puppets, worked for D.O.J.

The first secret deal (EP-3 spy plane's case on Apr. 2001) was signed in written form. That's why both directors of FBI and DEA resigned. Because there was evidence. To avoid more resignation, the later deals were all in oral form and were made in partner's Capital. As we saw that Ashcroft in Moscow (6/10/02); Cheney in Beijing (4/13/04) Mueller in Beijing (4/20/04 ?) Rice in Moscow (5/15/04) Rice in Beijing (7/8/04). And we heard Bush passed confirmation that, "America's word, once given, can be relied on....". They acted like Mafia. ( see #245)

I had revealed these secret deals. So they sent Condoleezza Rice for the mission. She was female and was less noticeable. Her trip to Moscow in May was in a low key. D.O.J. probably thought it was a success. After the failure of 6/19 plot, they again planned a multi-nations drug case on 7/16 and sent Rice to Beijing to deal with China.

Rice met with top Chinese leaders on 7/8. On same day, Tom Ridge warned a large scale attacks from Al Qaida. On 7/13, US expressed regret on Philippines' early withdrawal of its troops in Iraq. Same day, China condemned Singapore for its leader's visiting to Taiwan. Next day, China warns US on policies.

All these were the psychological pre-praparation for the framed drug case. It would make the framed drug case look more credible because all the countries involved having diplomatic conflicts. To divert public's attention there would be large scale terror attacks followed. (see #241, 242, 243)

My threads were locked, or moved away, or even been banned from some sites recently. The reason they used was ridiculous, such like because I posted in many other sites. (will library ban you because you go to other libraries?) One reason they used was the thread is lack of discussion. Here is a typical one:

It is because the people were intimidated from my thread. Agent called those people who read my messages and warned them. I knew this for some time.

When I first started to post three years ago, people still could discuss with me. In a debate, one person wrote, "I knew you. Somebody told me about you, you are anti-US......". From then on, I knew Feds called people who read my thread. No others could be this "somebody" than agent. And no others than Feds could scare people away from reading and discussing on my thread. What have they told people of me? A spy, a drug dealer, or a criminal? It's all their words. Many times, e-mail informed me there was a reply to my post. But when I got there, the reply was deleted already. Either done by agent or done by author whom was intimidated by agent.

Intimidation is a tactic used frequently by FBI. Here is a recent one.

251. Mortgage rate and September plot (8/29)

In message "245. Framed case and "terror attack" (8/4)" I talked about Bush passed a signal to China that US was ready for another framed case on 7/30, and Ridge raised alarm code in some financial area to orange colour on 8/1. I pointed out it was an intimidation from D.O.J. to financial group not to raise interest rate too quick because Feds have a large investment in real estates.

I think my revelation was very accurate. We can see since then there was a confusion. Feds hurried throwing out a case that they arrested an Al Qaida man in Pakistan. In his computer they found the chart of those financial buildings. Feds justified the terror warning by this information. And then the information was revealed being four years old; and then the news said information was renewed half year ago; and then we knew the arrested Al Qaida computer expert was an informant.Informant? So Feds could explain in the way whatever they wanted to.

But as I said in message on 8/4, "It was probably an intimidation: "Don't raise interest rate too quick.We have big interest in housing market." Although Federal Reserve still raised the benchmark interest rate a quarter point on 8/10, the interest of Bonds went in opposite direction: downwards. Because it is linked to home mortgage rate.

In a report on 8/21, World Journal said, "Despite the Federal Reserve Bank has raised the interest rate, the rate of home mortgage loan, instead, is sliding downwards. In July, the interest rate of 30 years' fixed mortgage loan was between 6.21% to 5.98%. But this week, it descends to 5.81%."

The conflict way of rising prime rate vs dropping home loan rate proves what I said is right. The terror bombing intimidation works. The financial group who controls market, have to give way to the interest of Feds. Which creates a strange phenomenon: The rate of home loans drops while the main interest rate is rising.

Then what happens to 9/21, the next date when Federal Reserve will have another meeting and likely to raise the benchmark rate another quarter of point? The contradictory mortgage rate can't maintain too long.

As usual, Feds frame new drug cases and arrange parties. It almost becomes routine for them recently. One is on 9/2, my father's birthday. The other one is Dr. Wang's wife's birthday. ( I had spelled Dr. Wang as Dr. Huang in message 241, 242. I only knew his legal name should be Wang when I saw his invitation note a few days ago.) Feds make it a big one. My wife has booked hotel rooms for Dr. Wang's relatives from Singapore for the party. Feds tries to net as many people as possible.

It's convenient to frame a drug case. Secret police are skilled for it. China and US has practised for years. Singapore and Philippines are the new partners.

252. Saddam and secret deal (9/4)

In April, a news in Internet said American authorities arranged a meeting of the former Iraqi dictator with his wife.

When I first saw this news, my first thought was that Saddam was dead already. The puzzle was why US arranged such a meeting.

Why it's not German or French but Russian had such a request? Why Russian was so interested to know the true identity of "Saddam in custody"? Why US authority gave Russian such a privilege that they particularly arranged a meeting of Saddam and his wife for the Russian observers?

Putin's announcement on 6/19/04 that Iraq had planned to attack US resolved all these puzzle.

Condoleezza Rice went to Moscow in May (to confirm the deal) Then D.O.J. announced the "summer terror attack" in later May. Though the June "terror attack" soured, Putin still delivered the news that Iraq had planned to attack US.

As a matter of fact, Saddam had been US ally in 1980's. US had supported Iraq with bio-chemical material in "Iran-Iraq war." Saddam must have known many secret deal between Iraq and US. They won't keep him alive.

253. September plot (9/9)

In "251. Mortgage rate and September plot (8/29)" I talked about Feds arranged another framed drug case in September before 9/21 when Federal Reserve likely will raise the benchmark interest rate another quarter of point. They arranged two big party on 9/2 and 9/18.
The following is what happened around 9/2.

1. On 9/2, I was harassed by Internet attack. Slow procession; losing connection to Internet; Window being occupied by popped up frames......, in about an hour, I spent most time to struggle against various tech. problem and could only post two messages to the web-site. At last, I had to abandon the effort. I realized it was 9/2. Feds designated it for an action. They tried either blocking me to report in Internet what happened or forcing me out to join my father's birthday party. Of course, I wouldn't go to that party in San Francisco.

2. On 9/4, World Journal reported, "San Francisco prosecutors and police collaborated to arrest 12 drug offenders". " On 9/3, San Francisco City announced the arrest of drug suspects......On 8/19 Police had arrested several people whom involved in the case, the rest whom involved in were arrested on 9/2...... Mayor said, the action is just the beginning, not end." I think if I had attended my father's birthday party, the title of that news would have been much bigger. Feds made the 9/3 announcement a big one when Mayer, chief of police and general Attorney of San Francisco all presented. The original purpose of 9/2 arrest targeted at me and people who knew my story. And of course, it's not the end, Feds prepared another big party which will be held in San Francisco on 9/18."

3. Just days before 9/2, a Chinese film "Hero" went public in US theaters. It was the best sell film in early September. The value of booking office overpassed tens of million dollars. "Hero" is a production of China state running company. It went to public three years ago. US distributer held it in the hand for more than a year. So the time it went public was not a coincidence. I allege it was a part of payment to China for framing a drug case.

4. In five days' weather forecast on 9/1(S.J.M.N.), I had the high temperature: 9/1: 82
9/2: 78; 9/3: 95; 9/4: 100; 9/5: 97;. The high temperature used to be in the range of 80's in August. The sudden jump to upper 90's alarmed me. I noticed the turning point was on 9/2.
To my experience, Feds used to change weather to help their case. Why they need a hot weather this time? I got the answer on 9/6. At that day, twice the power supply to my house was broken up. Feds created a heat climate to justify the outage of power supply. In previous attempted framed drug cases, twice they cut the power supply. One was in 8/14/03, they made it a big one. There was a great blackout in New York and north-east America. The other one was in 12/20/03 in San Francisco. I alleged the purpose was to disable the alarm system, either to loot or to plant. Feds used to let out a pre-propaganda to justify unusual phenomenon by media. So this time we saw in Mercury News: " Power demand peaked at 45,597 megawatts Wednesday(9/...... Until this year, the state's record for power use was 43,609 megawatts, set in July 1999." (S.J.M.N. 9/9/04)

And they made it a covert one. Media rarely talked about the recent high temperature for days.Each day's high temperature was about 96 degree, almost always a degree below the history record. Could they control it so accurately to one degree below the record or they just manipulate the figure? History temperature record was made in different years, but one degree below history record was almost made by a consecutive days period. So, it's still unusual.

Feds also made it a long one. From 9/3 to today it is one week already. Mercury News said the temperature record was not broken. But "The recent heat wave is only unusual for how long it has loomed, says National Weather Service forecaster Steven Anderson. "It prolonged past the normal three to four days," Anderson says."

It seems Feds will prolong it further, or repeat the heat on another date - 9/18, the next party date. They are in a hurry. They have big pressure from D.O.J. (The unusual weather could return to normal after my revelation as Feds used to do cover up job.)

254. Possible regime change of Taiwan. (9/14)

In last message I alleged Feds used film income as part of payment. But tens millions of dollars is not enough for a framing case. In 2001 case they paid an equivalence of 40 billions of dollars. In Dec. 2003, the payment is mainly political in which Bush banned the corruptive officials to enter US and firmly rebuked Taiwan for its intention of independence. What will be the payment for this case? I think it's Taiwan, again.

There was a president election in Taiwan on 3/20/04. National Party(N.P.) and Democrat Progress Party(D.P.P.) are the two rivals. D.P.P. is a strong advocate of Taiwan independence.
Thus it is the most dislike of Chinese government. Since D.P.P. performed badly in past four years ruling of Taiwan, general opinion was D.P.P. would lose the election at a 10% margin.

On 3/19/04, one day before the election, Taiwan president Chen Shui Bian and Vice president Lui Show Lian(both are D.P.P.) were shot in a campaign parade. The rival National Party, shocked at the incident, canceled the last minute campaign rush. D.P.P., on the contrary, activated all their propaganda, accusing this was a political assassination from opposition. D.P.P. won the next day election at a slight majority - a 0.2% victory.

When Taiwanese recovered from the shock and knew the truth of shooting, they protested. The bullets were hand made. Both president and vice president were shot but the wound were miraculously slight that they even went on the campaign for sometime. It was more like a conspiracy to cheat sympathetic votes than an assassination. The rival party put the case into the court.

On 4/9, the famous criminal appraiser, Dr. Li Chong Yue( I don't know his English name) went to Taiwan to investigate the evidence of that shooting. Dr. Li is an authority in criminal investigation. People believe it was his testimony in O.J.Simpson's case that quited Simpson from guilty in his wife's murder case.

Dr. Li had a news conference on 8/28 in which he announced his investigation report. Dr. Li emphasized that because the powder was not strong enough, the gun was a home made one. And the wounding part were not lethal. He absolutely excluded the shooting was a political assassination. He said, the "3/19 shooting" was a strange case he had ever heard of. It was historical because "President and vice president" were shot at the same time, and the weapon was a home-made gun. "Dr. Li has connection with chiefs of US intelligence from time to time. It was said the counterpart of US had concerned Dr. Li about the development of "3/19 investigation". Dr. Li also confirmed that US had "unofficially" taken care of this case." There was another news from Taiwan. The General Attorney of Taiwan, Mr. Lu Ren Fa was disappointed at Dr. Li's news conference. He said Dr. Li had promised to keep his investigation report confidential. He didn't know what made Dr. Li broke his promise.

It was not a coincidence that on 8/25, the Legislative Council of Taiwan passed a resolution to establish an "Independent Commission of 3/19 shooting investigation". Dr. Li's announcement would direct this "Special Mission" to go on the road of "not a political murder". Which eventually can lead to a regime change.

3/19 shooting case was same thing like 3/11 Madrid bombing. All aimed at election. They were done by intelligence. I think US intelligence were the hands behind it. The sad thing is, once it touches the interest of US intelligence, anytime the beneficiary could become a sacrifice.

Condoleezza Rice made deal with China in early July. It took some time to arrange for an "Independent Mission" in Taiwan's Legislation. But all were ready in later August for the September plot. They made it an extraordinary big one. Big shots of San Francisco gathered for that case on 9/3. (and possibly 9/1 It will be a multi-nation one. China, Singapore, possibly Philippines will be involved. This plot designed to fulfill before 9/21, the date Greenspan is going to raise the interest rate.

255. Development of message 254 (9/19)

On 9/18, Mercury News reported, "Official denies data leaks to Taiwan
(New York Times)

Keyser, a senior adviser to Secretary of State Colin Powell on Chinese issues, was charged Wednesday with not reporting a secret side trip he made to Taiwan last year during an official government trip to Japan, and officials say they suspect that he passed delicate information to Taiwanese contacts in Washington."

TV broadcast the picture of agents in "FBI" jacket working on the scene (arrest?). It also broadcast the shot when Keyser contacted two Taiwanese intelligence officials. Keyser denied he had shared any classified information with the Taiwanese. He said the document he gave to Taiwanese was "Talking points". According to senior officials, it was common in diplomatic practice. The high ranking officials of Taiwan said that it's hard to imagine FBI would beat the drum on such an event. They thought there was some other thing behind it. But they didn't know what was the motive.

I know what is it. It was the result of my last message. On 9/14, I alleged that to a secret deal, Intelligence would conduct an investigation of 3/19 presidents' shooting case of Taiwan which will at last cause a regime change in Taiwan. Though the news made it vague on the date Keyser was arrested, I found Wednesday was 9/15, the day next to my revelation.

The two events they charged Keyser were past tense. Keyser's trip to Taiwan took place last year; his delivery of document took place on 7/31. He was under surveillance and the scene was pictured. It was the best chance to make an arrest then, but FBI didn't. Why did they do it on 9/15?

Intelligence tries to justify their attempt to change regime of Taiwan. The arrest of Keyser gives people an impression Taiwan is doing espionage work in US. It also could block the mouth of people who are pro-Taiwan. It was done in a hurry. Just like when I pointed out it was an intimidation to financial group when Feds raised the terror alarm code to orange color in certain financial area in August, they hurried throwing out an "Al Qaida computer expert" to justify the action. The arrested expert was an informant as finally revealed. This time, too, after I revealed the plot of D.O.J., they picked up a man who was already under surveillance to create an espionage-like case. Despite how reluctant the case is. It was a cover up case for the secret deal. It was a swift reaction to my revelation as they always do.

 

256. Old tactic repeats (9/24)

After my continual revelation of September plot, the framed international drug case seemed to be canceled or postponed.

On 9/17 Mercury News reported, "West Nile sickens S.J. man, Illness is first to be reported in Bay Area." West Nile, meningitis are the common excuses Feds used to cover up the murder case of brain death. (Mad cow disease is the one they tried to introduce in. They haven't done so is because it will cause a turbulence in society, I think.) My first thought when I read this news was that Feds turned the international murder plot into regional murder plot.

My opinion was confirmed right the same day. That night, my wife once again demanded to install another phone line. The reason she gave was she wanted to go INTERNET for ticket booking when she was off work. She said she would have to stay in office late at night to finish extra booking work. She threatened that if there was not another phone line she would quit her job. I was surprised at her irrational dispute. If there is really so much business that she has to work at night at home, it should be her boss' duty to expand the workforce. The problem should be resolved between she and her boss, not for me. If you are an employee, are you willing to work several extra hours each day at your home, at your own cost, for your boss without pay?

And I pointed out to my wife, she could go Internet any time at night because I rarely use computer at that time. I used to do kitchen work, watch TV news, and read newspaper at that time.

It was not the first time my wife behaved so strange about a phone line like this. Last time was later last year. (see "183. Imminent threat (11/23)". "184. Jobless recovery (12/1)" in which I alleged the motive was to frame a "spamming case" or Internet crime case) At that time she threatened to devoice, this time she threatened to quit the job. All in the name to voluntarily work extra time for the company.

But is there such a demand? The only time she touched a computer at home was 2 years ago (?) when she got a laptop from her brother. She checked a software to see if it works on that laptop. She never touches computer at home since.

The hysteria of my wife reflects the anxiety of Feds and the huge pressure applied on them from D.O.J.. The plots and persecution in this year were so intensify that they came one after another without gap. After the framed international drug case was revealed, old tactic was picked up again. And after all it's the pressure of rising interest rate which Feds has checked successfully so far. They are hurried to finish my case so they can release the real estates they hold in my case before the break out of a housing bubble.

My wife suddenly said she will take a fun trip to Korea next week. It's conflict to what she said she was very busy and had to do overtime work at home just a week ago. I don't know how she can have the vacation for the trip because in April and June, she went to HongKong and China. (Her father and adopted father died then) I can only speculate it may be another trick planned by Feds. They are in a hurry. They frame case one after another. Despite how unreasonable it is.

257. Beware of another terror attack (9/29)

In recent months, Feds continually issued terror warning. The so said "terror attack", I alleged in previous messages, is planned by insiders of US government. D.O.J. use this as distraction of a framed case. Another purpose is to help Bush in November election.
10 days ago, they let out such a plan:

(CBS) Convinced that al Qaeda is still determined to disrupt the U.S. fall elections by an attack on the homeland, FBI officials here are preparing a massive counter-offensive of interrogations, surveillance and possible detentions they hope will disrupt the terrorist plans, reports CBS News Correspondent Jim Stewart.

FBI field offices and Homeland Security agencies will be advised of "extraordinary measures" that will go into place "beginning the first week of October through the elections."

Specifically, the plan calls for "aggressive - even obvious - surveillance" techniques to be used on a short list of people suspected of being terrorist sympathizers, but who have not committed a crime. Other "persons of interest," including their family members, may also be brought in for questioning, one source said.

Is Al Qaida a voter for Demo, or GOP? The bombing attack will help whom? Kerry or Bush? Which party is the favorable of terrorist? Can you tell me? I think even FBI is not able to answer this question.
Yet from time to time they issued warning that Al Qaida will attack to influence the election. Bombing to help whom? Bush? His approve rate was low after he was selected to be president after controversial Florida election. 911 attack raised his approve rate dramatically. With which he started two Mid-east war.

So who has the eagerness to have a terror attack to influence this election? Will Al Qaida benefit from any new elected president? Or the interest group which can be benefit by getting more money and power and approve rate? One thing I'm sure is that D.O.J. is a beneficiary from terror attack. Right after 911 bombing, "Patriot Act" was passed to expand more police power for them. Civil liberty is seriously eroded. People are under vast electronic surveillance.
What is "persons of interest"? Consider Ashcroft define his critics as "unpatriotic", "aiding enemy", see if you agree with Patriot Act? Oppose Iraq war? Or a Bush basher?

I think the October plan of FBI is just a continuation of the constant "terror warnings" which designated to help Bush's re-election, and is part of persecution on me. Beware of another "terror attack".

258. Another attempt to frame a case (10/4)

Last week my wife suddenly said she would have a fun trip to S. Korea. She left last night(10/3) and will be back on 10/7. There is only 3 days staying in S. Korea. It is more a mission than a fun trip. Korean Air line suddenly give out a reward. Two free round trip tickets(so good it is business class) to the travel company my wife work for. It is a small company with only four staffs.(Include Boss herself)

It is a typical trap arranged by Feds. I think not only me, all readers may know now when Feds frame a case, they used to arrange a trip and create a situation to push the victim go into that trap. They murdered two old men for the two trips my wife took in April and June. To push for the trip, they gave out free air line ticket. Either a drawing prize or a reward. This is the second time in this year.

And it's in a hurry. All travel decision was made within a week. Feds made it a big case. Always plotted with big event to distract. Such like McVeigh's execution and recently, terror attacks. These big events, taking sometime to organize. It's until everything is settled, they instruct little accessories to act. Such like my wife.(or Muhammad, Malvo in DC sniper case) They follow the instruction but never know they are the sacrifice.

The return date is 10/7. I notice it is Thursday. It was Thursday too for 9/2, another date I alleged Feds framed a September plot. They like to perform the arrest on Thursday and Friday, so there will be two to three extra days for them to carry out murdering when victims are in custody.

259. Using S.F. police (10/4)

Fong, police chief of San Francisco, announced the arrest of three murder suspects in a news release on 10/1. (World Journal) They are:

1. A suspected killer on the Police Department's 10 Most Wanted list was arrested Friday in connection with a slaying earlier this year. (S.F. Chronicle)

2. The Daly City man wanted in connection with the stabbing death of a Giants fan near SBC Park was arrested Friday by federal customs officers in Arizona as he was crossing into the United States from Mexico. (S.F. Chronicle)

3. A suspect, who was prosecuted by Federal Attorney in another case, was arrested when detective found he was related to a 6/11/99 murder case of San Francisco. (World Journal)

You'll find case 2 and 3 were done by Federal agents. The case one, I think, with great possibility, was done by the tips from Feds. FBI has a vast informant net everywhere. They control many gang activities. The odd thing here is they let San Francisco police chief announcing the arrest on 10/1. (Though the case were old, one is 6 month old, the other one happened 5 years ago, they made the arrest on Friday 10/1) That's a big gift to San Francisco Police Department. Consider just two years ago, Feds accused S.F.P.D. incompetent to solve murder case. Why they suddenly changed their attitude to help them to solve the murder case? (see "67. Turn on into local police (5/29/2002)")

In message "253. September plot (9/9)", I talked about for 9/2 framed case, S.F. police arrested 12 drug offenders on that day. It was a job of D.E.A. I think they tipped local police and let them do the arrest. If I went to the birthday party of 9/2, then there would have been a big arrest. Feds input the information of some genuine case to S.F.P.D. mixed with a framed case, let local police fulfill the dirty work for them.

The arrest of 3 murder suspect, is a copy of 9/2 drug arrest. To strengthen the confidence of S.F.P.D. on Feds. Let police trust the information Feds feeding them. Mix the forgery with genuine. To reach the goal to kill by a borrowed knife.

The designated plot date will be 10/7, my wife's return date. I believe if that happens, there probably be a big terror attack followed to distract. Either internationally or in domestic. They always help their puppets by terror attack. The plan soured again and again. They revive it again and again. Particularly at the time when Bush lost the debate.

260. Appropriation to S.F.P.D. (10/9)

On 9/11/04, there was a news in World Journal. Topic: "San Francisco gets appropriation from D.O.J. once again"

It said that on 9/10, Department of Justice announced to appropriate funds to law enforcement units of 30 states so they can employ more police officers. The fund is in the name to improve security of school camps. 73 law enforcement units were the beneficiaries. Among them, San Francisco P.D. got the second highest allocation. They got 4.12 million. More than 10% from the total 35.2 million.

Ryan, Federal Attorney of North California, congratulated S.F.P.D. once again got the support from D.O.J., that it became one of the local police forces which got the highest fund allocation. (see Ryan at: "244. Push for an aggressive case (7/29)")

Ryan pointed out that just three weeks ago, on 8/19, S.F.P.D. had got 3.75 million appropriation from D.O.J. (in the name of improving community service) Which was the highest beneficiary among the US'.

In less than a month, S.F.P.D. got two big fund gifts from D.O.J.. How can it become a favorite of D.O.J.? Just a year ago, S.F.P.D. was the target of D.O.J.. Five top ranking police officials were charged, include Police Chief. (see "123. Unusual case against top S.F. police officers (4/10)", "124. The development of the S.F. top police officers' case")

The events all targeted at S.F.P.D. to push it to take part in the framed case against me. In 2003, the prosecutor set the court date of indicted police officials on 4/18, the same day my wife planned to travel to China. Since then, S.F.Police Chief Sanders retired. A female officer, Fong, was promoted to that position this April.

When there was something they could use, D.O.J. create a case to extort. When there is none, they bribe. Two fund appropriation were announced on 8/19 and 9/10. The date of two frame cases I alleged were, 9/2 and 10/7. Though it looked like a normal fund allocation, if it was distributed on evil purpose, it became a conspiracy and the fund became a bribe.

The tactic is familiar. I have seen it many times in secret deals between D.O.J. and China. (and Russia) They bribed Russia to be witness for an attempted terror attack in US. They bribed China for framing drug cases. And they now bribe S.F.P.D. by fund appropriation and work achievement (solving drug case and murder case) to carry out the arrest (and most likely murder) in that framed drug case.

If the framed case was done, D.O.J. would quit any responsibility in wrong doing. Because the case is done by foreign country and local police.

261. Prophecy (10/14/04)

Early this year, an article in World Journal caught my eye. The topic was: "Big prophecy for 2004". I am not a superstitious man. But five pictures with the article attracted me. They were: Eiffel Tower of Paris; Senator Edward Kennedy; Pope John Paul; Prince of Monaco Albert; ruin of ancient Rome.

It said, Canadian Anthony Carr, viewed as a modern Nostradamus, predicted that Eiffel Tower would collapse after an attack, Rome of Italy and California of US would have strong earthquake in 2004.

The following are the successful prediction he had made:
1. On 1/1/2001 and 8/14/01, Anthony twice said "There will be airplane crashed in New York. Hundreds of people will die." That was 9/11 attack.

2. Same day on 1/1/2001, he said George W. Bush would bring war to the world soon after he became president. We all saw it.

3. In February 2002, he said Princess of Margaret would die in 2002.

4. In August 2002, he said Mad Cow disease would attack Canada and rapidly swept across US. All these prophecy came true. And also he had predicted the death of Princess Diana.

If someone had made the above prophecy one hundred years ago, or 50 years ago, or even 20 years ago, I would admit it was a prophecy. Because there were too much variables in a long period. But check these achievements. It came true within a year, some even within a month. It's much more a proclamation of a project of intelligence then an astrology. Assassination of celebrities; terror attack; war. All the work capable done by government inside group.

I talked about mad cow, alleged it was a bio-attack from intelligence in December 2003. (see "191. Framing a case in December (12/26/03)") I talked about for many times that government knew 911 attack in advance. (see "68. Ashcroft's revenge (5/31/02)") All these were written before January 2004 when I knew there was such an Anthony Carr and his prophecy from newspaper.

In the books of of former Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill, former counter terrorism adviser Richard Clark, Bob Woodward, Joseph Wilson we know from beginning when Bush entered White House, he determined to activate war. Outsiders observed phenomenon, insiders knew the detail. That's how Anthony Carr could make a prophecy. Or rather, to announce the plan of inside group in advance.

Now we go back to the great prophecy of 2004 by Anthony. It's still the assassination of celebrities, (Pope Paul, Edward Kennedy, Monaco Prince Albert) terror attack (Eiffel Tower), natural disaster (earthquake which could be induced, or created by modern technique).

Then why did they let out their plan by Anthony Carr? It's a psychological manipulation. Quite a lot of people believe in God. Prophecy will attribute all these events fatal. The prophecy will make that part of people believe what happens is natural.

You can also see Bush did the same thing. He always said what he did was God's will. As a matter of fact, media play the same role too. When brand name ABC, CNN, USA Today, Gallup..... constantly issued poll that Bush has an approve rate around 50% and leads over his rivalry despite Bush is a proved big lier, they are giving a prophecy too. This time it is for the rigged election. To make you believe the output of election is reasonable.

Anthony Carr doesn't need any reason to support his prediction. That's the advantage of a prophet. I predict sometime too on the purpose it won't happen. (such like the framed drug case even with specific date 6/19 , 9/2......) I always gave the reason why I thought in this way and with my analysis. I remind people from time to time "beware of pick pocket" so the thief won't steal for the time being.

I hope my revelation can prevent Anthony Carr's prophecy from happening.

 

262. Kennedy (10/19)

I haven't got my newspaper delivered on Sunday (10/17). This was the second time occurrence in recent four years. Last time I got a credit in my account for missing paper. This time I requested a refill even though the missing paper had to be delivered next day. I don't think it was a missing case. I thought there might be something Feds didn't want me to read.
(The missed paper appeared at my door today. I know it was the original because it was in a plastic bag with ads of a newly open store.)

I think the article they didn't want me to read is one about Kennedy. It said, "Kennedy's press chief dies in France at 79. He clouded his own legacy with conspiracy theories."

Pierre Salinger, press secretary to President John F. Kennedy and chief European correspondent for ABC News, died of a heart attack Saturday at a hospital near his home in France.

" His journalistic reputation was besmirched in the 1990's after his insistence that two major airline crashes were not what they seemed."

He said the 1988 crash of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie was a D.E.A. operation that went wrong. He also believed TWA Flight 800 was shot down near Long Island by a stray Navy missile in 1996.

I don't think it was a coincidence he died just two days(10/16) after I posted last message.(10/14) In which I talked about one of major projects of inside group in 2004 is to assassinate senator Edward Kennedy. Salinger was one who suspected the criminal activity of US government committed. He thus was a target of Inside group.

In early 90's I was intimidated by "So what, they even killed President Kennedy". (see #17. They killed President Kennedy) This was the beginning I realized the dark side of US intelligence. Instead of keeping silence I told people the assassin of JFK was FBI.

Twice I had left US trying to get rid of the persecution. Each time they killed a key member of Kennedy's family.

The first time was in July 1994. I went to China. I ordered the air flight ticket in April. Then in June, Jacklin Kennedy (widow of JF Kennedy) died of cancer. I didn't connect it to my leaving because at that time I didn't know much of Feds.

It was until in July 1999 at Hongkong, when I decided to go to South East Asia and started visiting appropriate consulates, I learned Jr. Kennedy died of air plane accident. The news reminded me of his mother's death. They both died several weeks early before I left for some countries Feds not so controlled. Feds were afraid of the reaction if my story had been revealed. They were afraid the potential political influence of Kennedy family.

Edward Kennedy is the last one of famous Kennedy's. That's why he becomes a prophecy of Anthony Carr. There was sign two months ago when news reported Edward Kennedy was banned to board US Airway's shuttle out of Washington to Boston. His name was put in the "no fly" list. It took several weeks to take his name from that list. Was it a mistake? But one thing for sure is that mistake won't take place on Bush, Ashcroft and Rumsfelt.

Feds is not the same one which assassinated President Kennedy 40 years ago. They are much stronger now armed with Patriot Act. They can open humiliate a president (Lewinsky scandal). So what to a Senator. They even predicted his death by prophecy. And to assassinate, no bullet needed anymore. Modern technique enable them to kill in covert way. They prepare heart attack for Edward Kennedy. Salinger died of it. Clinton, too, had a heart attack when he gave campaign advice to Kerry. 263. Pat Robertson (10/24)

There was another news early this January reported by World Journal. It said, "Robertson, a celebrity of Christian broadcaster, reveals two big 'God's design': GOD BLESSES CHINA, BUSH WILL CONVENIENTLY BE RE-ELECTED ".

I knew inside group controlled US politics, they would have Bush had the second term of presidency. But how could they bless China? Strategically, China is a rival to US.

It was this news, plus other events happened in Dec/2003 and Jan/2004 enabled me to realize there had been another secret deal reached between Feds and China. China would frame a big drug case, and as exchange, the huge payment (God's bless) was Taiwan's regime change. So I wrote "206. Another interest exchange. (2/16)" The later development showed it was a multi-national one which would have include Singapore, Philippines, Hongkong. And Feds also planned terrorist attack to distract.

264. Reaction to cover up Robertson (10/24)

Robertson made his prediction in 1/2/04. He said, ""I think George Bush is going to win in a walk, I really believe I'm hearing from the Lord it's going to be like a blowout election in 2004. It's shaping up that way."

These two news about Pat Robertson and Anthony Carr that month revealed how Feds to manipulate American's mind in the name of God. Robertson and Anthony are no others then accessories of Feds.

Then a strange thing took place three days ago. A news in Internet said that "A White House spokesman denied Wednesday that President Bush told Christian Coalition founder Pat Robertson that he did not expect casualties from the invasion of Iraq."

Why Pat Robertson said something very good about Bush 9 month ago (1/2) but now (10/19) let out something negative about him?

I know why.

My articles are under strict scrutiny of Feds. They check up every source I used as reference. They even pointed out a "one day's mistake" of my message. (see "83. Spy country (8/21/02)") I didn't give the exact date of the news about "prophecy", (it was on W.J. 1/17) I only wrote: "Early this year". The surveillance team must have gone through all the World Journal published "early this year" to find that article. Robertson's news belongs to same category of Anthony's. They were all "prediction". Thus it fell into their sight. If I wrote about "God's will" of Anthony Carr, they could expect I would do same thing on Pat Robertson. That's why they hurried created a dispute between Bush and Robertson. The purpose is to cover up Robertson's real ID.

This is why Pat Robertson behaved a conflict way in two events. According to Robertson, Bush told him "we're not going to have any casualties" (in Iraq) in March 2003. Why he didn't talk about it for more than 18 months? If you noticed the accusation was brought into news on 10/19, 5 days after my message "261. Prophecy (10/14)". You probably will understand it was an event created to cover up an accessory of Feds. They used to have swift reaction to my comments. Either to perfect, or justify, or repair the flaw they have made. I think the Salinger's death, Robertson's accusation on Bush were all the reaction to my message "Prophecy". And there is more.

265. God, prophet or Tyrant, rogue? (10/29)

From mid October, there is a new wave of Internet attack on me. I failed to post in many sites because of technique harassment. I was even banned from some forums.

Here was a ban in "Halflife2.net". The page said, ""Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? "

I have the experience Feds using my INTERNET address to post offensive messages which caused ban on me, I e-mailed administration. "I didn't do anything above. If there is such problem, then it might be someone hijacked my user's name did it. Please check the problem."

The reply of administration: "I'm not sure why you were banned, it's now been lifted. Your ban wasn't logged so I'll look into it further, sorry about that."

So I had chance re-enter the forum and see the "reason" they banned me. It was done by a staff who also had a title of director of marketing. Here is his post.

He titled himself "prophet". He threatened to stop finance aid to the forum. He predicted the dissolve of the site if it doesn't do to his favor.

The "God" which Bush worshiped planned terror attack, assassination, disaster in the name of nature. Predict their project by big prophet. Small "lord" scattered everywhere to watch people. And small prophet made their small prediction to intimidate too. When they could proudly pronounce that "Banned 48 people today, deleted 36034 threads, and still had time for tea", I only saw rogue over there.

There is no check and balance to our intelligence. They developed into a Mafia-like organization. Politicians are not elected by people but inside group because they also control the election process and made a rigged election reasonable by poll.

After a year of repeated attempts to frame drug case on me and my family, they now turn to INTERNET censorship. The purpose are the same. To block people know the truth.

About 3 months ago, I wrote an article "Al Qaida", said that Bin Laden would issue tape when Bush needed. The prediction is awfully accurate. News of 10/29 said in a tape Bin Laden admitted he ordered 911 attack.

267. Poison and milk (11/9)

"Got milk?". Not long time ago I still saw there were plenty of milk advertisement in TV. Probably from last year(?) the milk ads disappeared from TV. The price of milk doubled from under two dollars a gallon to now over four dollars a gallon.

My family didn't drink much of milk. I rarely touch it because I thought it might cause obesity. A bottle of milk at my home used to stay in refrigerator for a week or two. About later last year, milk disappeared from our refrigerator. At that time, I thought maybe the fast going up price was the reason my wife didn't buy milk. (Later I think there was another possibility that she was instructed not to buy it.)

Last year also was the year Feds dramatically increase the dose of poison which caused the sickness and the death of my father in law. Early this year, when I found they even poisoned the tap water. I had to buy bottle water. But when I found some bottle water was poisoned too. I turn on to other drink. Milk was one of them.

I still remembered the first time I bought a bottle of milk this year. I put it in the refrigerator in the morning after shopping. In the afternoon, I found it was opened. It was unusual. My wife and my daughter only drank milk in breakfast. With suspicion, I did a test drink. It was poisoned. The color of my urine then became red.

It was a swift reaction of Feds. I bought bottle water too. But they seemed care for that milk. Why? I suddenly remembered a book I had read. It said the poison worked on human organ or nerve, had chemical reaction with their protein, caused damage on these organs. That's how some poison works. It said milk contains rich protein in liquid, easy to replace human organ to neutralize the poison. So milk is viewed as a reliever of toxin in emergent poison case.

The poison team of Feds are experts. That's why since last year they raised the price of milk when they intensify the poison plot. And had a swift response when I started to buy milk. But their reaction also alerted me. I at first bought milk as a way of water supply, now I view it also as a poison neutralizer.

On 7/16/04, my daughter had a later birthday party. (see 243. The late birthday party (7/24)) Though that party was projected for another framed case, the poison team still worked their way. They never miss a chance.

There were more than a dozen classmates of my daughter attending the party. They prepared a big birthday cake. They only ate about one third of that cake and left the big part behind. Next day I found the newly bought milk bottle was opened and almost emptied. My daughter said her friends felt thirsty when they ate the cake and demanded milk. Maybe I was ignorant, but in my experience, I didn't see anyone drink milk for the birthday cake. There were plenty of soda, they even came with a case of mineral water. But they turned on to milk when they enjoyed the cake.

With my knowledge about milk and their strange behavior, my conclusion was the cake was poisoned. As usual I did a test. The result proved I was correct. Recently Feds using a poison which would cause the corner of mouth broken. Doctor would diagnose it as a lack of Vitamin B. The symptom appears two to four hours after you eating the poisoned food and will be recovered in a day or two if you abandoned the contaminated food. It was used in food and in water as well.

Those teenagers might not aware of poison food. But I'm sure they were instructed to drink milk when they had cake. Of course, though I like cake, I wouldn't touch it when I found it was poisoned. The rest was thrown away several days later.


268. Birds, fruit and Poisoned tap water (11/14)

There are fruit trees in my yard. Every summer, my father in law (when he was alive) and I enjoy the apples and pears from our own trees. My wife and my daughter rarely touch them. They don't like fruit much.

Early this year, I found tap water was poisoned. I turned into bottle water. But for trees, I still had to use tap water. I wondered, would toxic chemical in water accumulate in fruit?

In later July the pear start to ripen , I carefully ate some. I felt nothing wrong at first when I had one pear. Then I increased the quantity. I took four or five a day. Two days later, I felt indisposition in liver area. Obviously, there was a low quantity of toxic material inside the fruit. If people ate many, the effect couldn't be neglected.

When the summer arrived, there always came a lot of birds to enjoy the fruit with me. Among them there was a bird with beautiful blue feather. I think it was a blue jay. The blue jay might have its nest nearby. It came every year. As usual, early this summer I saw it again. But only for a short period. I never saw the blue bird coming any more since July. The other birds were in grey colour. I think they were wild doves. I couldn't tell them individually because there were so many. But I did know some disappeared forever. Each time I went into yard, I saw some flied away birds having the body as big as the blue bird. Then I saw no more big doves.

On 7/22/04, Mercury News reported, "VIRUS, dead bird had West Nile". Next day on 7/23, another half page article said, "LABS, State researchers seek West Nile clues from dead birds". "If you're interested: To report dead birds which may be collected for testing, call the state hotline, (877) 968-2473"

The birds which died from poisoned fruit could have been many. Feds conveniently attribute the death to West Nile. They also did a research on the result of their job so they could improve their poison technique.

It took some time each day for me to take care of the trees. When I found the fruit was poisoned, I stopped to work on them. On 8/10, my wife picked up a big pear and put it on the table, said "It looks good. It's a pity to leave it alone." For a week or so She said nothing about pears and ate none of them which I picked up. Why she suddenly interested about it when I stopped to work on trees? I thought it was a swift reaction from Feds. The surveillance team wanted to know why I stopped the routine yard work and asked the question through my wife. I left her alone.

Next day, seeing the pear remained there untouched, she ate it. Though one fruit wouldn't hurt health much, I felt I have responsibility to warn her. I told her the tap water was poisoned, so the fruit grown up by these water was poisoned too. She said, "Nonsense." But then asked me what kind of sickness I felt.

On 8/15, 4 days after I warned about the toxic fruit, my brother and sisters came for them. They have been to my house for fruit before. What they picked up always were the big, ripe one. This time it's different. They picked up every piece they could reach, either it was raw or small. I think they were instructed to do so. But whatever they knew, I did my part. I warned them the fruit was poisoned.

Why cleaned the fruit from the tree? Maybe to eliminate the evidence that caused mass unusual death of birds. And the fruits might have ended up at Poison Lab of Feds.

269. Framed case revived (11/19)

In message 258, 259, 260 I talked about an attempt drug case set up on 10/7. In later October when I met with my parents and learned they had a cruise trip between 10/2 and 10/12, my allegation was confirmed. The trip was arranged in late September. My brother and one of my sister and their spouse joined the trip. Then my wife got a sudden free fun trip to S. Korean between 10/3 and 10/7. So if a framed drug case took place, none of my family members were at home to help. Thus Feds had plenty time to eliminate their targets in jail.

Either to have a big party to trap all people in a case, or arrange travels for them, the purpose are the same: to create a helpless condition for the target. And those in trips were easy to be eliminated by accident.

After that, there was a postpone in drug case set up. The task force, I think, turned onto the work to rig the President election. Only the routine poison work went on.

Then, Bush was said won the election. It seems the first emergent mission for him was to revive the secret deal between D.O.J. and China. At the night of 11/8, Bush called Chinese President Hu Jingtao, re-confirmed "one China" policy. Next day, Attorney General Ashcroft announced his resignation. He was the first one in Bush's Cabinet to do so.

People may say, it's no surprise for Ashcroft's leaving. He is too notorious to stay. But don't forget, Bush is more notorious than Ashcroft. Bush activated an unjust war in Iraq, Ashcroft got "Patriot Act" passed. They hurt the interest of American people but are favored by Inside Group. If Inside Group could easily rigged the election to have Bush stay to his second term, it's easier for them to have Ashcroft stay. Why A.G. was the first one to resign?

Because he took the responsibility for a new framed drug case in which murder will take place, and the big events (terror attack, or epidemic disease) that will be followed to distract.
It's similar to what happened in April, 2001 when both directors of D.E.A. and F.B.I. resigned. Rarely people knew what offense had they made. But they signed a secret deal with China to frame a drug case in which US citizens would have been murdered. The secret deal was signed in April 2001, same month F.B.I. director Freeh proposed resignation. The set up case was planed to break up on 6/11/ 01 when McVeigh's execution was used to distract. It was soured. Then both directors of D.E.A. and F.B.I. left in August. They planed a wrong case, and "see? I left. I took the responsibility."

Ashcroft acts in same way. So when I read the news of Bush's phone call and Ashcroft's resignation, I knew the first thing Bush revived was the frame case of D.O.J.. I have said Condoleeza Rice was the one who confirmed the new secret deal with China this July. She is named to be the next Secretary of State Department. A confirmation to China that the secret deal - the oppression on Taiwan's independence, will be carried out.

When will the new case break up? I have speculated it would be either on Thanks giving day or Christmas and New years day when it will be easy for Feds to arrange a party. Then to prove my allegation, a report in today's Mercury News said, "Mad Cow case suspected in U.S." , "The federal government has ordered a definitive laboratory test after two preliminary screening tests raised the possibility of "mad cow" disease in the tissue of a recently slaughtered animal. ... A conclusive answer could take as long as a week. "

You can calculate what time is it a week from the news released. (TV broadcast the mad cow news on 11/1 If the framed drug case by D.O.J. breaks up on Thanks giving day, it will be followed by a confirmation of mad cow disease. You can bet on it.

270. Mad Cow disease(11/24/04)

In August 2002 Anthony Carr prophesied Mad Cow disease would attack Canada and rapidly swept across US . Canada announced Mad cow disease in May 2003, and
US announced its first case in December 2003.

Someone argued that Anthony Carr was not a good Prophet because the disease didn't rapid sweep over US as he had said. But it was still a miraculous success. He didn't say it was Small Pox, Ebola or any other disease, he didn't say it was Mexico, Japan, Spain or any other country. He accurately predicted the Mad Cow case would took place in Canada then in US. If that was a blind guess, the chance is rare.

But if it was a plan, then it was easy. Wrapping it in a prophecy. Canada was used as a cover up to justify the origin of the disease when the Mad Cow mysteriously broke up. Then why there was no "rapid sweep over US"?

I have said, even it was a plan, there were many variables to influence its development. I think my revelation postponed their plan.

Brain death is a murder method used by Feds. They shoot victims with E-M wave. Microwave ray is one of them. Attribute the death to Meningitis, stroke, West Nile. So I was alerted when I learned the news of Mad Cow.

In two days, Mercury News reported on first page story that Mad Cow disease was found in Washington State. On 12/24/03, it was a half page long article. On 12/25, three articles in more than a page described what was Mad Cow with pictures. TV repeatedly broadcast the shot of a cow trying to stand but collapsed. All these and other events drove me wrote an article and posted it on next day (12/26/03). See "191. Framing a case in December (12/26)"

Then the Mad Cow news disappeared from news. It was used as a murder excuse and a distraction to a framed drug case. The plot was revealed and postponed. So there was no necessity to go on with Mad Cow practicing. It was really an experience to see how a panic momentum was built up in less than three days and then suddenly dropped off. I believe if there was no my revelation and the framed drug case could be carried out, then Anthony Carr's prophecy would have gone to a perfect end - Mad Cow disease swiftly rolled all over the America. With it Feds murder their targets.

When five days ago, Mad Cow news once again appeared in TV and paper, I realized a new plot was planed and wrote last message. Today in Mercury News, there is such a brief, "In other news", "Initial tests last week indicating a possible new case of "mad cow" disease in the US have proved negative after subsequent testing, the USDA announced Tuesday."

Now you can see how easily Feds create a panic impetus despite how absurd the story is. The mad cow disease disappeared as sudden as it appeared. No origin, no trace. Just like God took out a toy from his treasure box, landed it on a cow. When the cow died, he took the toy back and locked the box, prepare for the next time usage. Perhaps that's why Feds view themselves as God. Same thing was the 911 attack. The hi-jackers were said terrorist trained in flight school. They must be genius student to drive such a modern Boeing without lost. They were so skilled to hit the target at point, even in low attitude at Pentagon. A Boeing pilot must have rich flight experience, even so he has to take a long time train practice, with the help and guidance of formal pilot. How could these student hi-jackers just jumped on a Boeing and did what they want to do? Also if they were foreign students, they must be strange to US air routes. How could they change the original route to find New York without lost?

Next time when you see TV repeatedly broadcast the picture of the collapse of WTC and a cow struggling to stand but fell off again and again, beware that could be a psychological gimmick and government has a purpose.

271. Crazy persecution to escape from an economy crisis (11/29)

In mid November, various computer problems significantly slowed my Internet surfing. With these problems, it also came with the pop up offer such like:

It happened in last two weeks. Since my computer was under surveillance, all information were filtered by a surveillance server, so all these problem were caused by Feds. Obviously they want me download something. What is it? An article in Mercury News of 11/19 may say it all: "Exterminate spam or Internet dies, Law enforcement needs a tough law"

The program Feds want me to download likely will be the one which will spam out e-mail so they can have an excuse to arrest me.

At same time, when I posted a message in forum site, the page used to turn into "lost contact" and suggest "reload". After several reloads, I found it created "multiple posts". Possibly a tactic to prove I have the habit to repeat, to spam.

I hereby announce again that I only post in forum with my political opinion. I don't send out e-mail to any private e-mail address except to the host of web-site which I had post problem. I never touch the business of commercial ads. Someone had posted porn pictures assuming my name, (possible with my Internet address too. see "246. Aggressive work (8/9)") I think it was done by Feds.

At the same time Feds intensify the poisoning and microwave radiation on me. Which I am afraid will cause illness or cancer and leukemia. It may reflect the grim situation of financial market. Four years long historical low interest rate causes over spending and huge deficit. Now US dollar faces a rapid depreciation. Federal Reserve has to raise the interest rate to save economy. It is a process resisted by D.O.J. for a long time. It seems they can't block it any more. That's why there is a crazy persecution on me.

 

272. Federal fund rate (12/4/04)

I started to post in Internet in September 2000. Frightened by my revelation, D.O.J. determined to eliminate me and the people who knew the story. On 11/12/ 2000, article "Killing Pablo" in Mercury News was an announcement that Feds had planned a mass killing in the name of a "drug case". (see "62. Plot") Chinese secret police was bribed to frame the "drug case". We saw all these in the incident of collision of EP-3 spy plane in HaiNan, China in April 2001, and ended at 6/11/01 when McVeigh was executed. For that framed case, both directors of FBI and DEA resigned. (see messages 61, 62, 63, 64) Since then, the attempt to frame a case on me had never stopped. But the first decision was made in November, 2000.

In my case Feds emptied my community. They also started to buy in a lot of real estate property since 1997. The buy in movement continued until 2000. When they built up a case, they built up a business opportunity for themselves as well. In the end of 2000, D.O.J. determined to finish the case by a big plot. Of course, they needed to sell out the houses held in their hand.

Then we saw there was a steep decline of Federal fund rate in 2001. Started from January that year, there were 11 rate cut, almost once each month. At the end of 2001, Federal fund rate dropped to well under 2% from 6% when the year began. It later touched the bottom of 1% and stayed there until mid 2004. The 30 year fixed mortgage rate followed the Federal rate dropping to the low point of 5.3%. Which created a booming housing market. Federal Reserve did good to co-operate with D.O.J..

Generally, it was easy for Feds to murder a target. "So what, they even killed President Kennedy." But things went beyond all expectations. The plots failed one after another with my revelation. And Federal Reserve had to maintain that historical low rate for nearly three years to the demand of D.O.J. that at any time when Feds finished the case, they could sold all their property quickly at a high profit margin.

How absurd that rate was? In article "Rate hikes likely to continue" (S.J.M.N. 11/11/04), it said, 'By historical standards, interest rates are still far below normal levels. After adjusting for inflation, the "real" federal funds rate is barely equal to zero after being solidly negative for the past two years. On average, the federal funds rate has been about three percentage points above the rate of inflation.

Many analysts have said they think a "normal" or "neutral" rate under today's circumstances would be about 4 percent." It is 2% right now.

The negative Federal fund rate created two bubbles in stock market and housing market. Which is under a big consumer credit bubble. I can foresee there is a dark future of US economy.

The low interest rate also makes US bond lose attraction to foreign investors. Dollar devalue rapidly recently. An inflation is coming. To raise interest rate to the normal is unavoidable. D.O.J. has successfully blocked this tendency for years. In August it even intimidated the financial group by terror bombing alert. (see "251. Mortgage rate and September plot (8/29)")
The terror blackmail works. The 30 years fixed mortgage rate in July was 6.2% while the Federal fund rate was 1.25%. After August terror intimidation, though Federal reserve still raised the bench mark rate three times to 2%, the 30 year fixed mortgage rate dropped back to its low point at 5.32% on 11/20.

But when people of the world started to abandon US dollars, D.O.J. may not resist it any more. That's why I saw Bush called Chinese President on 11/8, six days after his re-election. A new plot has been planned. They are in a hurry.


273. Another trip (12/9)

This week my wife said she would have a trip to Hawaii because there was a cheap offer of air flight. 50 dollars for a two way flight to Honolulu. I now get used to this kind of trick. The model is classic. Create a motive for the travel. For this purpose, Feds murdered two relatives of my wife early this year. Or giving a free air ticket (or cheap one). My wife had three international trips this year. Plus this one to Hawaii.

It is another emergent trap set up under the pressure from high ranking officials. Like former one, the decision was made within a week. A trip will justify a search, or easy to produce an accidental death. This is also why I think Feds is the one behind terror attack. (Oklahoma bombing and 911 attack) They wanted to have the privilege to search people. They got it after 911.

The four days travel to Hawaii will start on 12/11. It's not a coincidence that the trip finishes on 12/14. Same day Federal Reserve will have a meeting and another increase of federal fund rate is likely. As a matter of fact, the intensify persecution has a tight relationship to the up rising of federal bench mark interest rate.

274. Radiation (12/9)

I had the bitter experience to be shoot by EM wave ray and microwave radiation in early 90s.(see messages 12, 13, 81 and 5) Since then I slept behind metal furniture (iron cabinet, iron desk) I also built up shield by metal plate. Of course, the shield directed outward against the possible attack source. This probably is one of the reasons I can still survive until today.

About two weeks ago, I had a warm feeling when I was at my room. I felt it particularly when I was sleep. It's abnormal because now is winter. I worried it might be a microwave radiation. So I wrote "At the same time Feds intensify the poisoning and microwave radiation on me(11/29)" in message 271. I moved metal plates to shelter possible radio source. It failed to work. I still felt abnormal warm. I didn't know where it was from.

At same time, I noticed abnormal behave of my wife. She never read English newspaper. For years I picked up the paper in the lane by myself. About two weeks ago, the paper was on the table every morning, my wife put it there.

About same time, my wife brought home a box of CD disc. It was a TV drama series. I used to watch TV at night until 11:30. My wife said she wanted to watch the series and asked me to watch TV at my own room. The TV in my room is an old one, manual operated, small with vague picture. I seldom use it.

Since my wife is manipulated by Feds, I thought that's their intention. Connect it to the abnormal warm feeling, I conclude they have locked my room as radiation field and want me to stay there as long as possible. But why they don't want me go outside?

On 12/1, I went out off the lane to the street to see what was there. (The lane is short, about 60 feet long) I saw two car parked on street. One was a big pick up, the other one was a box van. Both painted blue with word "Fire and water damage service" on it. A lady in blue "Fire and water" jacket was nearby. I asked her if there was a fire. She said, " It was two days ago. It was all over." The house which said having a fire is next to my neighbor. One of the houses nearest to my house but can't be seen in the lane.

I couldn't see any trace of fire there except a window was sealed by board. No black smoke trace. I was not aware of a fire because there was no sirens, no noise of policemen and firemen. So if there was a fire, it must be a very small one. Next day, the blue box van was still there. On 12/4, blue box van was replaced by a white box van with no sign.(it's week end) What was inside the box van? I think there must be some instrument which can produce the warm feeling. Only I didn't know how they did it.

This morning, I found there was a yellow "Fire and water damage service" van there. This time the cargo box was open. There were machines and tubes and bottles of solvent inside. The service man connect the machine tube to water pipe and some other tubes into the house. He seemed doing some clean work. He was very uneasy with my curiosity and tried to turn me away.

It reminded me there were always a flood when my wife using wash machine these days. The drainage obviously was blocked. I suddenly knew what has happened. I solved the problem I encountered with these days. (to be continued)

275. Radiation 2 (12/14)

In early 90's when I felt dizziness and warm in driving I had suspected it was caused by radioactive material.(see "5. Microwave killing") From an industrial mail ordering company, I bought a lead apron and a bottle of radioactive contamination cleaner. Although later I found the symptom was caused not by radiation but microwave, I learned then that radioactive agent would cause pollution and a clean job was needed.

When I saw the solvent bottle in the "Fire and water service" box van, I recalled the radioactive contamination cleaner I had bought. The long tubes and the memory of recent flooding also reminded me they were cleaning the drainage. I was suddenly aware that Feds put an radioactive source inside my house through drainage. It explained why I couldn't find the source of problem. I always thought it was from outward but never expected it was from inside.

They locked the radioactive area at my bedroom and created a situation to keep me stay there as long as possible.

Yesterday, (12/13) there was an article in Mercury News. "Lingering Risk". "Kourtney Matthews, 16, likely died of toxic shock syndrome on Nov.1. ....Cases of toxic shock syndrome in menstruating women dramatically decreased in the early 1980s and have remained at relatively low levels since. But some researchers believe the condition may be making a comeback, for reasons they don't yet agree upon.

Symptoms of danger:
* Sudden fever, usually 102 degrees or higher
* Vomiting
* Diarrhea
* Dizziness
* Fainting or near fainting when standing up
* A rash that looks like a sunburn "

The newspaper didn't say that ALL these symptoms of Toxic shock syndrome perfect fits for the symptoms of radiation sickness. Especially the last one about rash. I don't know if T.S.S. will cause a rash, but a strong radiation will cause skin rash.

I think K. Matthews is one of victims when Feds test their radioactive killing method.
1. T.S.S. is said caused by bacterium. It should be easy to be identified in microscope. Why 43 days after K.Matthews' death, they published an uncertain article said she likely died of T.S.S..? It's more like a cover up story to attribute radiation death to some rare disease. Consider I wrote "274. Radiation" on 12/9, the T.S.S. article was on paper on 12/13. It was more a reaction to my Revelation.

2. Similar to Mad Cow disease, T.S.S. is a very very rare syndrome. People have little knowledge about it. When Feds attribute the symptoms of radiation sickness to it, nobody can verify it and have to take it.

3. Timing shows it is a test. K. Matthews died on 11/1. A test was done. (probably there were more somewhere else) I started to feel unusual warm in late November which meant Feds started to apply new method on me. I was so alarmed that I wrote "Feds intensify microwave radiation" in message of 11/29. At that time I still thought it was microwave.

4. K. Matthews was a black girl. It's a typical way Feds choose black people as their victim. She lived in Milpitas. An area nearby my community. Black people are rarely seen in Bay area because the high living cost. Median price of house now is 600,000. Black people are still a low income crowd. But Feds still applied a rare rare seen disease on to a black girl.

The news said T.S.S. outbroke two decades ago then decreased. I think Feds might have used radiation killing two decades ago. They abandoned it because they found a clean, easy control weapon - microwave. But when Feds failed other way to eliminate me, they revived radiation killing in the name of T.S.S. The news said men are also stricken by T.S.S..

276. Psychological manipulation (12/19)

Started from later November, I had unusual warm feeling when I was in my bedroom especially when I was sleeping. My wife also drove me back to my bedroom with excuse that she was watching DVD in sitting-room. Later I was aware of that Feds was using radiation as killing weapon and locked it on the spot where I slept.

To accelerate the killing they tried everything to make me stay in dangerous location as long as possible. The method include psychological manipulation by media.

There were two articles in early December to encourage more sleep.

"Enough sleep, less work stress are key to happiness, study finds" (S.J.M.N. 12/3/04)
"Overweight? Try going to bed . (Sleep deprivation linked to increased hunger, weight gain)" (S.J.M.N. 12/7/04)

The topic of the articles tell the purpose of Feds. For it they even found scientific theory to persuade. But the idea is apparently odd and conflict to common sense, even the articles themselves had an uncertain tone.

In first article, it wrote, "Those findings, published in journal Science, run contrary to previous research about what makes people happy and why." (12/3)
"Scientists are not yet certain if adopting an earlier bedtime helps dieters achieve a thinner waistline." (12/7)

But most people may neglect the sentence of doubt and be fooled by the main theory. Those who believe they can lose weight from sleeping more may actually get fatter. They never know the articles were part of psychological manipulation in Feds plot.

When on 12/7, I saw the top line in first page of Mercury News was "Overweight? Trying go to bed". My instant impression was "What a fallacy." Then immediately I was aware of it was a psychological manipulation. They want to keep me on bed as long as possible. One month ago I had written "I rarely touch it(milk) because I thought it might cause obesity." (267. Poison and milk (11/9)). Feds really have a study of their target. They even developed a scientific theory which fit victim's mentality (not gain weight) to reach their goal.


277. A little bit about myself (12/24)

My grandfather, Han Zhang Sung, was a celebrity in financial circles of old China. (before 1949) He was the general manager of Bank of China. (Bank of China is still one of the biggest banks in China so far) So he could afford to have his son, my father, to take the dental course in US in late 1930s'. When my father graduated from school, Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. He joined US Army and became an army doctor. He was assigned to China war area where he knew my mother whom was a nurse then.

I was born in US army hospital in Shanghai, a baby boomer. My mother told me that US consulate had sent a birth certificate for my father to sign but he refused. He thought there was nothing wrong to be a Chinese at that time.

Then Chinese communist party took over China in 1949. My father stayed. He thought he was a dentist and had nothing related to politics. But a family such like my father's was thought belonging to capitalist and was discriminated by government. My father changed his mind.

In late 1970s, my father got the US citizenship(he is a veteran) and applied his family to US.

278. The start of nightmare (12/24)

In first years when I was in America, I rented a bedroom. I think I was a good tenant. I took some course in local community college in the morning. In the afternoon I had a swing shift job until midnight. On week-ends I did some business in Flea-market. Seven days a week, I seldom stayed at the house.

Probably seeing that I only took a sleep at night, the landlord suggested me to move to the garage so he could rent my bedroom off to someone else.

Though I was not an overcritical man, I was unhappy. The condition of a garage was too far away from a bedroom. The landlord's suggestion motivated me to have a house of my own. I started to look for a house.

My supervisor had just bought a house. When he knew about my bedroom story, he introduced his real-estate agent to me. After several round of trips to watch the house, I finally settled on the house which I live now.

That was the start of my America nightmare.

279. Buy house (12/29)

It was a four bedroom house emptied already. It looks like a duplex because two identical houses share one wall. But actually it was a townhouse because the garage attached to another neighbor. The price was 93,000. It was a bargain so I decided to buy it right away. The R.E. agent (real estate agent) told me the house was on process of pending sale. A buyer before me was waiting for the approving of a loan. If he failed to get a loan, then it was my turn. I was surprise how could she introduce me a house which was on a pending sale. She told me, "Don't worry. That buyer won't get the loan. The buyers before him failed too." I wondered how she was so sure about it.

On 11/16/1984, instructed by R.E. agent, I wrote the agreement of purchase and sell. The main point were:
1. Buyer put 20k down payment.
2. Buyer to assume the existing 30k VA loan.
3. 40k new conventional second loan. Seller to credit 2,000 for buyer's closing cost.
Thus I learned there was an "assumable loan" which could be transfered from sellers to buyers without any checks and examination from bank. The 2,000 credit offer was due to the seller was motivated to settle the deal. It was used to cover up the loan cost of buyer. It was probably demanded by former buyers. I took over the advantage.

In early December 1984, R.E. agent informed me the former buyer failed to get loan on time. It was my turn. On 12/11, I got the offer from seller. Next day I wrote a counter offer in which I proposed to put 60k down payment. The seller, instead to pay 2,000 in closing cost, to cut the price of house to 91,000.

Since that 2,000 amount was planned to pay in advance and the seller would lose nothing, she quickly accepted my counter offer.

What made me write the counter offer? Unemployment. The company I worked for was suddenly shut down. I would lose job. It was impossible for an unemployed to apply for a second loan from the bank. How I solved the problem? I turned on to my relatives.

It was Chinese tradition to help each other among family members. I called relatives, no one refused to help. From several thousand to tens of thousand, I quickly got enough money to cover up the second loan amount. One month later, I became a home-owner.

 

280. Company shut down (1/4/05)

The company I worked for was Shugart Corp. It was named by its Creator's name - Shugart. The product of the company was hard disc drive. Shugart then sold his company and created another one - Seagate. (which is a popular technical company right now) However, the company still used its original name. Manager said Shugart Corp. had about two thousand employers. Its customers were big firms such like IBM, Wang Lab..... I worked in Shugart for more then two years until I bought the house.

In late 84, in a meeting manager said the business was not good so there might be some lay-off. He joked with us that, "Don't buy a new car. Don't buy a house." I felt that was pointing at me because I was buying a house then. In November and December when I was busy preparing to write the offer to purchase the house, the news of possible lay-off became the shut down of company. Every one had to go. Smile lost from manager's face. I still remembered my supervisor banged the desk with his fist, "Damn it, I just bought the house." People started to look for new job. They left one after another.

In newspaper I learned that many people got their pink slip in one day's notice. I had plenty of time for the psychological impact of unemployment. The day I left Shugart was 2/15/1985. One month after I bought the house. (1/15/85) I knew I would lose my job when I wrote the offer. What made me to buy house even if I knew I would be unemployed?

It was the incredible low price of the house. I have had a calculation. The mortgage payment of the 30k assumable loan was 360 dollars each month.(impounds included) Compare with the rent (250) I paid at that time it was only 110 extra. When I bought the house, I reserved one for myself. I could rent off the other bedrooms. In worst condition, the rent income would cover up the house expense. So even I had no job, I didn't worry about losing the house. My economic condition would be better if I bought. it. So what left was that private debt. I could concentrate to work to pay it off.

How low was the price? At that time, a 3 bedroom single house was about 130k. A house identical to mine was about 110k. That was the house next to me.

When R.E.agent showed me the house for the first time, she said, "Your neighbor is your supervisor." It seemed the two attached houses were on market about the same time. My supervisor bought the house just several months ago. The house next to him was on pending sale for several months. When we became neighbor, he told me he paid 110k and something for his house. He was surprised that the same house I paid was only 91k. "Why you had such a low price?"

I didn't seriously consider that question. I thought it was a coincidence that two neighbor houses were on market at same time. I thought it was a coincidence that lay off synchronized with the purchase of a house. I didn't ask why my house was almost 20% below an identical one at the same time. I only felt I was lucky to get such a bargain then.

281. Former home owner (1/9)

When R.E.agent introduced the house to me, she said I got extra value for the security. The window of the house were installed with iron rail. There were extra iron rail door outside the wooden door. Later I had a look at my community, among one hundred houses, mine is the only one protected with iron rail. Obviously, the former home owner was very care about their security. But the iron rail couldn't protect former landlord's safety.

After I bought the house, I got the Grand Deed. On front page it printed, "***** ****, (seller's name) a widow, sold her house to Kat Hak Sung." So I knew the seller was a widow.

While I was busy to re-model the house, there was a knock at the door. It was a uniformed police lady. She came to visit Mrs. former home owner. When she knew the house had changed owner, she asked me to deliver a message to Mrs. former home owner about her visit. It was about Mrs.former home owner's pension.

Mrs. former home owner did leave her phone number on note board in kitchen. So I called her. She visited me later with a "thank you" fruit plate. She complained a lot about the trouble caused by buyers previous of me.

Eight years later, about in 1993 (?). Some one put a note on my car, asked me if I would sell it. At that time, I had two cars. One was a cargo van used in business. The other one was an automobile for general communication. Both car caused a bad feeling after driving. The van got normal after I installed metal plate around drive seat. The space of the driving seat of automobile was too narrow to install metal plate so I abandoned to drive that car. It was left on street for months, covered with dust.

The offer was from Feds, I thought. Most of the neighbor were occupied by agent and their people. Who would interest on a dirty car? They might want to take back the instruments they installed in my car when it was abandoned. Anyhow, I dare not to use that car again. So I called the number on that note and sold the automobile to the man.

A few days later, another note was found in mail box. It was same yellow stick note identical to the note offering to buy my car. This time it suggested to exchange his house with mine. I left that offer alone.

At that time, I was tortured by mysterious EM wave. Feds set up traps one after another. So the first thought came to my mind was: "Was it another trap? A house full of killing instrument prepared for me? There could be many traps in procedure to exchange houses." Then I recalled unusual events when I bought the house and since. With more experience with Feds, I gradually found the explanation for each coincidence. I started to realize it was the house I bought caused a nightmare.

282. Not a coincidence (1/14)

After years of investigation, Feds should know I don't touch drugs and had no relationship to Mrs. Chen's case. Why did they keep on persecute on me? I wondered. The suggestion to exchange house tipped me there was some other cause. The following is my conclusion then:

1. Former home owners were target of the Feds. They worried about their safety. So they installed iron rail for protection. Former landlord still died.

2. Feds used to watch their target as close as they can. The best place to watch them was of course the neighborhood which shared wall with them. When the target was dead, his widow moved out, it was unnecessary to watch an empty house. So the surveillance team left the neighboring house. That was why two connected houses were almost on market at same time. My supervisor bought the house the Feds used to monitor.

3. Though I don't know what happened exactly, I speculate that the Feds lured former landlady to another house by a good bargain. But the payment depended on the sale of her original house. Feds developed a situation that potential buyers failed one after another. The grilled former landlady was eager for the money to pay the new house that she had to cut the price of house lower and even offered to pay 2000 dollars for buyer's loan cost.

4. Though the buyers previous of me likely worked for Feds, Feds didn't care at first when I was in waiting list. They thought they control everything. I was intimidated by lay off at first and then the shut down of the company. It didn't stop me because the price of house was too good. that my financial situation could be better after buying the house whatever I was employed or not. The shut down of company also motivated me for a private loan. So the usual way to control deal by loan was failed too. I got the house accidentally.

5. The visit of police lady about pension was a tactic to develop a meeting for me and former landlady. Feds used to arrange such meeting for their suspect to verify their relationship. If the police lady really wanted to talk to former landlady, she could get the phone number from me right away and direct called former home owner. Why asked some one else to deliver the message?

I realize this after the observation. The surveillance team used to change shift in a year or so. When that happens, our car would break down and had to be sent for repair. The leaving team must pick up their belongings in the car and arriving team to install theirs. With that it also come a dense visit of acquaintance. People rarely came suddenly show up. New arriving team wants to see the relationship of people they interested. When I realized it was a procedure of Feds, I recalled the visit of that police lady.

283. Open house (1/19)

Another meeting arrangement happened just three days ago. On Sunday (1/16), there were two "open house" cross the street. I think it was an action of Feds to collect money to pay house expense. February 1st is the dead line for 2nd install payment of County Real estate Tax.

The house is not for real sale, I think. Because my case is not finished. It will be a game of owner's name change from one agent to another.

The house opposite my lane is a two bedroom townhouse priced at 458 k. If Feds bought it at 200k several years ago, they now can have a profit of 150 k after deducting the expense. But at same time when they got the money from bank, among the houses they hold, there is one now cost at 450k. That's why Feds desperately check up the interest rate from rising and push up the real estate price to make sure all property they have are profitable.

The real estate agent of another open house was a very aggressive sales lady. She tried to persuade me to sell my house, said that I could sell the house at high price and then bought it back sometime when the price dropped to the bottom. I said I have no intention to sell the house but I'd like to know the current value of my house. She insisted to make a appointment to visit my house so she could make an estimation.

Fear to drop in traps Feds set up, I don't answer telephone, I don't answer door when I am home alone. I don't make any appointment because it may then be planned as a trap. I said the only option to have a look at my house was to do it right away. (An instant visit excludes evil plan) It was cross street, took only five minutes in walk.

The sales lady refused with two reason. 1. She must first have a look at computer to get the information of my house before a visit. 2. She had no time. She had an appointment with another customer right away. Then I told her, "E-mail me the value of my house, that's all I need." I went home.

A few minutes later there was a knock at door. It was that R.E. sales lady. I wondered how she forgot the reason she just told me a moment ago. I thought it was an arranged meeting. She was ordered by Feds to see why I invited her for a visit right away but refusing appointment. She was nervous too. Though she was coming to estimate the value of house, she left even without looking at bedrooms until I reminding her. What did she come for?

She said she would bring a report about house later. I repeated that I wouldn't answer the door and telephone, what I needed was only an E-mail. She just kept saying, "It's free service. It's free service.".

I wish R.E. sales lady's aggression is for business not for a trap. Federal Reserve will have another meeting in early February when a raise of interest is likely. Feds has reason to be aggressive.

284. Aggressive FBI (1/24/05)

On 1/20, News said FBI launched a massive hunt for six people, four Chinese and two Iraqis whom related to a "dirty bomb" plot in Boston. It's strange to bind Chinese with Iraqis in terror bombing. But I knew what was it. It was another effort to frame a drug case, for an unreasonable search and arrest, then a terror bombing to distract public attention.

We are familiar with Jose Padilla's dirty bomb case. I have alleged it was created by D.O.J. on the purpose to justify Iraq war in 2002. So there are two Iraqis in this case and another Latino named Jose ****. The purpose is same. To justify Bush's Iraq war is moral right. That Iraq has intention to attack US. Bush needs it to build up his reputation when he is so unpopular after he stole the second election. The dirty bomb has been made for more than two years. D.O.J. doesn't want to waste it. So they repeat that hoax. A more important reason they have this case is to use it as a distraction for the framed case. That's why they put 13 more Chinese in it. (four in first report and nine more in later report.)

The case will justify search and arrest of people who looked like a Chinese. An unreasonable search and arrest, or police violence, is what I worry for. I had experience. (see "238. Manipulate Supreme Court (7/4)") And I felt it weeks ago.

Two weeks ago, my wife, again, refused to drive me to supermarket for food shopping. She was in such a bad manner that I stopped to talk with her for days. At same time I realized it was another attempt to force me out shopping by foot or bike. Really, there comes the "Boston dirty terror bombing" alert.

It was no coincidence when Mercury News had an article admiring "Strong initial year for top cop". Rob Davis is new Police Chief of San Jose. (see "148. Regime change in San Jose Police 169. Development of Regime change in San Jose Police") The first page article, with two David's pictures, praised him of getting top marks.

This is a reward, or a bribe, or a payment for a deal. The job is to let policeman carry out a road search and arrest of a man with Chinese looking, in the name of arrest suspects of "FBI case" even if it is only a hoax. The article to honour San Jose Police Chief was on paper on 1/22, two days of FBI issued "Boston dirty bomb alert".

Federal Reserve likely will raise the interest in early February. Each time in such occurrence, I always saw aggressive action of D.O.J. coming with it.

285. January frame case was foreseen (1/29)

There were symptoms that there would be a frame case in early 2005,

1, In later 2004, my wife suddenly started to withdrew 500 dollars each month from our bank account. (She used to withdrew 100 dollars or so before) There was no particular usage for it. Since her salary just make our ends meet, the savings would erode to the bottom in early 2005. I think Feds was behind it. I thought in January or February 2005 something would happen because at that month there would be big bills to pay: real estate tax, fire insurance, earthquake insurance, automobile insurance. The purpose is to empty our bank account so if there is arrest, we have little ability to buy a bail. It plays the same role of making arrest on Thursday or Friday. All intend to keep the victim in jail as long as possible so Feds have plenty time to arrange a "suicide".

On Saturday, 1/22, my wife suddenly enrolled my daughter to three after school tuition courses for one month which cost 1100 dollars, despite my daughter's protest. An aggressive step to clean the savings account.

2. B(my brother in law) is the main target of Feds. Because he has a business. It's easy to plant in shipment. B had a partner who was responsible for San Francisco area sales. He quit last month.(December) That also reminded me there probably would be a case out break as early as January.

3. Feds used to manipulate climate to coordinate their project. I have alleged they framed drug case by umbrella shipment. (see "167. The frame case is going on (9/26)")
Artificial rain is a skilled technique. Feds control the process of a framed case by rain. Started from 12/26, the storm came one after another, lasted for two weeks. I believe it would motivate B to order umbrella from China. The earliest shipment could arrive within 20 days. That would be late half of January.

All these ensured me there could be a framed drug case in late January or February. As everybody knew, on 1/20 FBI issued a "dirty bomb alert" with a strange combination of Chinese and Iraqis.

At same time, local Chinese TV broadcast some pictures of most wanted by law enforcement agent. It said these were big drug lords in Burma. I thought it was part of a psychological propaganda for a big framed case. The drug was from Burma to San Francisco through Fujiang.

286. Intensified EM wave shooting. (1/29/05)

Last night, there was a severe pain in my left arm joint. I can't move my left arm today. Though it resembles joint disease aged people have, I think it's the result of EM wave ray shooting.( I'll talk about it later) I revealed the truth of Boston dirty bomb. It was a revenge or a punishment.

I believe Feds uses EM wave on me routinely, though I couldn't feel it. But today is different, I can feel it. They significantly increased the sensitivity. It may reflect such a condition that the bubble of house market will break up soon.

In one forum, a member(I think she is an undercover) even predicted I wouldn't show up again. Obviously she knew of the framed case and believed I wouldn't survive through that case.

288. Vanished old case and new plan (2/4/05)

News reported that on Tuesday(1/25) FBI said the wanted circular for Boston dirty bomb suspect was rescinded. That it was a false alarm. I think it was a swift reaction to my revelation posted on 1/24.

1/28 evening, the joint of my left arm was hurt. It couldn't move the following days. I think it was a revenge from Feds for that soared case.

1/29, after three weeks banning, my wife allowed me to shopping food with her drive.

1/29 afternoon, my sisters and brother visited me. They have a plan to travel China in coming April. They invited me to come with them.

2/2. Federal Reserve raised interest rate a quarter of point to 2.5%. It was a very mild step. The point thought to be normal (or neutral) is 4%.

2/3. Senate confirms Attorney General. Alberto Gonzales is to be the next chief of D.O.J.

The Boston dirty bomb case gone with Ashcroft. New plot is in plan with new arriving A.G. But keep in mind that though people in Boston may have escaped a terror dirty bombing this time, American people still face the terror attack sometime later, from its own government.

290. Super market (2/9/05)

2/9 is Chinese New year's day. The meal of Chinese New Years eve. for Chinese is as important as Thanks Giving meal to Westerns. Early this month, when I asked my wife to drive me for some Festival food, she refused again and told me to shopping on foot. I view this as the intention of Feds. It seems they determined to eliminate me in road violence.

Then why my wife broke the rule to drive me for a food shopping on 1/29? (see "288. Vanished old case and new plan (2/4/05)) Because on that day, Feds arranged a family re-union. On the purpose to invite me to join a trip to China. They knew my relatives would drive me for a food shopping at my will. So they let my wife did it in advance because I had to go the store my wife drove me to. I was surprised for the easiness of my wife. That was the only one drive she gave in five weeks.

About half hour after we finished shopping, my relatives came. I then knew why my wife eased to give a drive. I still asked my brother in law to give me a drive despite my wife's protest that I just finished a shopping.

I led my brother in law to another shopping center about 20 minutes driving away. Where there is a water store supplying bottled water which was sealed right away after official examination of water quality. But on that day the owner of water store said the sealed bottle water was sold out which used to be plenty of.

I then went to the super market nearby and found big price gap between the stores I just attended to. For example, the vegetable was 0.59 a pound and apple was 0.39 a pound while in the store my wife brought me to was 0.99 and 0.59 appropriately. Such a price difference would drive customers from one store away to the other.

One year ago, the food Feds poisoned in super market was in small quantity and was concentrated on cheap items I used to buy. Then as I started to buy in random, Feds changed tactic too. The food they poisoned now are in large quantities, piles up in rack. (see "189. Poison food in super market (12/16/03) ) Bread, rice, milk, ham, bottled water, vegetables, potato chips, can food...... . To avoid too much people been poisoned, they set up several super-market in which food was poisoned most and price also tagged high. To drive customers away to the stores which priced lower where poisoned food is also less. That's why the store I was sent to by my wife were the expensive one.

But that will hurt the business of super market which priced high. How did Feds persuade the owner of these store to do so? For western style super market, it used to be chain stores such like Safeway, Albertson. Feds controls high ranking management, so there should be no problem for them. But Chinese store mostly are run by independent owners, how did Feds do on them?

In late 2003, when Feds aggressively increased poison dose, there was an arrest in my area which shocked Chinese society. An owner of super market and his accountant were arrested. Tax fraud was the charge. The bail was set up at 5 million dollars. The defendant couldn't afford such high bail, had to stay in jail. The case was in court again in mid-2004. Judge still maintained the same amount of bail. So the defendant still had to stay in prison. It was obviously an intimidation to Chinese super market business. If you don't obey, we can keep you in jail. Business loss or jail, which will you choose?

291. CEO and company (2/14/05)

HP ousted its CEO - Carly Fiorina on 2/9. It proved my previous thought.

In early 1990s, I started to suspect it was the house I bought which caused persecution on me. One thing puzzled me was how could they even shut down a company to prevent me from buying the house. How could owner of the company bear the loss to benefit Feds?

Something occurred in 1993 solved this puzzle for me. In May that year, newspaper reported that former owner of Disneyland - Walter Disney was an informant of FBI. I thus knew that Feds ruled country through their informants, especially by the management of company.

About same time there was a campaign between two high ranking executives. They competed for the post of CEO of Disneyland. The struggle ended with one candidate died in a helicopter accident. So another puzzle came into my mind. Either candidate would have
been cooperative with Feds to be its informant, why Feds still choose the CEO by violence?

I finally had a conclusion. Feds now is not satisfied with informants. They need a CEO of their own. That someone represents for the interest of Feds rather than for the interest of company he works for. For example, Walther Disney might refuse to shut down Disneyland for the interest of FBI because that was his blood and sweat. But a CEO of Feds will do. (see "29. "I am you, American."")

In late 2001, HP CEO Fiorina announced acquisition of Compaq. Which was opposed by HP heir Hewllet. I thought it was a typical sample of how a CEO not work for the interest of the company she was employed. I wrote an article, pointed out Hewllet's opinion was for the interest of HP. Fiorina's was not. The recent development proved my theory about CEO. (see "57. FBI's interest" I wrote in 2002.)

Three years later Fiorina is ousted from HP. Her decision to merge with Compaq played key role in her bad performance. I am an outsider of high tech. business. But even I knew it was a bad deal. How Fiorina in a position with much more information couldn't see the danger and took over a hot potato? What she did might have saved the Compaq from bankruptcy. She might have saved profit of some firms which held a large quantity of Compaq stock. She probably saved the stock market from another shocking downturn. Stock market was gasping in 2001 from the outbreak of dot.com bubble. It couldn't bear another news of bankruptcy of a big firm. What she did, was at the cost of HP's interest.

As what I have said if CEO made a damage, he has little to lose. Fiorina left with a fat pocket. She got 21.4 million of severance pay and a compensation of 8.15 million for 2004. It looks like she did something good and left with a reward. She might get another high ranking job.

292. From Disneyland, HP, to US. (2/19/05)

Disneyland had invested in Michael Moor's documentary film Farhenheit 911. But it refused to distribute the film after it was done. The decision of high ranking was political motivated. As Farhenheit 911 is a business successful film. It got the top prize in Cannes film Festival.

If you view US as a company and president as a CEO, you can find it is operated by inside group in same way they did to a business company.

What has Bush achieved in his first term? Patriot Act was passed and mid-east war activated. The suffering of Americans is apparent. Civil rights are seriously eroded. Lives and money are losing in war. US reputation in the world goes down. Bush hurt the interest of American people to benefit a little group and Israel. Former Prime Minister of Malaysia said that Israel rules world through its proxy, it let others fight and die for them. (The original word Marhatir used was Jews, I don't think it is proper here so replaced it with Israel) Bush is a proxy not work for the interest of US. He let Americans fight and die for the interest of Israel. He was rewarded for a second term.

What will Bush do in another four years? Likely more wars in mid-east to secure Israel. (Syria and Iran) And another important mission for him is to steal from the retirement savings from America people - their social security fund.

Bush's plan to privatize s.s. fund mainly will benefit financial group. And another purpose is to support the stock market from collapsing.

Because Feds held a large quantity of real estate properties, they keep interest rate at unreasonable low level since 2001 to maintain a prosperous housing market. The low interest rate produced two big bubbles in housing market and stock market. these two markets are also the cash boxes for Feds where they withdraw money for their spending.

When the economic situation won't allow interest rate staying in low level any more and turn up to go upward, the two bubbles are going to break up. It's hard to keep the house price to be higher when interest rate rises. So the only choice for them is to save the stock market which is controlled by big financial group.

What Bush going to do is to drive small fish into a slaughter market to lure the big fish from leaving. To keep a cash box of Feds to be active while the other one (housing market) will go low in recent future. As I have said, a CEO in US doesn't work for the interest of company he was employed. Bush works for the interest of inside group which selected him to be a president of US.

293. The payment of the framed case (2/24)

When I wrote the last message 292, I knew I touched the nerve of D.O.J. that I revealed the truth - US is controled by Israel. The reaction was swift.

Started from 2001, Feds continued to set up drug cases to frame me and my family member
in. The secret police of China played important role in these framed cases. They provided the source of drug. There was a bribe for each framed case. At first it was the permission of membership of WTO and the hosting of Olympic. Which caused China having a big leap in their economy. The most wanted fugitive were deported to China. The recent bribe is the independence of Taiwan. See "206. Another interest exchange. (2/16/04)". This trend continues.

The ruling party in Taiwan is D.P.P. There are two opposing party which are not in office: National Party and QingMing Party. The leader of the third party, QingMing Party, is Sung Chu Yu. Sung Chu Yu is an advocate of "one China" policy which is against the opinion of Taiwan independence of D.P.P..

In early January this year, Sung Chu Yu came to Washington D.C. and stayed there for weeks. Rumor said he would have a secret deal with ruling party to join the government and play an active role to promote the relationship of Mainland China and Taiwan.

On 1/20, FBI released the news of Boston dirty bomb case and the pictures of Chinese suspects.
On 1/24, I wrote "284. Aggressive FBI" and alleged it was a part of a framed case Feds plotted on me.
On 1/25 and thereafter, news said FBI canceled the circular of wanted suspects in Boston dirty bomber case and said it was a hoax.
On 1/28, I suffered strong EM wave attack. My left arm was so hurt that it couldn't move in following days. It also signaled that this framed case ended. Feds revenged with private punishment.
About on 1/29(?), Sung Chu Yu left US to Taiwan. Left behind with a puzzle cloud among Chinese media the purpose of his stay in Washington.

His departure coincided with the private punishment on me. I thus realized it was a planned payment of a framed case. Everything is in old style. D.O.J. and Chinese police framed a drug case. There would be killing and "suicide" when the case broke out. A big event, this time was dirty bomb attack, would distract public's attention. The payment to China would be the softening of Independent hard line of Taiwan government. The plan soured. So Sung Chu Yu left US with empty hand.

On 2/18, prosecutors searched LianHua Electronics company in Taiwan. LianHua is one of
the biggest firms in Taiwan and has its stock traded in board of New York stock market. LianHua was charged for illegal investment in mainland China.

Sung Chu Yu immediately protested the persecution of government on Business. He announced it became impossible for any meeting between President of Taiwan and him in near future. How long was this "near future"? Less than a week.

Two days later, Sung Chu Yu announced a meeting was scheduled between President of Taiwan and him. They met on 2/24. (US time 2/23) TV reported that President Chen Shuibian promised in meeting to cooperate with Sung ChuYu to improve the relationship with China.

What made Sung ChuYu to behave so contradictorily withing six days? It was the article I wrote on 2/19 in which I revealed the US was controlled by Israel. D.O.J. must be in panic. They hurriedly started another case. They even cashed their promise to China in advance. (The chip of Taiwan which is carried out by Sung ChuYu.)

Something unusual does happen today(2/24).

294. A music instrument box and garage door contractor. (3/2/05)

When Sung Chu Yu violated his own words and had a rapid meeting with President Chen Shui Bian on 2/24, I knew D.O.J. set up a new case.

On 2/22, the five days' weather forecast in Mercury News suddenly changed the logo of the last three days (2/24 to 2/26) into umbrella. Day ago the logo for these days were still a cloud. Since Feds used to control a frame case by manipulating weather, I thought they set up the action day on 2/24. I looked at calendar. It was Thursday. A day Feds preferred. They could have a week end to carry out murder and "suicide" in jail.

Feb.21 was President's day. My daughter said the High school gave them the whole week off. So she stayed at home. On 2/24, she left home early in the morning. She had a "sleep over night" at her friend's home. She came back on 2/25. What unusual was she left a case at the door. In film, bad guys always traded with case of money and drug. It was that style of case.

In August last year, my daughter damaged the garage door when she parked the car. My wife wanted me to fix it. I checked the rolling door. It was installed with two steel wire spring. I had neither the special tool to loose the spring nor experience. I told my wife I couldn't to it. It was dangerous. It has been six months already, the damaged garage door still remains unchanged. Several days ago, my wife told me to call for a specialist if I couldn't fix it.

I didn't call any garage door workshop. I think it's expensive. But a specialist came on 2/24. About 10 o'clock that morning there was a noise in the lane. A contractor was changing my neighbor's garage door.(My former supervisor's house) There was no problem with the one piece board door. The contractor just replaced it with a multi-pieces rolling door. At first I thought it was a good chance to borrow the special tool to loose the spring of my garage door. Or even that man would help me to do it? Then the case at the door reminded me it was not a coincidence.

My daughter left home the whole day. The case leaving at the door was obviously at the hope that I could deliver it to somebody who came to pick up even though she knew I wouldn't answer the door when I was home alone. Feds knew it too. If I worked at the garage door, then anybody who visited my house would see me. The garage is by the side of the front door.
I would have to deliver the case to him. The contractor man would be a witness. What was inside the box? It would be all their words if a framed drug case broke out. So I did nothing, just stayed at home.

The case was left at the door for two days. When I asked my daughter what was it , she said it was a trumpet box. A friend abandoned the school band and asked her to keep the music instrument for him. She had kept it for months in her room. Now her friend called her he would pick it up. "What's wrong?" She asked. Nothing wrong for her. She even doesn't know who Sung Chu Yu is. She didn't know that neighbor's garage door was changed on 2/24. And the story of rain, umbrella, dirty bomb..... It will be too long a story to explain.

All these took place between 2/20 to 2/24. Sung Chu Yu abruptly went counter to his promise of 2/18 that he wouldn't meet with President of Taiwan and the sudden change of weather forecast proved it was a frame case set up in a hurry. It was a swift response to my message of 2/19 that Israel rules the world through US. How do they control US? By intelligence. Who control FBI and DEA? Department of Justice. Symptoms show that Feds now is framing a big case against me and my family. Something big will happen.

295. Who controls D.O.J.? (3/7/05)

Former President Kennedy was assassinated. Former President Clinton was impeached. All these revealed that even in top position, US politicians are under the control of intelligence. They were under the surveillance. They were extorted, blackmailed by intelligence. If they disobeyed, then they were punished by scandal, or even been assassinated.

Former President Nixon was almost impeached. He lost his post in oval office in early 70's. The formal reason was he lied to cover up a tape which might reveal his awareness of illegal campaign activity. But lie and dirty campaign activity were common among high ranking politicians. It was only an excuse. Then what was the real purpose?

In March 2002, a news helped me resolved several puzzles. It was a tape of Nixon's conversation with former treasury secretary Connally. Re:

296. Regime change of Hongkong (3/12/05)

In later January, when the "dirty bomb" frame case was soured, my relatives came to invite me for a trip to China in April. I thus knew Feds would start another plot two months later. Then news reported Arnold Schwarzenegger would visit China in mid April. I think he would play as a guarantor for the new secret deal.

My message #292 which talked about Israel's control over US touched off a sudden frame attempt on 2/24.(see #294.) After 2/24, they planned something bigger. A regime change in Hongkong. My Revelation touched the nerve of D.O.J..

On 3/2, TV reported that the chief executive of Hong Kong, Tung Chee Hwa, would be stepping down.

It is unusual because there had been great effort to oust Tung Chee Wah before. South-east financial crisis, SARS, had brought Hongkong to a depression. One million people had gone to street demanding Tung's resignation. He passed through the opposition and even got his second term. Now the economy in Hongkong is much better; Tung's approve rate is rising; there is only two years left for his rest term, why there is an abrupt resignation?

When I heard the news, I realized D.O.J. made another deal with China. It is a regime change. To replace the Chief executive of Hongkong to someone of their own so Feds can carry out framed case.

Tung Chee Wah is a business man without intelligence background. The heir-apparent is Donald Tsang, a second ranking official of Hongkong. Tsang was trained by former British colony government. He is obviously an intelligence insider of Western.

My wife has relatives in Hongkong. Last April, FBI director R. Mueller warned a terror bombing in Hongkong and ten days later, my wife's uncle died. I alleged it was work of Feds. (see #223. FBI director said HongKong will be attacked (4/24/04) and #226) Now, with new Hongkong chief their's, the frame case will expand to there. D.O.J. makes it a big one.

All these happened in three weeks since 2/20. TV reported Condoleezza Rice would vist China next week. I think she was sent to China to settle that big deal. The price of regime change of Hongkong must be big. The payment likely will be Taiwan.

297. Graham and Disney (3/17/05)

The news about Walter Disney in May, 1993 came with the publish of book "Walter Disney, Hollywood's dark prince". In which W. Disney was described negatively. That he was an abused boy; he drank heavily; he persecuted his employees; he was anti-semitic, anti-union, anti-communism. Most disturbing thing was that he was a FBI informant which W. Disney's family strongly denied.

Walter Disney is a beloved American icon. Every person has a nice memory of a childhood with Micky mouse and Snow White. Why he was so much humiliated?

The author of the book said his information obtained through the Freedom of Information Act. It was an excuse. There are many celebrities who are FBI informants. Why they are protected from being exposed by the Freedom of Information Act but W. Disney?

Nobody knew this (informant) except FBI and Disney himself. W. Disney wouldn't have done it even if he is alive. So the other possibility is it was leaked by FBI. Nobody can let the news published except FBI because it controls everything in US. They could deny it in the name of security. To reveal the identity of informant, even the informant had passed away, is against principle of intelligence. Then what made FBI betray its own principle? I puzzled.

The puzzle was resolved 9 years later by the news of Nixon's tape, It started :

Graham is a celebrity. Then I recalled W. Disney. He was a celebrity too. According to the news he was anti-semitic; anti-union; anti-communism. Which is the power that can humiliate him?

No wonder Sharon said, " We, the Jewish people, control America." It can force US celebrity apologizing to them. What about people passed away? They were humiliated.

It was not a coincidence that the negative news about Disney was released in 1993. At same period, a man became the CEO of Disneyland when his rival died in a helicopter accident. News said new CEO is a Jewish. Thirty years after Walter Disney's passing away, he was not only humiliated, his kingdom was also taken over by someone he disliked. It was a power show-off.

298. Intimidate Judge (3/22/05)

On 3/12, there was an article in Mercury News:"Potent medicine breaks probation for former judge"

Danser, a former judge of San Jose sentenced for fixing traffic tickets, was put into jail for violating probation rule. I had alleged he was a victim of regime change plot planned by Feds. (see 148, 169,170 and "171.Extort judge (10/16/03)")

The news said, "On March 4, just seven days from the end of his 90-day electronic monitoring, house-arrest sentence, he took the over-the-counter cough medicine. NyQuil contains so much alcohol - 25 percent - that it was specifically prohibited by Danser's house-arrest rules.

It was Danser's bad luck that a probation officer picked that very day to make a surprise 9;30 p.m. visit to his home. Danser's wife said her husband had a cold and was in bed. She was told to wake him up so he could give a urine sample to test."

The test was positive on alcohol so he went jail. Danser's lawyer said Danser had passed every previous visit from his probation officer and urine test. "The moral of this story is, if he gets sick, he goes to jail."

The surprise visit of probation officer was not a coincidence. It was planned. The whole event was a trap. I had experience. I think the bad cough was caused by radioactive contaminated food. Recently it is the most frequent method Feds using to poison my food. The case was used to intimidate other judges: if you don't obey, we can put you in jail.

What was Feds' demand this time? I think it's for a warrant. A normal one is easy to get. Only unreasonable search and arrest need intimidation.

 

299. Intrusion (3/22/05)

On 3/13, my brother and sister visited me. They would have a trip to China next month. As usual my brother in law drove me out for a food shopping. Other people stay at home. When I came back 2 hours later, they were not at home. Later they said they went to shopping in another store.

That night, my wife complained the leaking in rest-room. It was inside the cabinet which hold the basin. Though the cabinet is rarely used, I happened to use a plastic bowl stored inside it a day before. At that time it was still dry, now there was quite a lot of water in it. Someone checked the cabinet and damaged the water valve in the afternoon while I was not at home? I doubted.

Next day, my wife and daughter both complained the telephone didn't work. The telephone share the same socket with my computer. There are three connect wires, with different combination there are two function. One combination is a "convenient" one. With one plug in socket, both computer and telephone connected to line. The other combination is "inconvenient" one. When I go Internet, I must plug in computer wire. While if I using telephone, I must replace it with telephone wire manually. I use "inconvenient" combination because I think it is safer.

Someone changed it into "convenient" combination on 3/13 so when I replace the wire, telephone didn't work. Obviously my computer had been moved. Someone intrude my house when I was not at home. When they re-installed the computer, they changed the original combination. They damaged the water valve in rest room too.

They certainly had a search. They might installed some monitor device. But what worry me more is they might have plant something.

300. Garage door (3/27/05)

On 3/15, I got a letter from the Homeowners Association. It said the board of directors found I had a "broken garage door". The letter said that "Therefore, you are requested to: replace broken garage door and trim overgrown trees from house by April 17, 2005, or the board of directors will levy a $50.00 fine against you."

Obviously this is another case framed hurriedly by Feds. House inspection used to be taken every three months when it was in normal time. Since Feds occupied this community, there were rare architecture inspection. The latest one happened two years ago with an evil purpose. In later 2002 I was accused of the "garage paint too old". I even got a third notice after re-paint was done. They arranged a meeting for my complaint on 10/29/02. The date coincided with the departure date of a trip of my parents. I didn't attend the meeting because it was held in a residential house. I was afraid there might be an violence waiting for me. That house soon was sold after I wrote my allegation in Internet. Same tactic repeats in amazing similarity. Feds uses Homeowners Association as a tool of persecution. They intimidate me with levying a fine. Last time it still followed the rule: fine levied after the failure of third notice. This time they threatened fine in first notice because they are in hurry. The framed case is planned done in April. The notice was filed on 3/14. What is the base for that final date of 4/17? It's a date not chosen by H.A. but by Feds. My relatives will be back to US on that day. They always arrange the case with a trip that will justify an accident or make a search reasonable.

On 3/12, newspaper reported former judge was in jail. The purpose was to intimidate others.
On 3/13, I was arranged for a food shopping when there was an intrusion. I allege there was a plant.
On 3/14, H.A. file a violence #1 notice, requested me to replace garage door.
All were done intensively in a sequence. I think Feds planted something illegal (most likely drugs) in my garage (or house). The agent will disguise as garage door contractor to carry out an unreasonable search which they had got the warrant from intimidated judge. To assure I will deal with a contractor of Feds, they also had an assistant operation.

On 3/18, Mercury News reported: "Unlicensed contractors get stung". 59 unlicensed builders were nabbed in an undercover sting operation. Those nabbed by the ruse were given criminal citations that could land them in jail for a maximum of six months, or they could be ordered to pay a $1,000 fine."

That's amazing similar to the event taken place in July 2003. When Feds tried to force me to have a roof contract with them, they created a roofing worker's death to intimidate other uninsured roofers out of the market. So the undercover contractor could get the deal. (see "145. SARS, a big issue(7/20/03)"

301. April plot (4/2/05)

In May,2003, World Journal reported a big drug case in Fujian China. After making a scrutiny of the news I thought it was that drug gang manipulated by Feds with which they applied several framming attempts on me. I wrote a message "142. Drug case in Fujian" on 6/28/03. In which I wrote:

"Since September 2000, I started post this thread to reveal the dark side of Federal law enforcement agency, I felt several times the pressure of to be framed in drug case. It seems they used this group as a tool to frame the case. And I allege Feds conduct and cultivate the crime group. That's their own criminal style. "

One day later, there was a swift reaction. The neighbor tenant came on 6/30/03 suggested a roof change. The contractor came on 7/1. He gave a generous offer but I declined to accept. One thing unusual was that he said he would change roof board which meant he would enter the attic.

One month later, in early August, I learned several high ranking officials in Justice Department resigned, include director of DEA. Then I knew my allegation was very accurate that Feds manipulated the drug gang to frame case. To my revelation DOJ had a swift revenge. I think Feds had planted something illegal (most likely drugs) in my attic. The sudden roof change was an attempt to legalize a search and arrest.

Now Feds will have a frame case in April. Most likely around 4/17, the date when my relatives came back from China. (They are attending an anniversary party. My aunt in Shanghai will have a celebration for her 100 years old birthday on 4/10)

And this time Feds seems to perform a search and arrest by disguising garage door contractor. The notice from Homeowner Asscociation set the last date on 4/17. I think they have planted something illegal in my garage. My garage is full of unused stuff. The attic is full of cotton like heat insulator. It's hard to find it if other people planted something.

On 3/27, my wife urged me to call garage door contractor. I thought it was a push from Feds. There were only 20 days to the action date, 4/17. What can I do is to fix the garage door by myself to avoid their aggressive persecution.


302. Pope's death (Continue to 261-265) (4/7/05)

Another two of great prophecy of Anthony Carr came into true. The death of Pope and a big earthquake. (Though the earthquake didn't take place in Italy, it took place in Indonesia and caused a tsunami.)

In World Journal, there were five pictures. Anthony Carr made many prophecies. But those five with pictures obviously were particularly picked up by intelligence to impress people. I think these were the most important projects of Inside Group. (The collapse of Eiffel Tower; earthquake in Rome; the death of Pope, Senator Edward Kennedy, and Prince of Monaco - Albert.

I found four out of five were related to Iraq war. Senator Edward Kennedy, Pope John Paul and France were three strong opposers to the Iraq war. An earthquake in Rome would also affected Vatican. Inside Group intended to create a situation that Vatican were punished by God with the suffering of natural disaster and death of Pope.
John Paul expressed his anti-war opinion as early as in 2001.

Since then, Roman Catholic had a three years long intensify trouble in US. Many sex scandals were revealed. Roman Catholic were humiliated. Priests were sentenced and fined. When I read such kind of news one after another, I realize it was a revenge and blackmail. Those sex scandal cases were mostly happened decades ago. Now all of a sudden, they were poured out like a big wave. But Pope didn't bent. He insisted his opinion.

303. April plot and secret deal (4/12/05)

To avoid an aggressive unreasonable search and arrest, at the end of March I fixed the garage door without contractor . Three days later, my daughter asked for our tax return. She said it was a must to show the tax return to school to get a discount registration fee (low income family) for her SAT test. Since this was the second time she required the tax return in less than a month, I view it as another attempt Feds try to frame a tax fraud case. They try to seek flaw in tax return as an alternative after the failure in garage door issue.

Another possibility is to frame a spamming case. I had experience someone sending harassing messages from IP address of mine which led to the banning of me in some web sites. (see "183. Imminent threat (11/23)")

This time I got several undeliverable "e-mail" notice. I think someone did it using my IP address. I didn't send out such e-mail.

A big case, a big deal

When there was a regime change in Hongkong in early March, I realized Feds made it a big case. Hongkong would involve. And to make a Chief of China's stepping down, the payment must be big. It is Taiwan.

The news of the resignation of Hongkong's chief was announced in 3/2. On 3/7, Taiwan hurriedly announced they solved the 3/19 shooting case (Which happened one year ago in which both President and his vice were wounded). The shooting case was vastly viewed as a self acted drama to help the president to be re-elected. Since there was a lot of flaw in the case, it was also the heel of Achilles of current Taiwan regime. Now the Taiwan government said it was cracked. The suspect was found, but he suicided long time ago. He wrote a letter of confession, but the letter was burned by his relatives. The gun was never found. The only other witness was dead too. No evidence, no witness. So Taiwan government finished a big case. NewYork Times commented it as a performance of circus.

One thing is clear, when I realized Taiwan's regime change could be the exchange for the Hongkong's, Taiwan's regime realized it too. They had a swift reaction to make any further investigation impossible to protect themselves.

Of course, they do anything else to meet the demand of the deal between China and US. The hard liner of Taiwan independence, President Chen Shui-bian, signed a paper with Sung Chu-yue that in rest of his tenure, he guarantees not to do anything to push for "changing name"(Change "Republic of China" into "Taiwan") and "referendum in Constitution". (public to decide Taiwan's independence). He declared that the bottom line would be "Republic of China". (one China)

Something else can be viewed as part of secret deal. The economic bribe is always a necessity. On 4/2, there was a high ranking California delegation visiting China. It was a team doing advanced preparation for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's China visit. The leader of the delegation said, he would bring a huge investment to Chinese stock market - which comes from California Pension Fund. How much is it? A quarter of the Pension Fund - 25 billion. Chinese stock market was in bear then. Two big state running companies planed to go public in stock market. It will suck hundreds of millions of dollars. Chinese Government tries to sell its junk enterprise to people. Which caused the market sliding for weeks. On 4/1, from newspaper, I learned there was a jump in Chinese stock market. News said it was a big surprise to public. I knew it's a bribe for a secret deal.

Inside group sent puppets of its own to the seat of Governor and President. These politicians work hard to steal public's treasure either to support a collapsing market domestically or pay it as a bribe abroad. The "privatization" and "investment' never work for the interest of American people. It's for the interest of an Inside group.

304. Dangerous flu (4/17/05)

It is almost a formula that Feds will set a big event to distract public attention on a framed case. The recent one was the "Boston dirty bomb alarm" on 1/20. I think they will still use the same case because they had paid a lot to Russian already. And such kind of terror attack will also justify Bush's Iraq war.

The April frame case will extend to May or longer if Feds doesn't act on planned date (4/17). Because they have paid huge for this case. People can imagine the price of a regime change of Hongkong permitted by China. It will be too expensive if the case goes sour again. And another important reason is the economic situation. I see Feds has a last ditch struggle to suppress the mortgage interest rate. For the value of the rest real estates they haven't sold..

Feds also will develop a panic period to keep the public attention away from the framed case. With which they will kill their dislikes in the name of natural disease. This time they will use "Flu" as excuse.

On 4/1/04,Bush signed an order to authorize the quarantine to a flu. I don't know if it was a swift reaction. I fixed the garage door on 3/31. Thus soured a plan I alleged that Feds would have an unreasonable search and arrest by disguising a garage door contractor. Bush's order would make a detain reasonable in the name of quarantine and killing reasonable in the name of a lethal flu.

The question is when SARS caused so much panic in Asia and Canada in 2003, Bush had never signed such an order. Now what touches his mind to have a fever on this topic that American need a quarantine?

I think it was a pre-psychological propaganda for a possible bio-attack by Feds under the cover of natural disease. If the framed case of 4/17 breaks out, a pandemic will follow. 305. Spell on Monaco royal family(4/22/05) (continue to 261-264, 302)

Another great prophecy of Anthony Carr in early 2004 was the death of the Prince of Monaco - Albert along with the death of Pope. If it was an intelligence project, the likely motive is to loot the treasure of Monaco Royal family or to control the economy of that country. Monaco, though being a small country, is a rich state with its gambling business, tourism industry and financial institution.

On 4/6, Prince Rainier died at the hospital treating him for heart, kidney and breathing problems. It was just four days after Pope John Paul's death.(4/2) They both had health problem a month ago. Pope had breathing problem in February and had a surgery to insert a tube in his windpipe. Prince Rainier was first admitted with a lung infection to a heart and chest clinic one month ago before his death. It could be a coincidence. It could also be that the action teams got the "OK to start" order at same time.

Someone argued with me that Pope died not of a conspiracy but of his age. (Re: 302) I would have believed so if I hadn't read Anthony Carr's prophecy. I don't believe astrology. Carr's prophecy came with strong motive of US Inside group. And they have ability to do it. Modern technique can create earthquake, tsunami; change climate and murder people covertly, make the death look like a natural one.

The passing away of Prince Rainier alarmed me that intelligence started to act their projects. On 4/10, I heard another news. "The marriage of Monaco royal family was imprecated?" (World Journal) It said that Ernst(translate from Chinese. I don't know his English name), 51, Prince of Hanover, husband of Princess Caroline, was sent into emergency room for pancreas infection in early morning on April 5th, just one day before Prince Rainier's death.

"He is under intensify observation. His condition is serious. He needs a long time cure. Bio and radiology examination is done. Now is doing scan." The insiders of hospital and royal family said that he is in coma.

Ernst's serious sickness once again touched off a saying that the dynasty of Monaco was cursed. It said the marriage of the royal family was imprecated and wouldn't last long and happy.

Prince Albert is 47 years old, still young. So Carr's predict was he would die in a car accident like his mother. After other obstacles were eliminated, Albert will be the next. Likely among Princess Caroline's close friends there are some candidates ready to be her next husband in her fourth marriage.

The modern pirate loot in the name of "democracy". For a big country such like Iraq, they started a war. For a small one such like Monaco, they steal through murder, marriage and heir. Of course, they do a lot of propaganda to convince people. From "WMD", "war against terrorism" to "prophecy" and "spell". Psychological preparation is always an important part of their plot. That's why when Pope John Paul didn't co-operate with them for the war, they punished him with death.
