Howdy to all. An older (none of your business how much older) guy who is retired and living in Florida. I have always been active in and interested in Politics. I feel politics has become a mudslinging attack game instead of an honest debate based on the facts of issues. I recall Washington when it was full of statesman and that the interest of the country took precedent over the needs of the party. I think the internet and and the media have all the ammo in this. The speed of communications and the art of immediate spin makes politics very tough. The media.....oh what has happened to real journalists. But anyway...I always learn something in debate from those with whom I disagree, so time to begin......
