If the team of prosecutors investigating Hunter Biden's tax fraud case also had evidence of his fathers involvement in that or any other crime they would either be investigating that as well or passing it on the authorities that could. They are not investigating his father nor have they (to public knowledge) passed on a referral regarding Joe Biden to anyone else. There is an ongoing investigation into Joe Biden's handling of classified documents which may yet lead to a prosecution but that is a separate matter.

In short, stop clicking your heels together and trying to wish prosecutions into existence where they don't. If you have any hard evidence of Biden's involvement in a crime fine, go to the relevant authorities and pony up. Until then? I seem to recall something, how does it go? Many people have served time in prison for essentially the same charges Biden just pleaded to. I've known for years the criminal justice system is a farce.

He's pleading guilty to not paying his taxes on time. Are you seriously claiming that everyone who has done that is in jail now? That's not normally how that happens. He will still pay some sort of legal price, most likely a fine and probation.
