    Well, that's perhaps TBD.... he's certainly smarter than anybody who would question him from the MAGA side, but remember, he had not 1, but 2 lawyers with him today.... I'm guessing they were calling most of the shots...

    Ms Mace was yelling some BS about “white privilege”, and Hunter’s attorneys were laughing.

    Comer’s “investigation” has always been a GOP freak show. They made prize fools of themselves today.

    Not technically true.... Committee member Moskowitz asked for a show of hands on who wanted him sworn in on the spot... I'd call that an attempt to invite, although no word on if Hunter would have gone along with that (a bluff Comer could have called in a second)

    EDIT - MSNBC guy just said that Hunter told him he would have taken the stand if asked, so we'll never know if that was a bluff...

    He was willing to meet if it were public . . . which the committee originally offered, but double crossed him on. He didn't pull a Jim Jordan and just refuse to testify at all.

    So Trump was subject to subpoena powers of congress IYO, but not Hunter?
