Depends on what they went in for. The seditious conspiracy convicts will most definitely be in a high secure.

Doubtful. The high security are full from inmates who actually pose a danger to others in jail/prison and they are overflowing with people at the moment. Likely a lower level dorm but that can be really dangerous too if you aren't gang affiliated.

Randomly? He has had half the nation screaming for this investigation for years. Anyone with a grain of sense would hire the best they could get.

Hunter Biden's laptop is definitely the biggest issue facing the country.
You think that this is "random"?

    You need a dictionary.

Thats my point. Its not random. Hunter needs a lawyer because of his shady dealings. Thanks for proving my point. Hook, line, sinker.

Nothing wrong with obtaining a lawyer. Innocent people do all the time and one would be smart to request one whenever there is an investigation to ensure the opposing parting follows the law.

For starters, that was more than 30 years ago when that happened, according to his memoir. Second, my statement shows that it is the norm in the US military. It was more common in the 70s and 80s, with some extent in the 90s, but it still persists. Hunter Biden was not the first to be kicked out the military for testing positive for illicit drug use, and he is definitely not the last. He is just one of the most well known to be kicked out.

there was nothing trumped up about those violations, which they either pled guilty to or were found guilty by a jury of their peers.

We call them misdemeanors and felonies. As for prison level, that would depend on the bureau of prisons and whether or not they are a risk to other inmates and COs or not. But they are not going to level 1 prison here, but more likely like level 4, maybe level three. In other words, they will be behind bars and under a strict regime or routine there.

Even innocent people are known to plead guilty because they know the deck is stacked against them and they lack the finances to hire the best defense lawyers. It's called hoping to get a lesser sentence.

"Jury of their peers"? What does that even mean when the jurists come from a predominantly democratic district? Were all the jurists registered Republicans?
