If you don't like your daddy's government sue it. This is what the Biden's do when they are threatened. Trump, Ukrainian prosecutor and now the IRS and the two whistle blowers. More desperation from Biden.

    https://edition.cnn.com/2023/09/18/politics/hunter-biden-irs/index.html

    CNN —
Hunter Biden sued the Internal Revenue Service on Monday, alleging its agents illegally released his tax information and that the agency failed to protect his private records.

President Joe Biden’s son alleges the IRS unlawfully disclosed his tax return information and did not establish safeguards to ensure the confidentiality of his records. He is seeking, among other things, all documents involving the disclosure of the tax information, $1,000 for each unauthorized disclosure and attorneys fees.

The lawsuit, which was filed in federal court in Washington, DC, does not name the two IRS agents turned whistleblowers as defendants. But the lawsuit is centered on disclosures made by the agents, Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, and their lawyers in public statements, congressional testimony and interviews.

The more over-hype'd his attorney's responses with their "LOOK AT THE SQUIRREL" filings the more desperate they look. The House committee has full power to look at tax records if they relate to their oversight and legislation and that includes investigating whistleblower claims.

The agents are releasing tax information not publicly available and disclosed by the oversight committee

Why was it illegal for Congress to look at Trump's taxes but not this case?

The whistleblowers took those tax returns and discussed it with who ever was interested. While it's doubtful if such documents suddenly doesn't become confidential if the House committee seen it.

Unlike Don Jr, Hunter understand USA Government belongs to American people and not his “ daddy’s Government” , so Hunter can sue anyone in GOV he chose regardless his daddy is the POTUS.

Nope they did so properly under the law and their testimony was about their investigation into them and how they were stymied.

They were authorized to discuss Hunter’s taxes by congress. Let Hunter’s lawyers take it up with the House investigative committee.

How about you go look something up instead of ranting nonsense.

    https://www.forbes.com/sites/alison...osure-of-his-tax-information/?sh=2817d5415379

The president’s son alleges IRS agents Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler and their attorneys violated Biden’s rights as a taxpayer by giving interviews to the media that included confidential information about his taxes, including details about deductions and his tax liability that “could only be known to them based on a review of the physical tax returns themselves.”

Very doubtful they were authorized by congress to discuss the private tax returns with the media.

You didn't even read the article summarizing the lawsuit, much less the lawsuit.

Remember what I said about letting you know when you were right about something?

    Still pending...

What are you claiming I miss about it in the several news accounts and reports I have endured? Link me to the lawsuit since you just have read it.

What specific personal information did they discuss. Did they release any tax data? Their testimony was about the investigation and where it was leading and what the evidence was showing and how it was stymied and then stopped by the upper floors at the DOJ.

Hunter’s rent is $16,000 a month and he’s hiring lawyers all over the country, where is the money coming from?

When I took my income tax course my accounting degree in undergraduate school, the professor was a former IRS district manager. He told us that the mob guys declared their income as "fees." That way they didn't reveal how they earned what they got, but they were at least within in the tax code.

Hunter, as a graduate of Yale University Law School, might have thought about that. But he was probably too high on crack and figured daddy would cover for him. So far daddy's Justice Department has done all they could to run interference for him.

Hasn't Hunter been bunking at the Whitehouse a lot recently? I know he trashed one place where he was staying in California.

Yeah, I saw that. I’m surprised the homeowner who complained about it wasn’t investigated by the IRS or charged with being an insurrectionist.

Hunter got every break his privilege could give him while being a totally worthless human being. I mean, he porked his dead brother’s wife. How low can anyone go?

Well Henry VIII porked his brother’s wife, but they were married. Like Henry, Hunter had lots of women on the side, but I doubt that the king had to pay for it.

Lots of people think Henry VIII was a bad guy. My history guide on my trip to England compared him to Hitler. If you are Catholic, one might understand that. He took their property to finance his wars and life style.
