Obama is going to throw Biden to the curb and take Hillary as his V.P. in order to ensure his re-election and also to give Hillary a good lead in to her Presidential run in 2016.

She has a 65 percent approval rating and will shore up the women's vote.

What makes you think he didn't ask her in 2008?

That ticket would likely be a winning one for Americans as it captures the key demographics. But would Hilary take that chance and/or soil her own image?

She says she doesn't want to run for president ever, but I doubt that could be true. She's fierce, could eat Romney alive.

Not a chance. As Juan Williams said on ridiculing the idea on FoxNews tonight, replacing Biden with Clinton would be seen by everyone has a sign of complete desperation by President Obama. It would be him saying to the whole country

"I know I can't win unless Hillary Clinton boosts me up.".

Besides, Hillary Clinton will be too old in 2016 to run for president given she is a woman.

Reagan is the only person to win the presidency at that age.

I thought democrats believed you should never fire anyone regardless of how incompetent they are.

That's what the unions that own them believe at least.

Hillary wants the Presidency and will be running in 2016 no matter what she says now. Any negative comments about Obama needing to her to boost him up will quickly be drowned out by the excitement for this ticket.

I'm conservative but even i'm willing to concede the fact that if the economy keeps trending somewhat positive, which it is, and this ticket happens, the republicans have almost no chance of winning.

In all honesty, Biden is a bigger burden than a help to Obama.

You have to admit, she's done a really good job as Secretary of State.

Nah, that's silly. We are the evil union people who don't think workers should be fired so you can ship their jobs to Indonesia. Get your evil entities right.

"He may be smart, but he says the stupidest things"??

Um...that would not be an indication of intelligence, but - rather - stupidity.

    Democrats.

Women politicians are expected to be at least tolerably attractive.

Hillary does not qualify in that department in the best of times.

Actually they can get around that if they have daughters that are reasonably attractive.

As opposed to white men politicians where just any old skank will do? If there were a female Repub candidate who was a female Einstein but looked like Gingrich, she'd never have been allowed in the first debate. But I guess Repub men's brains are located lower on their anatomy than women's and if they waddle and have an old wrinkled face like "Dirty Old Man" Gingrich does, nobody cares. And if you DO go for looks, then some numbnutz like Santorum or Perry will be your choice? :omg:

She doesn't have to. The people who support and respect Hillary do so because of her intelligence, her many years of public service and the fact that she's worked 24/7 for the last 3 years and done an outstanding job as Secretary of State. The world leaders she works with prefer someone with brains rather than a "smokin' hot babe" with thigh-high patent leather boots when they're trying to stop a war.

I've read that she plans to retire at the end of this term and get some rest and enjoy the success she's achieved. As they say - we get the leaders we deserve and Conservatives deserve for the ones like Hillary to retire and leave us with the Sarah Palins of the world - those "smokin' hot babes" who quit when the going gets tough and go for the money instead and could care less what happens to the country.

Hillary will NEVER take a back seat to Obama. If she does just wait for Obama to be JFK'ed. It's too perfect. They will blame conservative "racists", get rid of Barry and get Hillary into the Oval office all in one shot.

She won't consider it taking a back seat. She will consider it a shrewd political move to pad her resume making her far more qualified than any republican challenger in 2016. They might as well suspend the 2016 elections and just give it to Hillary if she serves 4 years as VP along with the other experience she has.

With Hillary as VP PrezBO would have to triple his Secret Service detail.

    It'll never happen.

Not unless the economy substantially improves over the next 4 years. If it doesn't she will wear a duplicate Obama millstone around her neck too. I doubt she'll chance that.

Besides she'll be 69 in 2016, the same age as Reagan and will almost tie as the oldest President to assume office.
