Unfortunately for you the world already has transexuals and homosexuals, so unless you're advocating ethnic cleansing there isn't much you can do about it.

 

It's a pretty widespread "abnormality" isn't it if it exists in lots of species - which means it doesn't exactly make much difference to the species continued survival.

If it made a significant difference to a species continued survival it seems very likely that it would only exist in a very small number of species as the others would have died out thanks to evolution.

I inferred that the point was along the lines of "because celibacy exists to manage overpopulation, homosexuality is therefore wrong, or a disorder, etc." A truly intelligent person would recognize the obvious fallacy in that argument. I only assumed you may have meant to imply a more intelligent argument, giving you the benefit of the doubt. Based on your response, I think I have my answer.

 

Homosexual behavior is seen in many species. "Homosexuality" is purely a human invention. Two birds of the same sex might rub necks together like a heterosexual pair, but they still breed (have sex) with the opposite sex.

2. Human beings have created MANY terms/words for WHAT IS or to DESCRIBE what they see before them.
For example, we know that homosexual human beings also pair (one way or another) with the opposite sex to 'breed'.

Another example is the term "homophobia", which does describe certain specific things.

Lower animals don't create the words we use; of course, the word "Homosexuality" is purely a human invention. What else in the world would literally create a word to describe what occurs in nature (regularly)?
