murder is not hard to prove there.........a person picks a fight, then ends up pulling a gun out, some states consider that pre-meditated. Forensics and eye witnesses can put a person in the chair real quick..........
I guess all laws are bad then...eh. Yours is not a logical argument because if by your accounting it relies on those unsavory people's honesty then they can get away with whatever crime by lying. Facts are facts, no law is perfect. I try not to discuss using emotion. I simply am trying to provide you with a sound basis for what the law reads. Don't like it, change it.
No law is perfect, most laws don't depend on the criminal's honesty to enforce. It was your accounting, not mine that said you could get away with shooting someone for carrying a gun if you "lie about it." (*) But that it was an acceptable risk, since only unsavory people would inappropriately use the law.(*) Facts are facts: this is a bad law. And I am advocating changing (removing) it.
so you encourage running or begging for you life, eh? If people started standing up and using their Rights, crime would fall in a short time...after all, a well-armed society is a polite society.................... I don't believe he was offering you his support..............
while that is good advice, one has to establish a limit to how much they'll stand for. if you don't stand for something, then you'll fall. Criminals will not give you the same consideration, but good luck with that
