Every time I see this I have to wonder, are Republicans really bad criminals and really bad investigators or are Democrats really savvy criminals and really savvy investigators or are Republicans just simply more criminal.

You left out, "Are government employees loyal democrats who cover for each other?" which considering how crooked they are is the obvious answer.

So Republicans are disloyal? OK, I buy that.
But then how do you explain Republicans spent over $100 million investigating Hillary Clinton and came up with "Golly gee, you shouldn't do that" ?

On the whole, I think Dems see their participation in government as an opportunity to serve the nation's interests. Repubs, on the other hand, see their participation in government as an opportunity to serve themselves.

This, thread win. Of course, there are exceptions to this rule, but I think it still generally holds.

Oh yeah, Joe and Hunter served the nation's interest to the tune of foreign million$ transferring in and out of their many shady bank accounts.

Do I really have to point out............AGAIN............there is no credible evidence linking Joe to payoffs and that Hunter is not a member of government.

Some find their bias far better expressed by baseless, hyper-partisan propaganda that comports their their ideological agenda than by our legal system in which actual, credible evidence is required and dispassionately assessed.

Note the interminable whining of hyperbolic "Lock her up! Lock her up!" hysteria in contrast to the consummate impotence in contriving even a single indictable offense during years of Republican-controlled congressional hearings and four years of a Trump Justice Department. The fact vs fantasy disparity is blatant.

Better said "what they see as the nation's interests!" Elitists always know what's best and what will get them more power! What "they see" is always a drive further to the left.

    Court cases?
Sure Clinton couldn't keep his dick in his pants but you know what, I don't care. You make claims, democrats make arrests, big difference.

Yep. On one side if you commit a crime they go after you publicly in open court. On the other side you will be accused of something, over and over, and it's never proven at all let alone in court.

Spot on post in today's R party. It was not always this way however but now, yes, it's all about stuffing already filled pockets while fueling their base victimhood and grievance.

I would add "and make some cash" to both. A purely for the good of the nation attitude seems extraordinarily rare in not non existent. I'm a cynic perhaps but I do take "do some good while making cash" over "make some cash".

One side is attacked with the full force of the Federal government, even if no crime exists. The other side, the full force of the Federal government is employed to cover up the crimes.

So Republicans are incompetent? Is that why they wasted over a $100 million to get to Hillary Clinton broke the rules but was in full compliance well before they finished, or rather in compliance before they started? Unlike democrats who put people in jail for far less money? Granted, the ones that they put in jail got pardons but at least the guilty stays on their record.

I'm referring to the DOJ, not Congress. Congress can't convict anyone.

Hillary was allowed to destroy evidence on a wholesale basis. If she had nothing to hide, why did she smash Blackberrys and Bleachbit her servers?

For one of the Biden investigations, the FBI gave the Bidens a day's notice that they were coming. They also allowed Biden's lawyers to go through the documents he had before the Justice Department took the opportunity to look at them.

The DOJ and FBI are the champions of the "slow walk dance" when it comes to investigating Democrats. If they can delay the investigation long enough, the Statute of Limitations will run out on the crime, and the crook will get to go free.

One thing that I don't understand. When I took the Federal Income Tax course in both graduate and undergraduate school, there was a Statute of Limitations for Income taxes EXCEPT when fraud was involved. Then the crime never went away. How did Hunter get to skate on what he was doing 2014? Maybe there is another law for the son of a Democrat president. There certainly is another justice system that is above and beyond the law. It's as plain as day.
